Just awful. Gave them the correct address and they said they were late because we didn’t give them right location? The owner stopped contacting us and told us his phone died. Apparently this a theme with the company lol. We went with a different towing company. Do better.
Cedric the owner was horrible. Told us a time and showed up 3 hours later. Started dodging my calls when I realized they weren’t showing up. Overheard him talking to the driver saying “if he won’t pay we will repo his car” (for a requested tow) and “why would I talk to him”. Cedric was unprofessional and unresponsive to my phone calls. He even went as far as to say that if I left a review he would just lie and say my phone had died and it was my fault. This is a new business that he doesn’t have anything under control. Do not use this company. Vince on the other hand was the absolute man. He was very professional and provided excellent customer service despite Cedric’s shortcomings.
Fast, reliable, and professional! Ready Set Tow picked up my car and towed it to the mechanic with ease. Great communication and very competitive rates compared to others in the area. Highly recommend!
