Man Alexis is the shit!!!! I torn pull apart up today hoping to find a Toyota tundra mirror spent probably a good 3-4 hours before I finally gave up and discover I had lost my truck key thank god she helped me find them!!!

Very nice people was there pulling up part and it took me longer then expect it and they was closing up and I didn't get it off and the man was very nice gentleman and gave me a pass to come in in the morning to finish pulling it I would recommend if you need a part this is the place Thank you very much
I purchased two wheels and tires the tires look brand new put them on my car and they shook so bad. I went back on the fourth day because I had to work with my receipt and they tell me that they don’t take wheels and tires back after three days so I spent $130 on two pieces of junk lowdown.
I was looking for wheels for my SUV and the staff let me know that the vehicles on the lot were not compatible. Even though I didn't purchase anything they were still very polite and helpful and made sure I didn't waste my time looking for something that wasn't there.
Drove 3 hours from Mississippi to Memphis for a drive shaft for a 09 Kia borrego and not only did they have one but I only paid 64 and some change for a whole 2 piece unscaved saving me thousands of dollars

Josh and David, the managers were so helpful! I am a single woman and felt so insecure about needed a part and they helped me every step of the way. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed!
The parts in the video would have cost me over $200 and I got them for less than $60. Pull-A-Part staff is helpful and friendly every time I've gone and they've helped me out of a few jams with their graveyard of dead cars ready to be reincarnated.
Daniel really helped us out. He was amazing. It was my sons first time there he was in kind of a bind and we had almost given. Then Daniel came by with his expertise and got us pointed in the right direction, and saved the day. Really glad we chose to stop by Instead of waiting a week to try to get the car fixed.
Great everything was East to fond including the car. As my husband and I are mobile mechanics, sometimes it's cheaper for our customers to go with junkyard instead of the dealership or even O'Reilly's / AutoZone. Will definitely be returning weekly !
David who I think may be the store manager is awlays helpful and goes out of his way to make sure we are taken care of. He is there all the time and probably deserves a raise!
I stopped by here to look for a tire for my Son 2010 Nissan Altima 2.5 S. And a Symbol for a 2002 Toyota Camry LE. What I love about this place is that it is very organized. They have a computer system that you can search for the year Make, Model of the car you need parts for also you can do an interchange to see what other car parts will work for that car. admission to get in is $2.00 for no VIP customer's and $1.00 for VIP which I am. They also sell cars as well. The prices for there tires are $24.99 plus taxes off the rim. I payed $33.99 plus the $3.00 for the core plus taxes$36.99 which am going to take my other rim back to get the $3.00 core, you have 30 days to do so. The tire warranty is 30 days. I found a brand new Goodyear 215/60/R16. They did not have the symbol I was looking for. You can sign up to get texts for the car you need parts for. Also you can go online to look at their inventory before you make the trip. This was an outstanding visit, the customer service was great also!!!
Staff was very friendly and helped during the process of removing an engine from a car. The forklift operator helped moving the car around and getting it strapped to pull. The manager is really nice and goes the extra mile to help you get through. The website is really helpful too, showing cars locations even with pictures! Cashiers do a great job too, I highly recommend this place for getting used parts for cars.
Let me just say this for my first time experience at Pull-A-Part I felt right at home with the warm greetings and assistance from Allison. I really appreciate her being patient with me and very informational. I think it's safe to say I'm sold great job

I had a fantastic experience at the Pull-A-Part in Memphis! The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making it easy to find the parts I needed for my vehicle. The yard was well-organized and clean, which made it simple to navigate and pull the parts I was after. Prices were very reasonable, and I was impressed with how quickly I was able to get in and out. If you’re looking for quality used auto parts and great service, this is the place to go! I’ll definitely be back if I need anything else. David was SO SO kind!!
Not too busy, the employees were very friendly and were moving quickly! Someone was always available for assistance to help with any problems or questions. I love coming here because you can’t beat the prices for the parts and if you know how to tell the good parts from the bad parts, then you can save yourself a trip or two. Plus they have a VIP program that costs NOTHING (FREE!) and saves you 50% on admission! Several other neat, updated features like viewing your purchases and warranties for the parts online! I also use to work here and it’s a great place to work too!
