I submitted info about my 2020 Ford Ranger online with CarMax, Carvana, and We Buy Any Car. Best offer or valuation, as We Buy… calls it, was with We Buy…. So I scheduled an appointment for yesterday at 3:00 at the Garner facility. I arrived on time, but the manager, Tom, was still working with another customer. I waited in my truck for a few minutes and then Tom came out and invited me in. I waited for him to conclude his business with this other customer and noticed that it all seemed very positive. After the other customer left Tom started to work on setting up everything for the sale of my truck. We took it for a road test and then he completed a physical inspection of the truck. We went into the office and he uploaded all of the new info he had collected. The first offer I was presented was significantly lower than the valuation I received online. Apparently this was due to a reported accident my truck was in. I referenced the accident and repair costs in the prior online applications, so I thought that the valuation had already taken that into consideration. Apparently that isn’t the case, so then I was asked to name a price that would get the truck sold that day. I did and unfortunately Tom was unable to give me that number, but he countered with an acceptable number and I sold my truck. Tom was very professional, courteous and upfront about everything. Although I didn’t get the amount shown in the original valuation, I was happy with the check I walked out with. It was a pleasure working with Tom and I would recommend giving him and We Buy Any Car a chance if you’re selling your vehicle.

This was a first-class experience from beginning to end. After owning our 2004 Toyota Sienna for 21 years my wife and I decided to sell it. My wife does not drive anymore, and we had no need for two vehicles. I had seen the ads for your company on TV, but that's all I knew. I checked you out online and read some of the reviews. It all seemed positive, so on Wednesday I completed an online evaluation, and ended up making an appointment for a mobile (at-home) appointment for the following Saturday. So far, so good. On Saturday Antonio arrived for the appointment, and the exercise got even better. Antonio dealt with my wife and me with professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness. My wife and I are both in our 80s and have some health issues. Antonio adjusted for this and showed infinite patience in dealing with us. It was a true pleasure dealing with him. Oh yes, we ended up with a fair and satisfactory price for our vehicle.

Selling a 2002 Volvo V70 in 2025, here in the Raleigh NC area. Closest branch is 4 miles away, so I called them as another quote after other companies. Although there was a small online questionnaire about title and ownership, this company is different. They set an appointment with a "mobile inspector," who comes out and physically looks over the vehicle at my location. No driving it to someone. If it doesn't drive or start, they'll still look it over. I sent off a picture of the title and odometer, they scheduled the appointment, and today Antonio arrived. Super professional organization! I was surprised to learn WeBuyAnyCar is actually nationwide, although not in every state yet. They have the entire process down to a science, all managed through a wifi tablet connected to a system link in the company car -- mobile office. They use various tech gadgets, one of which I thought was cool: He was tapping it on various places on the car. Turns out it measures the paint thickness, to determine repainting, accidents, body work and so forth. Pretty slick! My car happens to drive, so after going over everything, he took it up and down the road. When he put the entire report online, the company came back with an offer. We did a bit of negotiating, and struck a fair deal. Back to his car, then a short time later, back with all legal paperwork, and a printed, corporate check. Done! He put a lockbox on the front wheel, and someone else will be by in 5-8 days to load up the car and take it away. I don't even have to be here! This was really an excellent experience, and Antonio was highly professional, with an excellent personality as well -- friendly, laid back, zero pressure for anything, and just talking about the car. I'm glad I'd asked other companies first, because it helped determine a fair price for this car. Then it was finalized right here! At my location! Just a terrific experience.

Was told they would buy my car for $3000. I arrive and IMMEDIATELY the man starts talking down the car and starts to lower the amount. Then puts the info into the computer and tells me it shows car is worth $3500. After going outside and looking at the car which did have some problems. Problems I told them when I fill out the online application. We go inside and he offers $900. Lol I sold the car MYSELF 5 days later for $2800. DON'T sell your car here they will not give you what is worth. Sell it yourself. Someone will buy it especially now.
