It was aweful. The service representative was rude. I was the only customer in the store. He was standing there doing nothing. I asked him how much and how long to replace a cell battery. His first words were, "I got a lot to do an I ain't in a hurry to do it for you." I was taken aback at his attitude, but continued speaking with him. After a few minutes, I got up and walked out. If you read my online reviews, you will note that I am more than happy to speak well of my positive shopping experiences. Generally, I don't write negative reviews. I simply stop shopping at the store. However, this guy and store earned my disregard enough that I felt it necessary to write a review. Hopefully, the owner/manager will read this and make corrections.

Came to return battery to get deposit funds back for old battery today. Single worker did not acknowledge or look at me for about 5 minutes. Went I went over to him, he still didn't look at me and said it would be 3-5 minutes. To be the only worker and not acknowledge a customer is very rude.

5 star service! I went in to pick up my key fob and have it programmed to my car and Alan was a major help! He was very friendly and got my key cut in no time. There was a slight mix up on my order that Alan was able to catch and I appreciate his attention to detail and swift follow up to have everything fixed. His communication is top tier! I would absolutely recommend anyone to come here. Thank you Alan! You’re the best!

Got up this morning to a truck that wouldnt start. At 7am went online and found the batteries i needed at a reasonably close store. Placed the order but the store doesn't open until 9. Got an email at 8:58 that the batteries were ready for pickup. 30 minute drive and when i walked in, the cheerful young woman had the batteries waiting for me. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Ordering was easy, pickup was easy, and the woman at the store was a bright spot of cheerfulness on an otherwise gloomy day.

I'm a repeat customer. This time I had them test my car battery level since starting on cold morning was getting weak. Battery was low, so had them replace it. Everything took less than 20 minutes. While there, I also had them replace a watch battery. I confirmed my key fob for was OK at their free testing kiosk. Great knowledgeable service every time. I'll be back.

I ordered a car battery online for a 10AM appointment for install. Literally 10 minutes after I arrived was ready to go. Tech was very helpful finding out how to obtain my radio code before I left.

I purchased a Duracell Gold 24F battery online for my 2012 Toyota Camry V6. Was able to use the store's Halloween 15% promo coupon (BOO15) before it expired - Yay! I made an appt. online, and my battery was installed in under 30 minutes. Very pleased with the service I received!!!!!!

Batteries Plus really shocked me with their amazing customer service! From the moment they answered my call, they were so polite and helpful, and the same kindness carried over when I went in person. I honestly don’t know what their secret is, but they’ve mastered being both professional and genuinely nice at the same time. I truly wish all retail stores could learn from them. I’ll definitely be recommending them to all my friends—and they’ve gained a customer for life!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Went in to buy batteries and a battery powered bulb. Spent $150 on batteries and told they didn’t have the battery powered bulb I was seeking. I went to car and looked up on the internet for the item. I found it but didn’t understand the technical jargon. So I went back in for some clarification. I knew the sales person wasn’t the friendliness person and had somewhat of an attitude but I thought he would help. Wrong. When I asked my question he was not interested in helping. He actually yelled at me. Saying couldn’t I see he was working on a watch. Wow. Won’t ever go back to that store.

Friendly, thorough, professional and efficient. I made an appointment to have 2 phone screens fixed. Upon arrival, the gentleman told me the turnaround time would be about 3 hours. They were done in 2.5 hours. I will return here if I need anything done in the future.

This store has a variety of different batteries. This is a reliable store for me to get batteries for my car key fobs. They also have mixed wires for charging your phone and electronic accessories. The staff is prompt, courteous, and professional. I can always trust the store for my battery needs.

Had to get a key fob cut (the little manual backup key part). Super fast and courteous service. I was in and out in 5min, They made sure I understood the rest of the programming process for my car, which was very thoughtful. I will absolutely use them in the future for anything battery or key fob related. Thank you!

100% perfect service from Alan, the store manager. He even straightened out a problem. We were having with the Batteries Plus in Richmond, Virginia. He got our car 3 remotes and keys, programmed, and cut within a matter of a 1/2 an hour. We were back on the road again. I bought a motorcycle battery from the Chantilly store about a year ago. Excellent service. Everybody was very smiles on and very, very pleased and we'll be back.Alan was great.

Noah and Sebastian were very helpful. I bought a car battery a while back and it died while still under warranty. So, they were able to quickly help me and installed a new battery.

Alan is the man to go too. Went into get my Samsung Phone fixed.. He a great job and was efficient. He taught me about light bulbs and which one I wanted for my basement great job .. definitely very informative, GREAT SMILE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE THANK YOU FOR BEING PATIENT WITH ME

I arrived at Batteries Plus about 30 minutes prior to my scheduled service appointment thinking I would have to wait in line. I was greeted and assisted immediately and courteously while the battery I needed for my car was in stock. The employee promptly grabbed his tools and expeditiously replaced my original battery in minutes flat. Very good job! Subsequent to this review the battery failed after 6 months. Returned and they placed it on charge and found it satisfactory. After only 1 month it failed again. Returned it and was provided a new one. The second battery failed after only 3 months. Got rid of it and bought a DieHard which has stood up to the winter test. I do not recommend purchasing an auto battery from Batteries Plus!

Purchased a battery for my keyfob from here 2 years ago. They told me it was warrantied for as long as I own the car. Sure enough, I went in today and they changed my battery. I was in and out in 5 minutes, free of charge. Awesome customer service. So worth it.

I am frustrated and dissatisfied. I took my cell phone to be repaired and they ended up damaging the phone even more, and to make matters worse, they repaired the phone with parts that are not original. I hope that they will solve the problem as it should be.

About a month and a half ago, on a Sunday, I came into this store not entirely sure what we needed. My daughter was home from school and was heading back that day and her car was having issues with the battery as well as the key fob. The young lady on duty - Lexi (this is from memory so my apologies to the young lady if this is incorrect) - quickly diagnosed the problem with the key fob. She swapped out the battery in the key fob with a "lifetime replacement" battery and was able to sync up to the car the second key fob we brought, which was not working either, so that when we left, my daughter had two working fobs. Lexi also gave us some great advice regarding the battery that turned out to be spot-on. Much thanks and appreciation to Lexi for helping us out that day and saving us from making multiple stops.

12/1/2024. Easy to navigate and user intuitive website. Searches only returned relevant product choices. Prices are excellent already and the additional 18% discount was icing on the cake. Notified when product was available for pickup. Store pickup was smooth and fast.

I had an awesome experience getting my watch battery replaced! The staff was super friendly and got right to work as soon as I walked in. The whole thing was done so quickly—I barely had time to sit down before they handed me my watch, good as new. They were efficient and professional, and the customer service was top-notch. No hassle, no long waits, just quick and easy service. I’d definitely go back anytime I need another repair or battery change. Highly recommend!

Rude and disrespectful! Came here to make a copy of my car key fob and their tech, Noah, made a copy key that worked intermittently and also erased my original factory key. I came back a couple of days later and asked Alan, the store manager, to re-program the keys. Alan started by saying that something is wrong with my car and I should take it to the dealership or a mechanic. He yelled at me and said he won’t touch the keys and even cursed in front of my child and another customer. After I calmly told him all I need is re-programming my keys, he rushed out the door and re-programmed the keys within 3 minutes. The level of rudeness, disrespect, and irresponsibility is beyond anything else I have ever seen. This whole scene for an incomplete job by their own tech! Very disappointing!

Very pleased with Battery Plus of Chantilly. I called the Ashburn store first but they didn’t have what I needed in stock, the Chantilly store had two in stock and were very helpful. They also honored a discount code I got from the website sight. I arrived with my old battery, which was very heavy because it was for my Class A diesel pusher motorhome and they tested it first to make sure it was bad. The replacement battery I received was manufactured less than a month before my purchase and I received a one year warranty, most other places I contacted only offer six months warranty on commercial batteries. Price was very good as well. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a battery replacement to contact Battery Plus of Chantilly before you buy.

Superior customer service. Lexi was fantastic I had a screen on my s21 ultra that cracked and she was efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable and a pleasure to interact with. She checked me in quickly, told me everything they would do to fix it and was all around wonderful. I highly recommend them if you need anything done woth your mobile device. They also have accessories such as batteries, lanterns, light bulbs, flashlights , etc. A great store to visit and pick up anything you may need. Thank you so much for your expert workmanship, repair and kindness. I greatly appreciate it.

Post COVID-19 and Virginia order #65 (reopening phase 3), I stopped by, forgot my mask, the guy met me outside the door, he said I could come inside since no other customer is here. After I arrived, other customers came inside the store, I waited outside while they replaced the battery in my vehicle's keyless remote. The employee that took care of me came outside to ask my name and phone number, he eventually found my account and brought a receipt to me outside of the store. Prior to COVID-19, I purchased lifetime rechargeable batteries for my vehicle's keyless remote. I stopped in several times, they checked the battery in my keyless remote and they replaced the battery.
