Eric came out on very cold night. He was there at our promised time. He was polite and went right to work as soon as he arrived. He took his pictures before and after and asked if he could do anything else. Definitely 5 Star for Eric and Quick Tow Towing!!
It’s been three hours and the driver is not here. They have not set up voicemail and won’t answer phone or texts. I also got a text saying they have arrived. They have NOT. This uniquely bad service.
This review is from my experience in October 2024. Acknowledged the dispatch at 08:30 according to their text. By 14:00, and after MULTIPLE "updates" for my arrival time, I had to call a different company that managed to arrive in 30 minutes and did a wonderful job.
Roger came about 20 minutes earlier than expected and was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend and will reach out to him if we need help in the future. Thank you, Roger for the courteous and prompt service !!
Same exact problem as the other 1 star reviews. Incredibly long wait time (over 3 hours total), horrible communication (I had to call several times just to figure out where they were or what was going on), and in the end the "owner" came out and told me that he could either tear my front end off or cancel the service. Crazy that my insurance went through a company like this. Also crazy that the "owner" couldn't perform a simple job (pulling my car out of a muddy puddle) that one of his drivers said HE could have done if he was driving that truck. Can't fathom how this company has such high ratings.
Roger was so communicative and helpful! It was an extremely stressful situation for me, and he made the process of getting towed to a tire repair shop so much easier than I expected. Cannot recommend Quick Tow Towing and Roger enough!!
Recently my son’s truck broke down and this company was dispatched by our insurance to handle the issue.
They arrived earlier than planned. All of the repair shops were closed, as it was a Sunday evening. Instead of leaving his truck on the side of the road, like most tow companies would do on a busy evening, they hooked up and stored his truck in their tow lot..
The next day, this company was still by our side and helping explain how to get the truck from its safe (and not overpriced) place, to the mechanic. They maintained kindness and patience and even explained the process.
They were kind to a young soldier learning to navigate his first truck breaking down
I previously worked as a tow truck driver for years and would have been proud to be employed at such an upstanding company. The transparency and professionalism got my son home safe and with little stress. Thank you.

Roger picked up my 2025 BMW (with 600ish miles) that blew a tire (yes I have run flats but it is a large hole in the tire). He took special care securing the tires and lifted the car so no wheels were on the road. He had a wonderful attitude and kept my husband and I laughing. I really appreciate the care he took with my car. Thank you Roger! I highly recommend him.

Quick Tow is a life saver. I was stranded on the highway at night by myself with a busted tire due to a large pothole in the road. I called Quick Tow and spoke with Timiki. She asked was I safe as she immediately dispatched a driver to come change my tire. She showed a lot of compassion for my situation and had a driver out to me within 30. I needed a tow this morning booked through my moter club ETA was hour plus. Christopher actually arrived within 30 minutes had my car hooked up in no time and on the way to my destination. He arrived well before eta and quickly got me off the side of the road. Great customer service.
One month ago I needed a tow for a car. Brandon came prepared to tow the car. In me explaining to him my issue, he made the attempt to jump the car... it was a battery issue. He was super nice guy, and very respectful young man. That night on my way home, my son and I talked about him, and how nice he was.
Well fast forward, my car needed another tow, and tonight Shawn cake to my rescue. My townhouse parking is at angle incline, he listened to my concerns and was able to get my car parked in the correct parking space.

Christopher was extremely professional over the phone and in person. We need more companies like his who are for the people and not just for the profit! If you're looking for a good towing company to do business, Christopher is your guy! I was in a tight situation and he was willing to wait on me to handle my business which he didn't have to. He's the type of business that goes the extra mile for it's customers. I'd give him 10 stars if it were an option on here. It was a pleasure doing business with him and his company. Eric M. was very professional & courteous. He saw my concerns after waiting for almost 4 hours & he assured me that he would get my vehicle safely to the dealership. He even sent pictures of where he parked my car along with a picture of the envelope he filled out to put my key in the overnight box. He explained everything to me thoroughly. He went above & beyond to ease my mind & he should be recognized for being an exceptional employee of this company.
Amazing company and people! I had a horrible experience with my vehicle breaking down on the the side of the highway at 1am and sat there for a different provider until 4:45am with my 2 year. I went home to regroup and lucky for me, I got Quick Tow Towing Company as a provider to pick up my vehicle and bring it to my home. Roger stayed in constant contact with me when they were picking up my vehicle and when they were almost to my residence. Once everything was all said and done, Roger helped me even further by putting me in contact with a Mobile mechanic to fix what’s going on. 100/10 would recommend!!
I am writing this review for Quick Tow Towing. My rental minivan left me and my kids stranded. Quick Tow Towing found out I had kids with me and was stranded, and they made it a priority to come pick up the car. Although my little kids had a rough day, the driver was quick to put a smile on their face. He definitely made their day/night a lot better. He was genuinely kind to my kids and made them laugh and smile. He made sure I got my replacement fast, and even helped me load the kids and stuff in the car. I really appreciate the kindness you gave to our family. I will certainly use this service if I need to again. Highly recommend.

I was in need of a towing service acouple of weeks ago and I called my Roadside assistance for help they connected me to Quick tow Towing, they were super prompt and very quick to help me, so i needed another tow last night and request Quick Tow again, they sent me Chris. I received exceptional service from Chris and the Dispatcher. Again Thanks to Quick tow and their employees for such great service and will use them from now on.

Eric from Quick Tow was absolutely outstanding! He spent over 14 hours of his life making sure me and my family were able to travel home safely from a family vacation. Enterprise Rental Car completely drop the ball for over 4 days leaving us stranded (worst customer service I’ve ever experienced) but Eric fought for us and got us a car and drove it over 7 hours to us to make sure we could get home from 7 states away. He is the definition of customer service. I would give him 100 stars if I could. He saved us. Eric thank you for your compassion and commitment to us. You are an outstanding human being and what the world needs now a days. Me and my entire family thank you!
Roger was our driver and he was extraordinarily helpful. We had a car with transmission issues that made it so we couldn’t put it into neutral. He did everything he could to get our car towed. He was personable and very knowledgeable. We very much appreciated his help!
