This place has amazing service, Sam was so incredible and helpful. She came out in very cold weather to help us install wipers and check our battery. Sam went above and beyond for us! We are very thankful and will definitely be back for all our car needs!
I went in because I thought i had a problem with my battery. Fred and Georgewere INCREDIBLY generous and helpful! Even on a bitteroy cold night, they checked my battery, did extensive troubleshooting, helped me get the best battery, and installed it! GREAT place! HIGHLY recommend visiting for your auto needs!
Fred at AutoZone went above and beyond to help me with a stubborn battery that refused to come out. He worked through the cold with so much patience and vigor just to make sure a new one was installed correctly. He was persistent and I truly appreciate his effort. I’m extremely appreciative, and thanks to him, my car now has a reliable battery. I highly recommend this location because of service like his!

Google and Yelp rating is completely misleading. This place deserves 0-1 star. I went in and got no acknowledgement. When I approached the guy, he casually said “aye wassup.” I asked for help, he looked up the item, said it wasn’t available, and then tried to send me all the way to Manassas. Completely useless and terrible customer service. Avoid this place.
By far the best auto zone I've been too. Fred was amazing helping me with my battery as well as his co workers I forgot the names of lol. I'll only be going to this auto zone from now on!

Stopped by to get wiper blades and Deborah helped install it on my vehicle. She also helped me realize that I had no windshield wiper fluid :) Deborah and her team provided great customer service, super friendly and we had a good laugh!
Came in needed a new battery pretty late in the evening and Alahaji helped me out. He was extremely helpful and efficient, pleasant person to work with

Of all places I could have had a dead battery, I was fortunate that it happened in the Auto Zone parking lot. My car was dead, and I was a little freaked out, thinking what am I going to do? That's when I noticed Auto Zone. I walked in and asked if there was anyway that someone could please give me a jump start? Without hesitation, they said sure! Chris came and helped me out. Thank you so much you guys! Your kindness had a great impact on someone's life that day!
The lady who works there very unprofessional and she is rude. I come here to get help but they were trying to tell me to go other stores. Then different gentleman helped me and I found what I need. Not professional at all.
Sam c was so helpful and polite I hope she makes management because she was very tolerant of me and my dog having walked over and sweat through my clothes and still managed to help us get to the part and go through the payment process which wasn't processed because we had an issue with old cards and such and she managed to help us work all that out over the ingenico which was awesome she did a really great job
Great experience. I don't have cause to go into an auto parts store very often....but maybe I should. James was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He gladly helped install the windshield wipers and I was off in no time at all. Thanks

James at Chantilly sold and installed new headlights for my 2016 Toyota Camry. He was friendly, courteous and professional and even told me which ones I needed. I couldn’t ask for better service!
I walk in and wait in front of the register to be assisted, two men , one AT the register saw me standing there, two men in the store and no one acknowledged me or anything. He even took a phone call as im STANDING right in front of them. I finally say “is anyone going to help me?” To which one man says “gives us one moment, we see you” so IF YOU SEE ME WHY NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ME!? Smh just walked out and went across the street to advance auto parts. If you dont want to provide basic customer service dont work in a service based industry
5 star experience. Just had battery change. Service from store could not have been better. New employee P.T. was very pleasant and helpful. Store manager was also very helpful. Good old fashioned customer service. Really impressed by these folks. Will def be going back.

Just discovered this Chantilly location on a lark, let me just say they are fantastic. I stopped by for battery change and all systems go. People are friendly and told me exactly what the car needed. I guess honesty and good service is so few and far between that I felt the need to rate it. Thanks Guys for being Top Shelf.
5/5 highly recommend asking for justin for help! He was incredibly helpful with changing a light on my car that another location said they could not do. On top of that he showed me different features on my car with the lights that I didn’t even know about. You could tell he really wanted to help as much as he could with the tools and information he had. Great customer service will be back again!
Jake was extremely helpful, friendly and professional! Wow! And he offered to change out my two headlight bulbs for FREE!! I was really blown away at the level of UNEXPECTED service!! Will definitely recommend to everyone!! Thank you Jake K. for a job very well done!! Rock on!!
