I have been to this store several times and each experience has been fantastic! They are incredibly friendly and helpful. They have replaced my car battery, garage door opener battery and others. As a big NASCAR and specifically Bobby Labonte fan, they always have something fun in the store to bring back the nostalgia. I highly recommend going to IB in Chantilly for all you battery needs!

Great experience with Interstate Batteries of Chantilly. Ordered a replacement battery online for my parents' CRV and it was ready for pickup almost immediately. Went near closing time so I was a little worried asking for help, but Matt was happy to assist. He removed the old battery and replaced with the new one, and even took the extra steps to spray and clean off the bolts as well as clean out the old dirt and grime from the battery tray. He tested it to make sure it was good, processed the old battery return credit, and I was on my way. Very quick and efficient. Very professional and friendly throughout. Will definitely continue to come here for my battery replacements and will recommend to everyone else. Matt, thank you!

Walked in to buy a new battery and was instantly greeted by a wonderful gentleman named Matt and another guy up front named Garrett. One was looking up my battery for me while the other looked up an account for me. They educated me on all of my options, explained every warranty for me and I was able to buy exactly what I needed. My great experience was finished with the back manager named Austin who then carried my battery to my car and installed it. I won’t go anywhere else for battery work on my vehicle. I needed a battery for my bedroom fan remote today. I came right in and they had the exact battery I needed. They also replaced my car battery about 2 months ago. They are very friendly, nice and knowledgeable. Matt and Austin are awesome. I always recommend them. And I got my car battery way cheaper here than even Walmart sells. I will definitely be using them only. A+++

The staff at this place is awesome. From the call in to buying it in the store the staff was nothing but pleasant. Drove 45 miles one way to Interstate Battery, Chantilly. Austin gave me great service and a great price. He preserved the onboard data before changing the battery. I can see the difference in performance already (car has 255,000 miles). Best spent money in a good while. I highly recommend their location, service, people and batteries. Well worth the trip. I did actually read/research options quite a bit before choosing this brand and this location.

If you need a new car battery, this is the place to go in the area. All the staff are very friendly and professional. Matt quickly took care of a battery install for us when roadside assistance refused to help. Garrett was able to provide guidance and effortlessly perform another install in our second car. We will definitely be a returning customer for our future battery necessities.

Wow. That was the easiest, best auto transaction I think I have ever had! I had originally purchased an Interstate battery at another shop, and it had a bad cell and needed replacing, but apparently NTB doesn’t sell Interstate any more (bad move). Since it was under warranty still, I went to the Interstate store. I’ve never had such outstanding service. Austin was so professional, gave me a good price and was so kind I felt like a truly valued customer, which is so rare these days. Telling everyone I know. They also cell button batteries much cheaper than retail stores and I am sure better quality than the stuff online. New customer for life!

I had a great experience with Interstate Batteries. Their staff is excellent. Matt had my battery in stock. (This saved me a 3 week wait and gave me peace of mind.) He had it switched out in no time. I came here last week with my younger brother to get my battery replaced since it started to have issues starting just the night before and I knew immediately it was the battery. This battery was also from an interstate batteries location. Matt was so helpful in testing the battery and finding out whether it was defective or not. He was very thoughtful and considerate. My brother didn't come in with the plan of buying anything for himself but I believe Matt's kindness is the reason he decided to. My younger brother works for an auto shop as well and usually buys parts elsewhere but, he ended up purchasing a battery here. I will definitely be back to this location if I ever need another battery and I will definitely spread the word about Matt's exceptional service. (:

My experience here was fantastic! I had a dead battery issue in the middle of a packed workday, and needed quick help to fix the problem so I can make my prior work commitments. I worked with Austin, who gave quick and insightful advice on which battery I needed, and then quickly got it replaced. All told, it took 30 mins end to end: from my initial call to driving there to understanding options to paying to getting the battery swapped out (while fully clearing the buildup/rust on my car terminals). 100% recommend this business!

Matt helped me find and install a battery for my Toyota Camry hybrid. Mechanics struggled to find the right one, and I was referred to a dealer. A buddy who works at a dealership referred me to this interstate batteries location and he was right. It was so quick and easy and very affordable too. Probably saves myself $300 and 6 hours of time coming here for. High quality battery. Installation was quick and easy. This is my new battery shop! Matt is super great to work with.

Showed up and Matt had it ready to go. My car is up and running perfectly again. I’ve always upgraded to Interstate batteries in my sports cars and have purchased from distributors. We needed some specialty replacement batteries for a power wheelchair, and we needed them quickly! The staff here was awesome, trying to organize the van hand-offs and everything in order to get the batteries to the right place for us in time. When we arrived, the staff member was extremely helpful in preparing the new batteries to go into the wheelchair, which was trickier than we had realized. It was nice having someone experienced there to assist! We even unexpectedly left with a great little multi-tool pocket knife, because they have a little bit more there than just batteries. We were really impressed with the helpful nature of this company overall, wish them all the best, and would highly recommend them!
