Real person lol: I went to another towing service that charged me twice as much and was far more sloppy and unprofessional. (Also didn’t have many reviews. 🤦🏾♂️) I was then recommended Alberto’s and the guys were professional, good communicators, flexible, and timely.
I brought my car up there because when I would turn it off i could not get it to crank back up. It could take an hour or more before I could get it crunk back up. They said they found the problem and could fix it. First they told me it woul only take 2 days. Then 3 days. Wel eventually it turned into over a week. When I was finally able to pick it up, after paying them, of course it started up. I drive the car maybe 4 miles away and make a stop. When I got back in my car and tried to crank it, nothing happened. I tried to jump it off, tap the starter, make sure all wires were attached correctly and it still wouldn't start. So now I'm back at square 1 except this time I'm out of even more money than before. The part I'm most confused about is when I dropped it off, the outside was clean. But when I picked it up mud was literally EVERYWHERE on the outside of the car. I NEED TO BE REFUNDED. I will never return to this shop nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. If they don't know how to repair cars then they need to find a new business to open up.
Alberto was extremely helpful when my car was broken into and damaged. He managed to tow it to his shop on a busy weekend and then proceeded to deliver it to the dealership. Alberto is easy to stay in contact with and is always looking out for his customers. The pricing for the tow was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend.
I gave three stars only because I was given a tire with an hole in it. He tried to mess me out of 40 dollars. But he corrected his mistake when I pulled back up on his butt.
El señor que vino fue muy prepotente. No quiso levantar mi carro. No se si le falto experiencia o que porque dijo que el estava muy ocupado desenganchó el carro y se fue! pero hablamos a otra grúa y montaron mi vehículo como si nada! Muy sangrón en su manera de hablar! No recomiendo el servicio!
BEWARE. !!!! They will rip you off!!!! Don’t believe the 5 star reviews. I’m sure they are made by friends and family. Took only cash from me and charged over $200 for a 13 mile easy tow. Consider yourself warned!!!!
I went to get two front tires and one of the guys put the passenger tire on completely wrong so the tire wasn't properly set on the rim. He also lost one of my lug nuts.
Been going to Alberto's Auto Services ever since a friend recommended them. My truck broke down, Alberto's towing picked it up and took it to the shop. Next day they took a look at it told me the damage, and verified with me first if I agreed with price and service. Reasonable pricing, great fast service, and the employee always have a smile. That was almost a year ago my truck has been running better than ever, and I've been back for other services like tune ups, brake pads, and free - on, etc.
Great prices on used tires! I needed two hard to find 15 inch tires for a utility trailer, and I was in and out in 30 minutes. They even powerwashed the tire and rims when completed! Big shout out to Nicholas. Only deducted 1 star because of the location and very tight access getting in and out off Park Ave. Not a deal breaker though!
