I don’t know why Memphis allow this company to operate. You tow my rig that’s ok but why hook the rig on the airbag causing damages to the truck and tried to claim they blocked our number. Crooks
If I could give them zero stars I would. They tried booting my truck when I was legally parked then tried to extort 500 dollars cash from me. Such a scam and unethical company
They are. Big rip off illegally towing people cars from apartment complexes that they live in to get money making lies up my truck was in a truck parking spot with a parking pass the pass been in my window two years I will get it he news involved. This the second time some like this has happened I had my grocery delivered from Walmart from DoorDash she was bringing groceries in upstairs to my apartment. Came back out and they had towed her car just that fast
Extremely dishonest employees, they quoted me $450 for a 3 mile tow then tried to EXTORT me for an additional $500 in cash, the short one with a beanie and face that looks like he walked off the planet of apes set still in make up, told me he wouldn't let go of my car until I paid him 500 cash, directly to him!!
My husband was scammed with this company last night along with another driver in Memphis TN exit 4. They was threatened that they will call the police but the police was driving by throughout the night and they didn’t try to stop them. They were targeting only some trucks claiming they didn’t pay to park but there was no signs to pay. One driver offered him cash money of $15 and he was ok with that to where they charged my husband over $400 other trucks were pulling in but they wasn’t confronted like I said only certain trucks were targeted. When you try to call the number on the side of the truck it has been disconnected. Big scam if they confront you donot give them your debit or credit card info .
