Recommend 901 Express Towing and Recovery. Needed them on a Sunday recently when most other towing companies were closed. They sent Naim, who was prompt, friendly, and professional. Owner was professional and courteous as well. Price was reasonable. Would definitely use them again if needed.
Flew in a driver to pick up a freightliner from the auction, tractor needed a jump start so I called these guys and they sent out Naim but unfortunately these batteries were too gone, Naim took my driver to purchase new batts and helped my guy
Naim went above and beyond and their pricing was more than reasonable that I didn't have to get a 2nd quote
We are definitely using them again if needed as we travel thru Memphis tn often
Our car was stolen. We paid the towing fee. Then paid another towing fee so we can get our car home. Then this old lady calls me 4 times in 30 minutes to say oh we have to charge you a storage fee.. of 3 days. (Over the weekend) but they was close Saturday and Sunday. So how am I getting charged an extra $100 for 3 days if y'all was close. Folks real real took out money just to ask for more money. Smh.
Con artist. Got my car stolen and the police called them to pick it up. They charged me for storage fees even on days they were closed. Paid for my car to be released and towed and they called later and said they wouldn't without paying more fees
We were in Memphis, 4 hours away from home with a group of school kids and our bus got stuck. We literally flagged these guys down in the street. They were busy but took the time to rescue us in our time of need. They did an excellent job. Thank you fellas! Sincerely, your friends from Missouri!
I called to get information on pricing and the person who picked up the phone was rude and hung up in my face. I guess calling to get a tow after 4pm on a Friday was too much for them
I had a car accident. I called three different companies. I spoke to George at 901 Express, he was friendly and concerned. He dispatched Pierre out in 15-20 minutes. They didn't charge an arm and a leg and came right on. I don't have insurance. Pierre was the person who towed my truck to my house. He has great Customer Service. They were awesome! I was already upset about the accident they made me feel much better . Kind, Encouraging and Professional!!
This company shows up on time and did a really good job getting this car off the curb. Nothing was damaged and the technician is also really nice. We will be using this towing company again!!!!
Most professional young man, great service. And have to say one of the best drivers i have ever meet. Price was fair and reasonable and would use them again and refer them as well. If i could give more stars i would give 10.
Had the pleasure of working with George the evening of 3/29/21 after our box truck got a flat tire. We were not in a rush as it occurred as we got back to our property. We are not from the area and we called several companies that did not pick up, we’re not professional, or just did not have good reviews. Some how this company did not originally show up when we went online but so glad we found them! George was professional, on time, and did as he said!
I was frustrated trying to find a tower at short period of time. They were very helpful, fast, and made sure I was taken care of. He also partnered me with their repair people and they are helping me getting my car back running.

The business was very professional, courteous, punctual, and quite reasonably priced. I also like the fact they accepted credit and debit cards. I would recommend them to anyone that is in need of a wrecker or tow company!
