This is my second time using Hybrid Restoration (two different vehicles). Both have been great experiences. The process is quick and well done. The car is back to life. This is a great money saving option for hybrid owners.

We have done business with this company, Hybrid Restoration, and their customer satisfaction cannot be improved! I highly recommend this company. Brandon has been here twice, from Memphis, Tennessee, and I recommend him highly also.

This company was awesome! There was an issue with the first battery, but they came right back the next day and replaced it. They even brought a couple of harness parts that my car had been missing from a previous mechanic. Excellent communication, responsive, and they stand behind their product. Very personable as well!

My battery installation was done on time and took less than an hour. The installer was very congenial, professional and answered all of my questions. Best of all, my car runs great! Many thanks to Hybrid Restoration LLC.

This was a horrible experience. The initial service was great but the battery failed a few weeks later. They changed it out but it failed again. When I contacted them again and provided all of the diagnostics showing it had failed they said they were likely going to replace it with my original battery and do a prorated refunded. Then they ghosted me. My 3 year warranty was useless after 4 months. Worse buy ever. I have never written a negative review for any product or service, but this compelled me to do so.

Installer was early for appt. Got battery installed and was gone in under an hour. Super nice and knowledgeable. Had problem with the battery they installed after about 3 miles of driving . Gave company a call and they came back first thing next morning and replaced with a different battery and car drives flawless now. I think you learn a lot about a company by how they handle a problem and I give these guys an A+

I needed the hybrid battery replaced on my 08 Prius. I contacted them on a Monday, and talked to Dante. We went over the options, and he was very honest about what you received with the different price levels, and how the whole process worked. I decided on what I wanted, and he was able to schedule my appointment for the very next day. I live about 1.5 hours from the closest location. The tech showed up early, and had the whole battery swap done in about 40 minutes. He was very nice and professional. I asked him a few questions and he proved very knowledgeable. I was very impressed. My car is running just fine now, and it is a relief not to have to worry about the battery. It's fully covered under warranty, and it's even transferrable if I decide to sell the car. I highly recommend Hybrid Restoration if you ever need work on your hybrid vehicle.

Everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable and friendly, the cost was unbeatable for a reputable company with a warranty, and they had someone out within two days to my house. Installation took under 40 minutes, and the "new" rebuilt battery tested at 98% once installed. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience!

Dontay and Brennan were great to work with! The refurbished battery has our sons 2009 Camry hybrid working great again! For the price and the warranty we are happy we choose them! I was nervous using a company out of state but everything went smooth!

Dontae and the guys at HR are the absolute best! I have purchased 2 batteries over the years and am a very satisfied costumer. The second battery went out before the warranty was up and all it took was a phone call and we set up an appointment and they drove to me and now I’m on the road again with no hassle at all. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a hybrid battery!

I initially met with the owner and he walked me through my options for a battery replacement, the prices were very fair and scheduling was convenient. I booked my appointment, the technician was prompt and friendly and very competent. I was so excited to drive my car again so quickly.

I contacted Dante on February 6th about my 2012 Camry Hybrid battery testing bad. The battery that he installed. I provided all required test data sheets, copy of invoice and I have proof of warranty that expires on March 22nd …. He has yet to respond in what appears to be an attempt to let the warranty expire. I have called, texted, or emailed him once a week for the last month with absolutely no response. Save time and headache and use someone else…. ZERO Integrity! *** Update to reply to your response: the fact that you will only reply to me via Google review and not the 12 attempts to reach you via phone, text, and email proves my point completely… that you have no integrity. I have a copy of the invoice and proof by bank transaction that the warranty was transferred once I bought the vehicle from the individual that you installed the battery for. All per your policy. There has been 0 rodent damage and the batteries tested bad after the winter freeze and ice event. The car and batteries operated fine with no warning lights 2 days before the winter weather event. They were not misused or abused. I have been an electrician for 26 years and I understand completely why these failed. The fact of the matter now is I wouldn’t spend a dollar or another minute considering letting you touch anything I own. The purpose of this review at this point is to warn others before they spend a penny of their hard earned money with someone that handles business the way you do. You can get on here and give all the bogus replies to all the negative reviews you receive…. But you and me know the truth…

The company was courteous and did a wonderful job. The technician was efficient and friendly. Everything was done as described in the phone interview. I would highly recommend this company for all my hybrid work. Excellent ‼️

Very helpful and informative, reasonably priced, my hybrid battery replacement process was quite easy (they come TO YOU) and the results are excellent - my Honda Civic now runs as if it were ten years younger! I am VERY Happy with Hybrid Restorations, and I highly recommend them to you.

At 254K my hybrid battery gave out right after getting a motor rebuild at 234K so I contacted Hybris Restoration as an option to replace my hybrid battery in my 2014 Prius V. They were super nice and honestly answered all my questions so I decided to give them a try. We set the appointment for 11:00 and the installer called and asked if he could show up early. The installer showed up promptly at 9:30 as he said he would and was done and headed to his next install by 10:30. Very professional job and I just drove my car the first time on a 45 minute commute. Gas mileage approved 2 miles to the gallon and the performance, if you can call it that in a Prius, greatly improved. Very happy and if I keep this car to the point it needs another battery, they will be my first and only call! Highly recommended.

I ordered and paid for A battery over 2 weeks ago for my Lexus hybrid. 15 days went by without any communication from the company. I called 4 times and left messages because no one ever answered the phone, I emailed, no reply. Finally I get an email saying that my purchase has been refunded, no explanation. This company definitely needs to work on its customer service. I needed the battery 2 weeks ago, would Have been nice to know they didn't I have the product in stock so I could go shop elsewhere

I cannot say enough to share my appreciation for Hybrid Restoration. They traveled 10 hrs and installed a battery in my granddaughters Camry Hybrid. Installed it in minutes but then stuck around a couple more hrs to help with another issue. They went above and beyond the agreement. Car runs fine and they did it for less than half the cost of dealer in front of her apartment.

The technician called me at 7am and told me he can be there at 8.30 instead at 12 my original appointment time. I was happy save me a lot of time. Brannon was very friendly and helpful and also professional. The job was done in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this guys if you need a new battery for your car.

Just found them on Google and read reviews. This company went above beyond. My hybrid battery needed to be replaced and when it didn't work the first or second time they communicated with me that they would make it right or refund my money. Glad to say third time was a charm. Thank you so much for the customer service and support. I'm a customer for life and will recommend to everyone!

Hybrid Restoration saved the day after we got ripped off by a local car dealership. We were lied to about the age of the hybrid battery in the 07 Camry we had just purchased and it ended up going out only a month after purchase. After having just bought a car, paying upwards of 3-4 Thousand dollars to have a battery replaced was just going to be impossible for us. Thankfully HR came in with unbeatable prices and a great warranty for peace of mind. And I can say they stand by their word! The first battery they installed had an issue but they came back to us, a 5 hour drive one way, just 2 days later and fixed it. Now we're smooth sailing down the road and so thankful that at least if we can't trust the dealership that HR has our back.

One day, all the dashboard lights came on signaling that we had a huge problem. After having our car towed to the dealership and receiving an estimate of $4100, we searched for an alternate solution. We googled and found that Hybrid Restoration serviced our state. We completed the online request and quickly received a call from Damon. We were able to schedule a home service visit within a couple of days and the replacement hybrid battery was installed efficiently by Brandon! Throughout the process, the communication was excellent as was the service. The refurbished hybrid battery replacement cost was less than half that of the dealership! Our car is back! We highly recommend this company!

I was told by a local shop that replacing the hybrid battery for my '08 Prius was going to cost $4-6k. Hybrid Restoration was able to come to my home the next week and install a new battery for only $1,300! The installation only took about 30-40 minutes and I was back on the road right away. I've only had the battery for two days now, but my car is running just like before. I was very happy with the customer service and professionalism of everyone I dealt with and would definitely recommend to a friend.

Dante was communicative when scheduling my appointment. Brennan arrived at my house promptly and expertly installed the refurbished battery. He was friendly and informative about what he was doing. Now my Honda Civic hybrid is back to running perfectly. I definitely recommend Hybrid Restoration if you want to get a good as new battery for about half the price of a brand new one.

Dante in Memphis was great at communicating and keeping in touch with me about my daughter’s Prius. They traveled to Alabama and replaced the battery. I was going to have to pay the Toyota dealership 4800$ and Hybrid Restoration was a fraction of that. When they came out to replace the battery, he was super nice in explaining everything over the phone to me about what was happening and what else the car needed. We had a wonderful experience. We will definitely use Hybrid Restoration again. :)

I chose this company based on reviews, price, and amount of time in business. The scheduling process was very simple. However I think because of logistics between their location vs mine, (two different states,) it makes scheduling difficult. The owner is very friendly and answered my calls, and questions confidently. The day of installation i received emails reminding me and updating me that we were still on schedule which was nice. The installer showed up earlier than expected which was fine as well. Given the distance between us, that's better than being late. Installation went off without a hitch and we enjoyed some casual conversation. It was a rainy day, and I provided a dry, cool environment to do the job. Now, as far as the product, I opted for the 3 year warranty. I have only had it a few days, but all seems well. My hope is that I never need the warranty, but it does provide peace of mind that I have help if I should need it. I believe that for the price paid, this is a good deal with a reputable company. I could have spent more than double at Toyota and came away with a new battery, however theirs only comes with a 1 year warranty. I have to give credit and props where due. I would strongly recommend Hybrid Restoration to anyone with an ailing hybrid.

Fabulous, exceptional service!!! If you are debating what to do with your hybrid battery as I was MAKE THE CALL! I didn't want a new battery. My Prius had over 200,000 miles on it and I didn't want to spend $3800 in repairs to invest in a car that was being driven by my daughter to and from school daily. I called and spoke with Dante thinking he could tell me who to call in my area (Bloomington, IL). He said they could be there in a few days....WHAT! I was thrilled, a little nervous but Randy showed up and had the new refurbished battery installed in NO TIME! Let me add it was -16 the day he changed the battery out! I cannot say enough good things about this company from start to finish! I will update as time goes on to the life of the battery. It came with a 1 year warranty and saved me over $2,000 from my option at the Toyota dealership. THRILLED is an understatement! THANKS RANDY!!!!
