Farmer and Kwan are the dynamic duo! They each went to work as soon as they arrived, separating the items they would be donating to several different charities from the junk that would go to the landfill. It was a pleasure watching them as it was obvious they enjoyed their job and worked so well together. No standing around for these guys or taking breaks. A hardworking team. I highly recommend them.

We used Junk Kings on a strong recommendation from friends. So happy that we did because the team, Farmer and Kwan, were great! They were very polite, professional, and they worked well together. We were in the process of moving and there were several nice pieces of furniture we could not use. They were careful with the handling of the furniture and I learned that whatever they could keep out of the landfill was donated to charity. I felt the pricing was reasonable. They were kind and courtesy enough when I scheduled my appointment. However, when the appointment time came, no one called or showed up. When I called them after the appointment time, the person on the phone stated they would call them to pull over and call me back with an estimated time of arrival. I'm sorry. But if you make an appointment, you typically stand by the time. If you're running late, you call. I'm trying to handle a deceased family member's estate before going back home. I don't have the time to wait around for noncourteous and disrespectful people.

Needed a 65-year-old piano removed from second floor and several other companies would not even quote. Junk King provided a very reasonable quote and confirmed appointment time for following day. Farmer called to give rough estimate of arrival and then texted when they were on their way. Farmer and Quan managed the tight corner at the top of the steps, smoothly moved it down the interior steps and several more porch steps out to the truck. They didn’t make a mark on the walls or floor and were in and out in 10 minutes. Very professional job!

This company was great! Super easy to book and Farmer was very communicative on their arrival time. They were even able to come earlier! They made quick work of my junk, not even 10 minutes. They were kind and very professional. I would def recommend and hire again if needed.

The service itself with movers was good. Communication with the call center was fine. However, communication between call center and the movers failed to ensure that the movers were equipped to pick up the items to be removed. It resulted in coming back the next day to complete service. Clarity of expectation needs to be in place to remove inconvenience to customer.
