Been here a couple times on the recommendation of a friend! Amazing each time!

I have always had a good experience here. Ed, Alex and the team take care of me. It is never fun to have your car in the shop, but they have always been willing to chat through options with me, explain why they are recommending what they are, setting me up with a loaner if needed, and even working with me a bit on price. I’ve found them to be honest and easy to work with and will continue taking my vehicles here.

I’ve had excellent and competent service at Driven Auto Repair. Deimer the mechanic is a top notch professional with a solid scientific method for solving problems, and outstanding attention to detail. I have no doubt he is an asset to the organization, and I thank him for keeping my vehicle on the road.

There’s nothing better than a peace of mind, especially when it comes to your car working properly. Driven Auto has done a wonderful job on my jeep wrangler and I thank them for the great service.

Always great service at Driven Auto Repair! I had to get some transmission repair done to one of my vehicles. Driven advised me that the diagnosis and repair could take a few days so they me a free loaner to drive while the repair was being done. Most shops don't offer that service, very pleased with Driven Auto Repair!

Don’t go with them. Not recommended at all. Very poor customer service. They charge money for nothing. I would give them minus rating if available. We just asked for an estimate, but they kept our car for a few days and charged us $400 for a diagnosis we never authorized. On top of that, the car's display got messed up while it was with them. They don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Avoid this place!.

Very disappoting. Paid $436 for unnessary diagnotic charges they imposed on us before providing estimates with car held in their shop for 4 days. It’s already been a few days since we dropped off the Benz with you. When we asked whether you service Benz vehicles, you said yes. First of all, you should have known what service was required based on the mileage. So why did you start doing a full analysis? We clearly told you that a small external part came out and simply needed to be fixed — no diagnostic was needed for that. As for the collision issue, that was optional (Mercedes confirmed) — we just asked for an estimate. Again, no diagnostics were necessary for that. If you didn’t know how to handle the service, then why did you say you did? We will be sharing your report with Mercedes to verify your findings, and based on that, we’ll leave our review accordingly. In the future, if you’re unsure about the required service, please be honest and don’t proceed without clarity.

They are absolutely the best!!! Here visiting and our diesel started acting up... walked in with no appt and no other means of getting around. They were able to get me in and fixed up the same day! Totally saved a very stressed out mom who was on the verge of a breakdown!! Thank you Ed for all you did for my family today!! We appreciate you and all your workers. Thanks again!

I want to give a big shoutout to Alex, Franz and the rest of the crew who worked on my Lexus. I asked for a very tedious/time consuming /frustrating task and they got it done really fast. Replacing the evaporator core and heater core is no joke. The AC has been working in excellent condition again. No loose parts, no weird noises. You get what you pay for. High quality work :) I’m definitely going back there for other stuff I need.

I’ve had two amazing experiences here! The team was professional, honest, and got my car back on the road in no time. They explained everything clearly and never tried to upsell me on unnecessary services. Fair prices, quick turnaround, and top-notch customer service — what more could you ask for? I have taken multiple vehicles here and each time it was a solid experience. For my 2014 4Runner they replaced the front control arms, and two drive belts, and they did it for less than half of what Toyota was charging ($4500), and they used OEM parts. They also replaced the pan underneath my transmission in my 2007 Avalon Limited, and the control arms on my wife's 2009 Camry LE. Each time the work was done well and at half dealer cost. I will add that these problems were identified by a Toyota Dealership and then I came to Driven Auto.They did such a good job that I am calling back from California to see if getting nearly $4500 in preventative maintenance would be considerably cheaper when I get back later in the year. I can't speak for others on here but if you need routine maintenance, flushes, brakes, rotors, etc. this place does quality work, uses OEM parts, and is usually a better deal.

Great experience with folks at Driven Auto. Best in customer service. Honest and trustworthy people. I strongly recommend them. These folks have set the bar high.

The overall experience was good.. There was one little hiccup… I called and give the authorization to proceed with servicing my vehicle and the message did not reach the mechanic which caused a delay in getting my vehicle back. The mechanic did a great job with the installation of brake pads&rotters/wear sensors.

Very friendly staff and great customer service. They take great care of their customers and their vehicles. Excellent job as always. HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle here for its next maintenance. Franz and the team are awesome!

Franz And the team at driven Chantilly were more than amazing. I don’t normally say this about car shops, but these guys were courteous and very helpful every step of the way I went to get a rental while my car was getting fixed, and I mentioned it to the agent at enterprise and the first thing he said to me was driven is where him and his family take their cars and said they are more than amazing. I felt good hearing that since this was the first time bringing my car to them, but will definitely not be the last thank you for being honest and professional.

As per usual, Franz and his team did a fantastic job. I will never bring my vehicles anywhere else. They go out of their way to not only fix the car, but let me know other things that need to be done and the timeframe. They keep my car in the best possible shape. I so appreciate everything they do.

Franz and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I brought my van to then after another shop said that y van needed a rear main seal and Franz checked it out and diagnosed the real problem. Thanks for your honesty and integrity.

I found them on Google. I was greeted with amazing customer service and it took about 1 hour to do a state inspection and emissions test. Which I thought was pretty quick for a walk in on a Saturday. Everyone I encountered was very nice and I will definitely be back.

Phenomenal experience. I needed my car later in the same day to drive home and they gave it to me with no issues. Very understanding and helpful! Would easily recommend

I have been going to Driven Auto Repair since 2004, back when it was Master Mechanic. When Driven took over the shop, I'll admit I was a little nervous but they have blown me away with their service and professionalism. If you are looking for a car mechanic, look no further. Roger, the General Manager, is fantastic. Every interaction I've ever had with him has been positive and informative. He is an honest, down to earth, good person who does business the right way. We have my car and my wife's car serviced there and we always go with their advice. Both cars are running strong. As long as I live in Northern Virginia, I will be taking my vehicles to Driven. Great people!

Roger was incredible to work with. Professional, understanding, kind and he truly cared about my repair needs. He even went so far as to negotiate with my extended warranty company to get the best deal possible for the parts I needed and helped me get them under warranty. My shifter assembly needed to be replaced and He got my car up and running in less than a week and it feels just as good, if not better than before. I would recommend him and Driven Auto Repair a thousand times over! Do not hesitate to bring your car here for all of your auto needs. He will undoubtedly take care of you. Roger is excellent customer service advisor. He did research on the subject and tried his best to save me as much money as possible. He provided great analysis of my situation and was in constant contact with me as the process of getting my car fixed continued. In the end, this is a great auto-repair shop, I highly recommend.
