Raleigh reclaimed is simply one of the finest businesses that my wife and I have had the pleasure to work with. From material selection, to execution toward the finished item, too the installation and delivery. They are not only a five star but frankly should be a 10 star. Dashawn, Christian, Dan and Rock Handled the delivery and installation with the utmost of white glove care and pride. We would recommend anyone who wants a custom Furniture, cabinetry, or any wood experience to Only make one stop, and that is at Raleigh reclaimed.

I went to Raleigh Reclaimed looking for quality lumber for my woodworking projects, and I couldn’t be happier. Their lumber selection is outstanding—sold by the board foot, not by length like big box stores, and far superior to construction-grade wood. (They also make beautiful custom furniture.) Marcell, who has been with RR for over 12 years, helped me choose and milled the wood for my Moravian workbench. He kept costs down, offered expert advice, and precisely cut the pieces according to my cut list. The base to my workbench turned out perfect. When I returned for lumber for a top for my workbench, Marcell found me a thick solid slab that cost less than laminating several pieces similar to 2x4s. His knowledge and skill made my project a success. I highly recommend Raleigh Reclaimed and Marcell.

Once again, Marcell and the Raleigh Reclaimed team came through! Marcell walked me through a range of options, helped me compare both the types of wood and their unique designs, and provided me with technical support in cutting, sanding, and finishing a sofa table project. Incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and responsive!

Marcell was fantastic to work with! Raleigh Reclaimed installed our beams yesterday in our Southern Colonial home and they look fantastic. I was VERY particular in the style, size and color of the beams and Marcell was incredibly kind and patient. He never pressured me to get something different-we waited for the right beams and they look fantastic. This picture is before I caulked and touched up the paint and it still looks amazing.

I've been buying wood from Raleigh Reclaimed since they were near Ray Price Harley Davidson. Always super friendly and easy to work with. As I've gotten to old to tackle a big tabletop anymore, I asked Billy to finish one for me out of to matched slabs he had. It's just stunning!! I can't thank the team at Raleigh Reclaimed enough for the beautiful table top!

Great place for unique, beautiful reclaimed wood and stunning craftsmanship. Good prices on raw pieces. We were looking to create a mantle and some floating shelves, but we are inspired to use Raleigh Reclaimed for additional custom pieces.

Best place for lumber in the area. The staff are always very welcoming and helpful. I still consider myself as starting out with woodworking and the staff have always been super helpful with all my questions. Adding some photos of the projects that this place has allowed me to create.

Dashawn and Charlie skillfully delivered a very heavy and cumbersome table for me today. These gentlemen were not only considerate of my home, they also handled everything like it was their own home. From the moment we met Audrey to discuss design options, to visiting to pick out our specific wood for the project, the walk around the shop to see a little of the magic people like Mackenzie who fabricated our project perform, to the time and care Brian and Jerome spent when they delivered and assembled our custom console tables, working with Raleigh Reclaimed was super fun and exciting. We worked with them in the past on smaller projects and will definitely work with them again should we have a specific furniture need. 5 star service and results. Updated: Today (Jan 2) we met Marcell. He helped us pick out a slab for a desk and table project my wife and I want to do. He was awesome! He even cut down the slab and helped load it into our vehicle. Thanks Marcell for another great experience!

We would like to highly recommend Marcel to anyone searching for help with their wood projects. We've had the pleasure of meeting with him three times, and he thoughtfully listened to our needs, toured us through the facility showcasing our options, and even assisted choosing the right boards for our home. Marcel is extremely knowledgeable and professional, yet, warm and friendly. We will ask for him, again.

Marcell was very helpful in picking out the right wood and explaining the process in getting the beautiful furniture made for our home. McKenzie is an A+ craft person and did a wonderful job in building our furniture and made great suggestions along the way. What a great experience from start to finish. We are thrilled with the outcome of the three projects with Raleigh Reclaimed in our recent remodeling: beams inside a new tray ceiling in the dining room, five beams in a new vaulted ceiling in the kitchen, and a mantel with custom corbels for the remodeled fireplace. The beams and mantel are mitered at the edges for a beautiful look and stained to match our cherry kitchen island, and the corbels were made to match a design we found online. The complexities meant that the crew had to make many measurements and cuts on-site to install the beams and create the angles we wanted in the tray ceiling. Everything was done perfectly and everyone was a real pleasure to work with. We worked mostly with Marcell at the shop and he was very informative, gracious, personable, and especially patient! The cherry in the mantel came from a Raleigh location so that makes it even more meaningful. We would highly recommend RR to satisfy the most demanding clients! Thanks again, Marcell, Billy, and the entire crew.

Raleigh reclaimed is my type of joint, Beautiful lumber of all different sizes, species and price points. We spoke with Marcell who gave us a tour and explained the process from beginning to end. He knew what we needed it for (outdoor shower) and didn't try and up sell us something we didn't need. Over all great experience and I would highly recommend. Can't wait to back for the next project! 5 stars all around

It's hard to find good customer service nowadays but you won't have that problem here! I went to multiple lumber yards and couldn't find what i needed before finding Raleigh Reclaimed. Marcel checked his inventory for me and found some beautiful ambrosia maple that would work for my project at a great deal. He offered to plane and rip the boards for me and i took him up on that offer. I figured I'd have to come back to pick up the boards but to my surprise he immediately loaded up the lumber and carried it over to the planer. While i waited i looked around in awe of the amount of slabs and woodworking equipment they had in their shop, Marcel introduced me to Billy, the owner, and another coworker. All around good crowd! Next time i need lumber for a project, my first call will be to Marcel. Amazing customer service!

Me and my housemate came here looking for some material for a diy project. After looking around at desks and bedframes for months I decided to make my own due to lack of quality and price. These guys at Raleigh reclaimed greeted us at the front door and then proceeded to give us a tour around the facilities. Afterwards we we're greeted by Marcell, an extremely helpful and kind employee. He helped us look at what the shop had in my dimensions and price range. He also helped us price out the pieces and fit them to spec in the shop. We plan on returning soon to get a top for a soon to be dinning room set. 10/10

Fantastic business. Locally sourced lumber that they cut, dry, mill and turn into furniture all on site. They're selection was of slabs was impressive. The people I met there were great. Marcell took the time to give me a full tour of the shop and explain how Raleigh Reclaimed operates. I look forward to going back Raleigh Reclaimed in the future.

Visited a few times prior to purchasing “reclaimed accent wood” for walls and always just had the best experience. Finally made our purchase with Marcell and he was so great explaining all that I needed to know and was super helpful when I needed to hand pick a few pieces. The quality is outstanding, the measurements worked perfectly! I can’t wait to use there resources again!

Marcel was very helpful in every way. He educated me on the process on how the the wood is found, dried, and refinished. Marcel then showed me the different woods to chose from to make our pieces. We are renovating our home so the RR pecan countertop, shelf, and desk are adding warmth and interest unlike we have ever had. The installers were professionals and perfectly fit the countertop and shelf into the custom built-ins. The pieces are beautiful. Thank you Marcel.

Raleigh Reclaimed did an amazing job making three pieces for our new home, an entrance console made from our own oak tree, a walnut dining table and an elm coffee table with a metal base. The craftsmanship in fabrication and finishing is outstanding. The delivery team was top notch too! I highly recommend.

My wife and I both work from home we decided to invest in creating a space that could serve as a home office base for both of us. Raleigh Reclaimed really came through, designing, building and installing a complete office with cabinetry, shelving and giant desk L-shaped desk that could accommodate us both and still give us space to stretch out. And just as important as being super-functional, it is absolutely gorgeous, with hickory desktops and shelves all sourced from urban salvage lumber, and cabinetry painted to match the wall color, creating a calm, peaceful place for us to work. Nicole, the Director of Design, talked with us about our needs, came out for a home visit and put together a concept that looks and feels great, works within our space and does what we need it to do. Matt and Alex did an incredible job with the installation, coming up with solid solutions on the fly for a few tricky situations that our existing room threw at them. So far it’s been beyond our expectations and we’re loving working in this new, peaceful space. We’re still getting settled in but already have some plans for a second phase for another wall to add more functionality and beauty to the room.

These guys are awesome! Marcell is super friendly and always quick to help you find what you’re looking for. I’m a tool nerd and they were more than happy to let me look around and talk about their tool collection. This place is a saw mill but also a history lesson with all the classic tools they have around. I bought some 8/4 white oak. Their prices are fair. If you’re looking for rough sawn this is the place to go. Only place I buy hardwoods from!

We purchased fireplace mantles for our new build and are extremely happy with the results. I was so impressed with the entire Raleigh Reclaimed team. Marcell went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect wood and finish for our mantles. He took me on a tour, introduced me to all of the team members, went searching through a big pile of wood to find the perfect piece. Truly an experience! I highly recommend.

Raleigh Reclaimed installed a beam running across the ceiling and down one wall that is absolutely beautiful!! I still cannot believe this is in my house. The whole process from start to finish was pretty quick. We checked out beams at their showroom and decided what thickness and color would work best in our home. The crew that installed the beam was so professional and easy to work with. Can you tell how happy I am?!!? I will be installing an outdoor fireplace and will most definitely use Raleigh Reclaimed for my mantel.

I had a great experience at Raleigh Reclaimed. I needed brown reclaimed barn boards for a coffee bar I was building. Marcell walked me through the shop, explained how the wood is sourced and treated, and helped me pick out the perfect boards for my project. Great price! Highly recommend!
