Lowdown on 11-18-2025 approximately 9 p.m. came to tire shop dude try to charge me 120 when I call it was 60 bad business dude gone say let me call my boss I left we out trying to help black businesses but look how they get over never again
worst service ever!!! Still waiting on the problem to be fixed almost at a week waiting! Will be leaving a fb review as well bc this was the worst experience i ever have had concerning tires!
Dangerous place to do business with i went to this place with a hole in the side of my tire where it couldn't be fixed so I went in to pay before service was done cause I did business with them before I went into there office this past Sunday cause I have to drive to Cali the following morning they could of said we don't have the tire but instead said they had it but the Dangerous thing the guy did was put the same tire on the car after I paid $55 I traveled on the road with my wife and kids on the road to California I don't suggest doing any business with these people because they are very heartless I know it was an lightskin older man who drives a white SUV who did my tire make sure you check your tires before leaving because they don't care about no one safety over money
Needed a tire change for my vehicle on the side of the road. Called at 5:29p.m to give the tire size and location of the vehicle said he had the tire and gave an amount for the service. He said will be there in 30 minutes. Time has passed to 7:00p.m still no one has come. Called back to see what was going on he asked the guy isn't there yet? I said no one has been here. Turns out the owner sent another guy to do the repair and he never came. I called back and no answer Lol... basically had to call another mobile tire service to get my tire replaced. Bad business
My first visit to the tire shop to buy a new tire, and I had to wait more than 30 minutes for just one brand new tire. No disrespect to the owner or the employee. I understand they are extremely busy. I advise the owner to hire more men or women to better serve his customers. Thank you for doing business!!
I drove from Nashville and had the misfortune to getting caught up with a pothole. I called around and a person who sounded like an older Gentleman told me in order to get my flat fixed ... He would charge me $250 I told him I could do that and was going to come and get it.... I called an Uber and Spent $35 to go and comeback when I get there the place was closed and the phone kept going straight to voicemail.... I have to head back to Nashville in a couple hours because of work and I let him know that.... He wasted my time and cost me more money instead of just saying he couldn't do it.... I am now stranded hoping to get another 24/7 tire shop and hoping it will not burn me like this one did
Didn’t have to wait to get service and it took less than 30 minutes for the flat to get changed and at a good price. The man who greeted me was cool and professional. Definitely come here for a tire change
Terrible service they guys have very bad attitudes they told me 1 price over the phone but when I got there the manager had said a totally different price
Customer service was horrible waited over an hour to get one tire put on a rim. i was the only customer there. one employee walked around complaining about wanting to go home and using profanity. Also no communication at all. horrible experience. decent prices
Price was cool but the communication and customer service suck!..... I've been waiting on the man to get to me for 4 in half hours I told him I had to work at 9 and now it 930 still haven't got here..... do better please
I I called and asked if they could come and fix my flat or change it to my donut and this man told me he was going to charge me $150. I did not ask to be told anywhere he asked me if I was talking about mobile service to change a flat and he said 1500 this is totally ridiculous

They came to me stranded on the interstate 3 hrs from home with no spare, brought me a new tire, replaced the blown out tire, installed it right where i was stranded, and had me on the road back home. God bless this business and its employees. Highly recommend.
I got a flat tire in the middle of the night. This shop got me a new tire well last normal business hours so I could continue on my road trip. The whole process took about 15 minutes and they didn’t inflate prices. Great experience.
I would trust them with my car any day. I appreciated the good service. I will continue to visit this location for my tire service. Especially since they are 24 hours. You know Memphis pots won’t let any of us win lol.
If you want good communication and professionalism then this is NOT your place.
Talking to them is like talking to someone who's high and don't care about anything that's going on.
The best part is, I called to book their service and they never came nor even called back to say that couldn't or wouldn't and I was only 1 mile away from their shop
Very very very unprofessional. Had 14 year with no supervision work on my tire. Lol it took 1 and half hour for service. Only teason i stayed cause it was Sunday and no one else was open close. One guy working on cat in flip flops. The women and book keeper was excellent. But no deals i wont recommend this place
I had a flat after hours and thought I was out of luck. Called these guys and they got me back on the road quickly. I highly recommend their service. You will never need a tow truck again. Thanks again!!!
These guys are very reliable in a bad situation! I blew both; my tire and donut late at night. I was driving on a brand new tire within the hour. The most impressive thing was the fact that i was saved through word of mouth. Saved some money as well. This is a Great business!
Owner Hallaway was patient and helped me to find His shop. He went above and beyond to ensure my safety getting there. Took me to an atm after fixing my flat because I had no cash. I wish more business owners would be like him.
They did a kickass job getting me hooked up with some used tires late at night. Went out of their way to make sure i was road safe and happy with my price!
My mom and I almost got shot trying to get our tire fixed. It was late around 10 pm and of course we should have known better not to be in that area around that time but we were desperate. Shots were fired sounded like maybe across the street, they got closer and sounded very near. We were scared for our lives. It eventually stopped, not sure what it was about. Thankfully no one was hurt. It took a while for them to give us our tire, we were trying to get the hell up outta there. If you do patronize the business, you best do it before it gets dark.....
