Called multiple times and no one ever answered. Calling on behalf a car that hasn’t been mine for 3 years and they want me to pay for it being towed.

Worst company to ever deal with. I called and the woman didn’t give me a price or ETA of when the two truck will be here. I called again and she said 30 minutes. I waited for about 45 minutes before I called them again and she told me he was getting dressed. Terrible first time experience!

Absolutely wonderful!!! I highly recommend this company. They actually helped me last weekend around July 15/16. The other company (Mace) lied & no one showed up. I was stranded for about 5 hours with no help & a low cell phone battery. Gleaves came in the timeframe that was given to me when I made the original call. They even called me when help was on the way. Richard was very professional when he showed up. After my car was moved from its stuck position, he even looked under my car to assess damage. He didn't have to do that but he cared for me as a person & not just doing a job to get the money. Richard is your guy in time of need. Thanks again Richard! Utmost professionalism, great company, great employees, & outstanding services. If I'm ever in need of wrecker services again, I will call Gleaves!! Thanks Gleaves!!!

Was broke down waiting for Was for 2 hours before calling a local mechanic and being revered here. The tower called and was very easy to communicate with then he went above and beyond for our extenuating circumstances. Now I understand why you always hear the south is friendlier. It's absolutely true
