BGA Towing is the best. When I had an accident on a Sunday they were there very quick to get where I was with no hesitation. They are very friendly and answer any questions that you might have. Also very reasonable. I definitely recommend them 100%.
TERRIBLE service, avoid at all costs! If your insurance company dispatches, immediately request a different dispatcher. BGA service is unreliable and rude. Original eta was 1.5 - 2 hrs, they never answer the phone for an updated eta. After 2 hrs they canceled service.

Worst tow company ever. All the employees are disrespectful. They damage your vehicle and then claim that they didn’t do it. They also go into neighborhoods and tow people’s vehicles in the day time. Totally would understand if it was night and it was an overnight vehicle. But when you go and have somebody come over to visit you at 8 o’clock in the morning And they get towed because of it that’s where it becomes a problem. This company’s Only goal is to take as much money as possible from people. Worst tow rates. I don’t even get me started on customer service. If I were you, I would think twice about calling them. I’d rather pay a little bit more money to a company that’s respectful and has some decency.
Avoid Battlefield Towing at all costs! These guys operate with blatant predatory practices and no regard for fairness. I had a valid parking pass displayed in my vehicle, yet they still towed it, claiming it was “altered.” No attempt was made to verify this with management or anyone else. Instead, they just towed my car without hesitation.
Their lack of accountability and reckless behavior is infuriating. It’s clear they’re only in this business to exploit people, not to provide a legitimate service. Save yourself the headache and stress—these guys are the absolute worst. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Horrible experience with the dispatcher. After a misunderstanding with the insurance company, he decided to take it out on the client. Owner of the vehicle. Kept blaming dispatch issues on the customer and kept yelling and wouldn't let you speak. Come to find out it was the owner. If you need a company with patience and a know on how to dispatch this guys are not it. Zero stars
The tow truck driver was excellent! He arrive on time and towed my car to a repair facility with out incident. I'm very pleased with the service provided.
