I want to give 5 stars for the guys that came out bc they were wonderful. If I wasn’t in a time crunch I wouldn’t have used the service. I had a king bed frame/headboard, one dresser, two night stands to remove from a downstairs bedroom which was close by the door and it cost $361.00!! They were in & out in about 10 minutes because we had the bed already broken down. I’m sorry but that’s way toooooo much money for such a small job. You live & you learn! Never AGAIN!!! Oh & to top it off there was a place for tip. So I’m editing my reply simply because of the response I received back. I never stated I received the price after the service. I was well aware of the price before the service but if you look above I stated that “if I wasn’t in a time crunch I wouldn’t have used the service.” To future customers just allow yourself some time to find someone else if the quote they give you after they get to you doesn’t work for you. It was my bad but again lesson learned!!!

Excellent, professional service! I called last minute and left a message on a Sunday. They were able to get here the next day. Our technicians, Tyler and Chris were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I would use this company again and again. Timely, efficient, friendly. The BEST COMPANY. Thank you, Tyler and Chris!

Stand up guys did an excellent job emptying out my entire apartment! They have the most reasonable pricing than all the competitors. I contacted them all mcjunk , junk king..etc. they are professional as well as kind, friendly and trustworthy. I was amazed at how swiftly they worked. I highly recommend them!!

Great Experience with Stand Up Guys! I had a piece of furniture that I needed moved ASAP and they were able to send someone out within an hour. Tyler & Chris went to where furniture was located, called to give me a quote (that was reasonable) and due to a phone issue I didn't get the call. They waited 20 min and then had to go on to next job. When I finally got their message, they went back and got the item and couldn't have been more accommodating!! I was able to pay by phone. Highly recommend!!

I used this company twice-once to carry heavy boxes downstairs out of the way of the carpet installers and then again to move the heavy boxes back upstairs once the carpet was installed. I did not have anything (junk) to move out of my house, They sent two delightful teams of two young men each time. Fast, efficient and great to work with. They were very careful with my possessions. They also moved some furniture out of my third floor attic to the garage so it can move along to its next life. I couldn't be happier with the service I got from this company.

They gave me the estimate and I had another estimate and they got it down and Price and I was very satisfied with the price. They came in loaded up the truck and they were gone within 20 minutes.

We had a couple of really heavy pieces of furniture that we needed to deliver to Goodwill. We hired Stand Up Guys to make the delivery. The price was reasonable and the two fellows that moved the furniture were very professional and quick. Overall a very solid experience for us.

These folks did a great job for us. They were able to remove a 4 person hot tub from our atrium, through two sliding glass doors and a gate on the entryway without any damage. Some really tight and heavy maneuvering. Great, friendly folk, too. We highly recommend them

Xavier and pal called before coming. They came and did a great job getting my old sofa out of the house. After the sofa was put in the truck, I paid him for the service. It was painless and quick. Great experience with this junk removal crew! Tristan and Jaylen came right to the location, gave me a quick and fair quote, and got the job done efficiently. They were friendly and easy to work with. I definitely recommend their services!

I really appreciated Stand Up Guys. They came as scheduled, I got a heads up text when they were on their way. They were polite and professional and gosh, they were fast. I figured they would be at least an hour, given the things i had, but they were done in like 15 minutes. I would 100% use them again and would recommend them to anyone, any time.

Overall service was quick and completed efficiently. The one down fall I had was that I after showing their team what garbage I would like to be removed, they provided me with a quote way higher than I was expecting. I told the team thank you for the quote and that we wouldn’t be using there services today. He stated he would call his boss and asked the price I was willing to pay. They accepted the price I was willing to pay but makes me think that they are overcharging their customers unless they say something about it.

Stand Up Guys is my go to for junk removal services on my listings and I’ve worked with them several times. It’s very easy to go online and book an appointment. The day of the removal service, they notify me when they’re on the way. Every worker I have met has been courteous, polite, and hard-working. They offer an estimate before they start loading their truck, which is helpful. Jaylyn and Tavon worked tirelessly - they even went into an attic space and carried heavy items down staircases. I’m very impressed with their work ethic and would highly recommend Stand Up Guys.

From my initial call the customer service was great. Efficient communication and friendly, cool, decent and down to earth customer service and energy. Explains everything to the T, breaks it down and quote you on the spot. This is my first time using such services and it was definitely decent first interaction. I got a call from the guys telling me they could keep my later appointment or come on by in the next few minutes. I jumped on the earlier time because it was convenient. After arriving, they took the time to figure out how best to remove the item from my house without causing any damage, which I greatly appreciated. The appointment was quick and successful. I was a return customer and will continue to use Stand Up Guys in the future.

Went online, booked the appointment, got a confirmation email, text and phone call. They called to let me know exactly how many minutes away they were. Got the estimate, very reasonable and everything was gone under 40 minutes. The gentlemen were very friendly, professional and did an outstanding job! Highly recommend and will use them again.
