Dont let me forget how nice ...Bought a transmission for my 2012 dodge challenger, this being my 3rd time buying one from them. 1st one worked about six months, second didn't work at all thought it was my fault. So I tried to put the two together to make one work but to no avail. This third time I paid the most I ever paid. So I was excited that it would surely work. It didn't work and since I was not a certified mechanic that voids the warranty of an incomplete piece of junk. I feel so defeated not by the car but by the way the owner stands behind that little piece of paper & argues because he has covered his behind with it. I feel defeated because I could've bought a brand spank new transmission for 2k!
Guess I should've tried mr dodge or mr challenger or something else worthwhile.
Undecided. They were nice and attempted to be helpful, but I called in advanced before making the 3 hr drive to confirm parts but sadly disappointed when arriving. I specifically stated I was traveling 3 hours. Still grossly overstated the quality of the part I wanted. Still purchased 2 other items. One tem was damaged, but I got it before leaving.
My customer purchased an engine, and after installing it, it had a 3 inch hairline crack in the oil pan. It looked like it had been dropped or those forklifts damaged it trying to move it.
Picking up the part for a cousin and they had it ready when I got there and they reduced the price due to a very minor rust spot which made the cousin very happy
We get here when they say they open at 7:30 am and no one is here. We see a sign that said 8:00 so we wait till then and now it is 8:30 and no one is here this is not how you run a business in my opinion!!
I came here for a bracket for my Dodge, a bracket that was discontinued in 2014 and difficult to find. Was given a great deal, but not only that, I had some questions about some work I was doing, and was stuck regarding some bolt issues. The guy behind the counter was a huge help, I'm not sure if he is the owner, manager, but he seemed to be one or the other, and one of the guys that work here brought me outside where the vehicles and parts are, to give me an idea on the best way to get the work done. I didn't even know this place existed, until someone recommended it to me. I've recommended it to others since then and I will definitely be back! You guys are really freaking awesome!
I was ecstatic when I found this place on vacation. Paul had all the parts I was looking for (great prices too) brought them home
to Minnesota. He even shipped a gas tank to me! I will be returning in August for more parts! Great place!!
The man working the front almost had me in tears the day I went here look for parts. He was the most frustrating person I have ever dealt with. I needed a simple part for my headlight and instead of at least offering to try to attempt to take one off of their jeeps he kept giving me reasons why he couldn't. I needed a vent for my back door and he wanted to charge more than it would've cost me to buy one new. Same thing for a rear wiper I needed. I asked about seats bc I would've gotten some of those too if this experience had went better and I couldn't even get a straight answer about those. By far one of my worst experiences anywhere.
They have great selection of parts,there customer service sucks,trust and believe is I could find another salvage the have parts I would be glad to go their no matter how much more money I would have to spend!!!!
I was able to find all the parts I needed for my 2002 Wrangler Sport.
The guys there were friendly, helpful, and affordable.

Would have honestly gave 5 stars because they had almost everything i needed. The only problem was out of the 5 parts i needed 1 was the wrong part. I called and went back to let them know and the guy was very upset that i was bringing the part back and was actually very snappy. I do not believe treatment was fair due to the fact i was given a wrong part. He agreed to credit me for a future part however impressions are everything and his was very unwelcome. Would maybe still come back just because of convenience. However prices are still a bit pricey for used parts when for only a few bucks more you could get them new.
I contacted Steve about selling him a Grand Cherokee with a blown engine. He gave me what I felt was a fair offer plus he offered to pick up the vehicle. I met him at his shop and the transaction went off without a hitch.
Steve is polite, personable and professional. As I own two other Jeeps, I told him I'd keep him in mind!
Great experience. Highly recommend him.
They had what I needed and were helpful. Price was a little high for a part that was so "used", but it was cheaper and faster than anything online. I would use them again.
