Mr Horton Kool, I remember when his dad ran the business. I was cutting the grass across the street with my lawn service, I have cut for Mr Horton, Blade Spinners lawn service!
Basically was scammed out of $200 for a service that didn’t fix my problem and Gave a battery that wasn’t even my original car battery. Save your time and money don’t bother trying this Auto repair shop!!!
I wouldn't dare let someone else work in my starter other than this place right here...he is sooo amazing and when I say it was ready in less than 15mins I'm so serious he was so kiñd and courteous...BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE U CAN FIND IF HE CANT DO IT NOBODY ELSE CAN!!!
We had broke down across the bridge in arkansas. AAA took us to these guys. Moses was 6th generation mechanic an did an excellent job after 5 pm on a Friday. He sold us a new starter an gave us a great price. Extremely nice an very good man. We were back on the road in 30 minutes. I can't say enough about how great this experience was.
They are very polite and have great customer service. They offered us beverages while we waited. They move fast BUT VERY EFFICIENT. I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN AGAIN!!!
Mr. Horton is simply the best and most honest, reasonable and trustworthy mechanic in the town. He changed the alternator of my car on Sunday even when he was just about to close his shop. He even dropped me and my mom back home instead of waiting there for 2 hours and then dropped my car back to my apt after fixing it. I would highly highly recommend him for charging genuine price and for his humanity.
DOESN'T HONOR HIS GUARANTEE, WANTS YOU THE CUSTOMER TO PAY SOMEONE TAKE OFF THE STARTER THAT HE PUT ON THE CAR TO SO CALL HONOR HIS GUARANTEE, THE STARTER IS BAD!!!!!!!
The starter on my car went out about a year ago, at Interstate Battery, on Millbranch. The owner of the store contacted Mr. Horton. He came , replaced the starter & I never had any more problems. Good work & took time to come rescue me. Thanks Mr. Horton & the worker that was with you that day ??
I brought in a starter from my 1959 impala....he looked at it and said give him an hour to see what he could do....he took and old starter combined the two and tried to charge me 110 dollars....told him that was too much and just wanted to pay him for his time looking at my starter and get my old one back....then he tried to charge me 60 dollars to look at my starter....i wound up paying 80 for the combined starter, and not getting any of my original back....I told him, that Napa sells a lifetime warranty one for 47 dollars, which I purchased.....feel ripped off and he held my starter hostage for 60 dollars in labor just to look at it.....do not go to this man, under any circumstances!
