Update: since the owner said it wasn't possible. I was going 50 and was about to start slowing down for the school zone and he blew past me like I was sitting still and then tried to scoot up into the construction zone so I couldn't see his logo from the Murphy gas station. Just saw this truck going at least 60 through the Shelby oaks elementary school zone to get in front of me instead of behind me (one car ahead). Def would not trust in a residential area
Next Generation went above and beyond to get me off the road and back home! Its 106 outside today and they got me all taken care of in just a little over an hour.
Steve did a wonderful job of getting my disabled truck up on the Flatbed of his truck. He was very professional and he knew exactly how to get my truck towed. Keep up the great service.

I was so impressed with the personnel at Next Generation Towing. Not only did Steve go above and beyond by arriving within 20 minutes of telling me he was on his way, he patiently explained what he needed to do to safely tow my precariously perched vintage car away from the accident scene! I’ve called so many ****ing tow company’s and it seems that a car on the highway is such a issue with grabbing. One call to em, just one call and everything will be “All Right!” As the drivers do and try their best to get “YOU!” Your pride and Joy back home! They didn’t have a tow truck that could help me but the lady that answered the phone was super helpful and nice. And after calling multiple places she was the first nice voice.
VERY PROFESSIONAL on the phone and at the tow site. ARRIVED EARLY for the tow, which was a very pleasant surprise while stranded on a hot day. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
Great Scott! Scott was great! Called within 15 minutes of arrival. Showed up in an hour as dispatcher promised. Unlike AAA who stranded us for 8 hrs on I40 in Memphis. Polite. Courteous. Conscientious. Trustworthy. Just like great business is always done. Recommended them to Serra Chevy in Bartlett and to you fine reader of posts.
When i called for a tow, they Told me It would be 20 minutes Until our driver got there. waited two hours for a tow. Every time i would call for an update of where the driver was, they would just say 15 more minutes. They were aware I waiting for the driver to get there because I wasn’t leaving the car unattended with the keys in the vehicle like they suggested. Waited two hours and never got an apology they just acted like it wasn’t their problem.

Owner messaged me and said i was over reacting and for me to take my review down Because i was his only review and it was negative and bringing down his ratings. I told him i would not take down my review because it was an honest review of my experience with his company. That if he gave me a discount or compensation for my time wasted i would edit my review to add that his company attempted to resolve the issue. He then told me i had an attitude and said that his explanation should suffice. He then had people he knows (below my review) give him positive reviews to override my negative review.
Thanks Next Generation for helping my mother. She is elderly and was stuck in the cold and your company was so fast and courteous to her. I will always use your company!
Was worried to death about having my car towed. Got a lot invested to let just anyone tow my car. They were very professional, timely, and without any issues. Can’t thank them enough!
