Friendly and helpful dispatcher, and friendly and very skilled wrecker driver. My driveway is very steep up by my house and wrecker was having issues and eventually went into limp mode. He made a couple of attempts to get it to cooperate but couldn't. It told him it was on concrete and I could do what I needed to my truck there, so we unloaded it where it sat. He very apologetic, and discounted the fee by $25, which was nice. The customer service attitudes of the dispatcher and driver were great. A little trouble at the end but my driveway is pretty extreme, so no complaints there. They will definitely be my first call if I need a wrecker again.
I broke down in a bad part of town. I was scared and my husband was out of town of course lucky me. I called Adre’s wrecker service. They were kind understood my predicament and were there quickly. Not only were they nice but they got me home safely. I recommend them to any and everyone
Whoever works at the front desk of this office is extremely rude and She’s abusing her power. She’s also telling lies on Shelby County about a car being held, and when paperwork is being sent to her, she saying that she cannot use it.
We have used Adre's Wrecker Service for years and they never fail to take the very best care of us. Adrian is always so pleasant over the phone and when they serviced us recently I had the pleasure of meeting her son Michael for the first time. He was professional yet personal and took very care of our vehicle.
The kindest people I have ever dealt with. They go up and above for their customers and understand that life happens. Will never use anyone else. Efficient and professional and go the extra mile. Honestly call them. It's worth it. Affordable as well. Because it is hard times. Kindness goes the distance and makes all the difference and they were amazing. Thank you guys for all your help.
The lady I spoke with over the phone and the driver were both extremely kind and helpful. This is the only time I've had to have my car towed, but I saved their number in my phone because of how pleasant my experience was. My car was picked up and taken to the body shop within 30 minutes of calling them. Highly recommend!
Very polite and professional got me my truck back quick and easy. The driver was exceptionally nice. If you get in a wreck like me, which i advise you avoid lol, you cant beat Adre's!

DO NOT USE! They will mangle your vehicle loading it on and expect to not be held accountable! They claim they can only take cash and when asked why a card could not be used the driver was extremely rude and hung up. Was FORCED to pay out 250$ to take our vehicle 10 miles down the road. They refused to unload our vehicle and then threatened to have our vehicle impounded if we did not pay them cash on the spot right then and there! Very unprofessional establishment! STEER CLEAR OF THESE BONEHEADS!
I highly recommend Adre’s ! I’ve used them several times and will continue to use them for my towing needs. They arrived to my location very fast, professional and friendly . GREAT PEOPLE to do business with.
Was lucky to have Adre's assigned by the Sheriff's Dept to pick up my daughter's car after her accident. The wrecker driver was professional and a gentleman to her. The dispatcher was also friendly and courteous. Will consider Adre's in the future.
