I called up with a question and had an appointment minutes later, pulled up with them waiting on me and taken care of immediately. Amazingly fast service and incredibly friendly atmosphere! Will definitely be using moving forward!

I stopped by Five Points Service Center during a busy holiday week, and Neil and his wife Christina still managed to help me right away. Neil was super honest about the different options for removing the paint splatters on my car and explained what the cheapest, most effective route would be before trying anything else. He even came outside and tested a small spot himself, which I really appreciated, especially since I know they had plenty going on. They also got me scheduled quickly for a follow‑up appointment for the body work I need. This was my first time using this shop, and I already feel confident going back because they’re straightforward, fast, and genuinely care about doing things right. Plus, Neil and Christina are just incredibly friendly and welcoming people, which makes the whole experience even better.

Dropped in for a service I’d been putting off before a big trip and they were able to fit me in get me squared away in reasonable time! They’re super friendly and easy to work with.

I never do reviews but felt I had to because of my terrible experience with Five Points Service. To be clear, I only had them do a diagnostic on my brakes, which the dealership said were worn low. Five Points quoted $3500-4000 to replace all four brake pads and rotors. I almost fell for it and need to warn others. I declined the work after just not feeling good about the situation and the enormous price tag (and already spending $449 just for the assessment)! I’m so glad I walked away - I just had the front brakes serviced at another shop for about 10% of Five Points’ estimate. The owner tried to sell me a bill of goods and I feel like I need a shower after realizing how awful I would have felt if I had fallen for his fast-talking, confusing and manipulative explanations, which were only outmatched by the inappropriate amount of questionable war stories. It was a terrible experience and I didn’t even have the work done. Save your time, money, peace of mind and sanity by avoiding this mess of a business. I appreciate the owner’s service to our country, but his oversharing was overwhelming, uncomfortable and did not belong in a business or service conversation. I wish him well but I have to warn you he grossly overcharges and does not have an ounce of customer empathy. Steer clear.

This is an amazing family owned business. With honest pricing and efficient work. The owner and his wife truly make you feel like family and that means a lot especially when it comes to getting your car serviced . The customer service and care is truly remarkable. If you want your car done right and be charged fair pricing , this is where you need to go. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Neil and Christina at Five Points Service Center are terrific. I appeared on a Friday afternoon with a leaking tire. They remained open and repaired the tire even though they were preparing for a week's vacation. They did so while being extremely friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. This is not the first time they have assisted me with last minute problems. Neil is a master mechanic who does repairs the right way.

Neil and Christina are absolutely wonderful! They called me right back to fit me in the same day and got me taken care of quickly! They even gave me a list of forms needed for the vehicle registration process as a new NC resident! Very helpful, I will definitely be back whenever I need car services!

I had such a great experience at Five Points Service Center! They are incredibly pet friendly — my French Bulldog, Bruno, was welcomed inside and even got to relax on their couch with some cold water to cool off. 🐾 The staff was so warm and accommodating, making us both feel right at home. On top of that, the service was lightning fast — everything was completed in under 15 minutes! I was so impressed by their efficiency and friendliness. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quick, reliable service with a personal touch. Bruno and I will definitely be coming back!

If you're looking for the right fix and someone to help you understand what's wrong with your car, this is your place. As Neil will tell you himself, his job is to tell you what you need to hear, if not always what you want to hear. Neil will be honest with you about your options and pricing for all the options. He will get the work done timely and correctly. Neil and Christina both truly care about their customers, will treat you with respect, and are more than willing to build a relationship.

I called Five Points to schedule service. I was expecting to schedule something a few days out. The owner, Neil, called me back after a few hours and offered me a same-day appointment. It was a quick service so I stayed at the shop and chatted with Neil while he worked. He's a great guy and runs an excellent shop. I highly recommend Five Points Service Center—you'll get high-quality work from a caring owner, all while supporting local business!

I decided to try this shop as I was due for a state inspection and new to the area. WOW am I glad I did! Neil and Christina were beyond helpful and so friendly. They gave me trustworthy advice that saved me a lot of money! Finding an auto shop I can truly trust has been a struggle but I’ve finally found one!

The owner was very honest and down to earth, and genuinely just a good hearted person. The service I received was so exceptional I left a tip. His wife/receptionist was also very kind and helpful, and their interactions will have you doubled over in laughter 😂. Good old-fashioned help is hard to come by these days. I highly recommend 👍.

I can't recommend Five Points Service Center enough! I relocated to Raleigh not long ago and this was my first time needing a service/safety inspection on a car, which I was dreading, of course. I randomly selected FPSC on a Google search, and I'm thankful to have found them. This place is owned by an incredibly friendly husband and wife team. The whole process was a breeze and Neil offered up some of the most fascinating conversation I've ever had...I could have listened to his stories for hours! Based upon the reviews I read online, I chose Five Points Service Center when my vehicle needed service. I didn’t have an appointment and arrived prior to the business opening. Prior to 9:00 Neil opened the door and asked how he could help. I explained what I needed and he told me that he would be ready to start at 9:00 The service that I needed was completed by 9:30. This was impressive! As a result, I brought another one of my vehicles in for some routine maintenance. That is when I was able to meet Christine. She was just as nice and professional as Neal. They both made sure that my vehicle was ready for the road. I appreciate the time they took to explain things to me and how they treated me. I recommend Five Points Service Center without reservation.

The inspection was quick and efficient, and Neil was a true professional -- explaining his process in detail. I met Christina while in the shop, too, and she was delightful -- kind and professional as well! Despite how busy they were that day, they got my car in and out in about ten minutes. Service was thorough and the paperwork was handled professionally. I recently took my car to Five Points Service Center for an engine cleaning, oil change, and inspection, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and efficient. The engine cleaning was done meticulously, and my engine looks almost brand new. They took the time to explain the process and even showed me before-and-after photos, which I really appreciated. As for the oil change, it was quick and hassle-free. I took my car to Five Points Service Center last week and was very pleased with the care and attention to detail that Neil and Christina provided. The appointment was very easy to schedule (they could look at my car the next day) and I got my car back within 20 minutes. I took a walk in the neighborhood behind the shop while waiting. I later realized had forgotten to ask them to check my tire pressure so they said to come back the first chance I get and they will take care of putting air in my tires. Five Points Service Center is a great, local resource!
