The scale situation is weird. there are no signs at all. Basically, check-in on scale go around the back, and they will tell you which dock to go and then come around towards check-in (Remember, it's one way traffic) and do another scale after talking to office guys on intercom go around the building again and park near exit and grab your paperwork . Overall, good experience, guys working are very efficient, so quick loading.

Took the tour. To see how recycled products are separated and then sorted was cool.

Outstanding job! I went there to pick up a load. All employees with whom I communicated were professional and courteous. Best of all, I got there, loaded and left in under an hour. They deserve a pat on their backs.

Iv delivered here a few times. Its a recycling plant. Every time iv been here the staff has been pretty good and helpful

No Face to face experience, just walking past a recycling center seeing all the garbage that's on the backside of the building down the hill very close to the neuse river!! They should be more responsible and have staff clean up all of that trash..

Unorganized! Scale lady is rude,there aren't any signs telling you what to do,but you should already know! Really people,a sign doesn't cost much and neither does personality. The loaders and the lady in back assigning door is really nice and helpful.
