I was having a rough morning running late for work, stressed about training a new hire, and hoping my battery would hold out just a little longer. On my way to grab breakfast at Hardee’s, I happened to pass Auto Value. I drive by this place all the time but never stopped in something told me to check out their batteries. Mr. Ali greeted me and gave me a quote. I told him I’d come back later. Well… I went to start my car and it wouldn’t turn over. I walked back in and said, “I think I’ll take that battery today.” I was fully prepared to install it myself (even though I had no idea how). Without hesitation, Mr. Ali offered to install it for me, and he had me in and out in under 10 minutes. What really stood out wasn’t just the quick service it was Mr. Ali’s kindness and empathy. He could tell I was overwhelmed and took a moment just to talk with me. That simple conversation shifted my whole mood. I left feeling better than I had all morning. I also found out they work on cars too, so I’ll definitely be returning for any future car needs. Thank you, Mr. Ali. I’m truly grateful I stopped in and had the pleasure of meeting you.

I had a wonderful experience at this Auto Value location. I came in with a corroded car battery on a holiday, and the gentleman who helped me was incredibly helpful and kind. Not only did he have the part I needed in stock, but he also helped guide me through what needed to be replaced and why. He was patient, knowledgeable, and didn’t try to upsell me or take advantage of the situation — which I really appreciated, especially during a time when I was already overwhelmed. Thank you for being professional, quick, and most of all, honest. I’ll definitely be returning here for future auto needs.

I like this place. Run by a very nice gentleman who is very knowledgeable. Given the minimal knowledge of your average parts counter person having someone of experience is a very nice change. It's a small shop but he can have any part there in a few hours.

Friendly and knowledgable worker Ali runs the shop. He tested my car battery for free. Bought a new battery with free installation and he installed it with the recommended corrosion prevention.

My Family & I had traveled from Concord NC to Raleigh on a Saturday.. when My car battery light came on . The problem a bad alternator. I called a repair shop that was nearby & was told they couldn't fix my car until Monday.. I was panicking.. my next call was to Auto Value Parts Store. I spoke to Ali & he was able to locate the part at a very reasonable price including the install. I attempted to drive my car to their location but my car died less than 0.2 miles.. Ali came to my location & quick jumped my vehicle & that saved me like $170 tow.. Ali then proceeded to work on my car in the cold.. I Highly recommend Ali & His Place of Business. Ali is extremely knowledgeable!!! Found the right parts THAT NO other store had AT AN amazing price(no huge overhead & he actually knows what he's talking about /doing.. long story short ordered the ignition coils they came early. He installed the next day.. AND THE PRICE. I promise you you won't find it better... I paid total about $500 for ignition coils + installation for a V8... AutoZone wanted 1k just for the coils & id have to wait....... Id be a fool for not calling Ali first...... Customer SERVICE IS A1... Seriously I'm extremely satisfied. Great intelligent conversations as well

We have been to Auto Value on Avent Ferry Rd a few times since moving to the Raleigh area a couple years ago. Ali is one of the most kind and friendly people we've ever met! Excellent customer service and quality work. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to him. He'll take great care of you and your car!

The last time I lost a side mirror, I took my car to a body shop. They charged me over $500 and kept my car for ten days. This time, I took it to Auto Value Parts Store, where I met my new friend Ali. Not only did Ali do the replacement for $150 cheaper than the body shop, he had it done in less than an hour. I ate a little lunch at the spot next door and took a walk on the Walnut Creek Trail. Ali had my car back to me before the end of my lunch break. I can't sing his praises enough! I will absolutely be back.

Excellent customer service and great attention to detail. This is a family owned store that Mr Ali solely runs with some assistance from his sons. I came into the store as I had issues with my car that had persisted for over 2 weeks. Mr Ali worked on it tirelessly for over 3 days whilst allowing me the use of one of his vehicles to purchase parts at various stores in the area. I would highly recommend visiting his store. Be it for purchasing parts, receiving maintenance or for general advice and assistance.

Do Not support these guys! They will rip you off! They charged me 10.72 for a single 2032 battery for my key fab. I’ve replaced this battery before and I have never spent this much for it. They took my keys, tore a single battery out from the pack, installed it, and then told me the price. In shock, I asked them why it was so expensive showing them costs of other batteries at other stores online and he said they have to pay their sellers and that’s just how it is. Also, I could not return it because they had already installed it. What the hell.

This store is by far the greatest auto shop that I have been to. The owner is extremely kind and helpful, and does an excellent job repairing whatever you may need. This shop’s prices are the cheapest compared to what I have been quoted for at dealerships and other body stores, and they do a superb job as well. All in all, I am highly pleased with my experience and would recommend this place to anyone.

Good place to get spare parts and also value recommendations to fix the repairs, they do maintenance services like oil changes and AC tunings. I was looking for wipers across all corporate stores but this store has the right fit. Always recommend to visit this location.

Ali is hands down one of the most patient and helpful auto parts professionals I have come across. Recently lost the brakes on my only vehicle. Ali and his son took time to bring me the parts I needed because I had no way to get back and forth. Can’t say enough about this place! Customer for life!!!

Went in here for the first time today and had such a phenomenal experience. They had almost everything I needed and what they didn’t have, they brought to the store within an hour and it was super easy for me to pop back over. Customer service was great, Oli was so helpful and so kind. I’ll recommend this place to anyone that needs parts or service!

I went in for some engine mount replacements, stabilizer replacement and an oil change. Ali was amazing, so kind and very nice to talk to. The problem is fixed and my car runs so smooth. I definitely recommend using Auto Value Parts as your mechanic and parts store!!!!

Absolutely great experience here. Very polite and found the prices to be cheaper than anywhere I could find. The free installation is not only convenient but cost effective when compared to other places that install things such as headlights. 100% recommend.

So helpful and quick! Worker/owner was very nice, and the work was quality. Much cheaper than other places I could have gone. I got my oil changed, tail light replaced and both front and back wipers replaced as well.

I wish I had been coming here all along. **They do parts and all kinds of services** I was able to get my coolant fans replaced and only took a few hours. Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff that don’t pressure you into things you don’t really need. I was very happy with the prices (I shopped around) and found auto value parts the least expensive and they use the highest quality products. I came back the next day and got a full synthetic oil change for $69.99. (They have a special going right now) I won’t go anywhere else for now on. Thanks for everything!!

Exceptional service! I know nothing about cars and needed help with my Nissan. The owner (I believe) helped me without hesitation. He went above and beyond. My car would not start and he came out to the parking lot to check out what was wrong. He jumped my car and was very knowledgeable. He was so kind and the service was so good Today (2 days later) I bought the battery, he installed it and didn’t try to upcharge me with other items in the store which I appreciate. HIGHLY Recommend!
