Unfortunately the customer service I received from this place was terrible, in fact I barely received customer service. I was in and 2 gentleman are texting, one has headphone on his ears. White older gentleman and younger Spanish guy. Even at the point of waking up the guy is still texting before acknowledging me. The white gentleman looks up to see me walk in and goes right back to looking at his phone. Smh id never telling others not to come here, but personally this was my last trip here.

After unsuccessfully shopping for supplies at their competitors, I was pleasantly surprised that O’Reilly’s had everything I needed to clean my car! The gentleman behind the counter was very polite and knew where everything was that I was looking for. I was in and out of there with no delays! O’Reilly’s has QUALITY products. I highly recommend the AmorAll brand smoke spray….it leaves my car smelling FRESH!

Great service they will order and have parts delivered to the store in same day.

Stopped by to get new wiper blades, and the customer service was great. I bought the wipers, got them installed, and was out of there in maybe five minutes.

I stop by to this location, hoping someone would understand a picture that a mechanic just give me and since I am not mechanics I was trying to explain on my own words what that was, the rep Randy instead of being patience and kind, express dissatisfaction and throw me my phone back. Bad customer experience

I purchased a set of rear brake pads was given front brake pads instead but when I return to the store explaining to them that they have given me the wrong part they insisted on just swapping out the part instead of offering a discount for my inconvenience I also purchased a set of headlights and was told they don't sell a dual pack of the lights that my vehicle required and was charged for two separate sets by the assistant manager Jared Don't go to this location they're liars

I had a bad experience with the person at the counter when I asked for the right part for my car and the young man at the counter did not want to help me saying that it was the right part and when I showed the photo he did not understand anything. But I do not know why you should not ask for the VIN to be sure to give the right part like Autozone. Price also higher than other stores.

It was definitely busy when I went in but they were helpful. Went in to pick up a part order and get a new battery. It was quick even with the busy store.

Listen if you need paint don’t ever call this place there paint system never recognizes the paint codes they can’t look it up by the year making and model. Their computer camera is never charged and the paint never matches. The customer service is terrible. Not helpful at all.

My concern was I paid $60 in xard and the rest was cash around $153 cash went back too return the core from the starter I purchased I explained I wanted my cash for the core.Howabout the salesman returned my money on the card. I was highly upset with his handling of my situation.

Super helpful staff! I got some washer fluid, and a tire pressure gage, and when I asked if they had air for the tires, one of the guys came out with a pump that hooks I to the lighter port, and filled up all 4 of my tires! They were super nice and helpful.

Roberto was absolutely Awesome!! Excellent customer service from beginning to end! He instantly released my stress instaI offered him a monetary tip, he refused. I hope this

They are slowly getting me to shop here more for items I need now vs. Advance . The prices are usually better and they offer a military discount. My only complaint is that they are kind of out of the way for me.

Worse customer service ever,I’m talking about the manager. We ask him for automatic paint and don’t want to do it,3er time different day that he say the same thing like that was for free or something smfh. Maybe he is racism. If you don’t know how to treat people idk why you work for customer service.

I’ve had terrible luck here. I ordered a hinge kit for my door, waited a couple days and it arrived missing pieces. I ordered a replacement, came in a couple days later and they couldn’t find it. Now I called in to verify that they had a certain size of hose and they said they did. Arrived and they don’t, not even close. Manager came to look into and found nothing. I told him I’d try to find it elsewhere and he said ok. No goodbye and most importantly not even an apology for having me drive in AGAIN for no reason

My brake light was out so I needed a new one and help changing it. Christian greeted me right when I walked in and was extremely helpful. He found my bulb and then came out and changed it. My light cover was difficult to get out but Christian and his co worker Teo worked hard to figure it out for me. This place is a little out of my way but I will make the trip in the future because I was treated so kindly. Cannot recommend enough.

Great customer service from what appeared to be the manager because the rest of the counter help could not even find tire valve stems in the computer. I am a loyal customer of O'Reillys and have been doing business with them for years but the employees they have now days is just simply put "inexperienced ". I will be back but please do some job training for the young guys and girls you have so that they can continue to serve the auto parts industry.

I'm posting this review because I'm surprised by how good the service was at Oreilly. A year ago I purchased an optima red top battery, and the sales clerk mentioned if I signed up for their rewards program I wouldnt need a receipt if I returned it. I ended up signing up and within a year my battery would no longer hold a charge. I took it back to the same store and expected to have to fight and more than likely not get a refund under some unread condition. 5 minutes after walking in I left with a new replacement battery at no charge. Amazing. I will no longer shop anywhere else for auto parts.

I had a repair on my 1999 Ford Expedition. My mechanic said he could get the part from O' Reilly's. I called on 9/2/20 and spoke with a manager and he took my credit card by phone, but never sent my receipt in the email. I called back on 9/3/20 after the mechanic told me that the store did not have the part. I spoke with a manager and he stated that the part did arrive and I asked why did not give the mechanic the part and he stated that he did not know why except for the fact that my order was placed under a business and it was not discovered until later. I asked this manager why he had not corrected this error and apologized and made things right. The manager told me that this "was not a dog and pony show" and I could demand anything from him. He repeated this same phrase about three more times during our conversion despite the fact that I was polite and respectful to him. I called the district office on this same day and never heard anything back from him. I called on 9/4 and I was made aware of the fact that both the district manager and the regional manager went on vacation without any follow up with me. This is the most outrageous way to treat a paying customer. I can only say that I will never do business with this company again. I will also discourage others from buying from O'Reilly's.

I went there looking for a pair of wiper blades and one air cabin filter. Andrew O. was very helpful & accommodating. They had a discount for Rain-X wiper blades to receive $8 off a pair. But, only one of two Rain-X that I needed to fit my car. The gentleman honored the discounted price but with a higher quality blade at the same price as what I would have paid for Rain-X. I returned later to have the blades put on, which he was able to install in under 5 minutes total. I'll definitely be back.

I love shopping here. A friend needed a part. We were near auto zone nernbern ave. They were so unfriendly, uncaring and seemed to over look you. As if you have to shop there. I told her let's go across town to where they care about what you need with the greatest customer service with a smile. Try them and see for yourself ladies.

Horrible service at this location. Bought a battery from the store on New Bern Ave. it's was only holding a 50% charge so the staff says the store by S Saunders st. Has one and we can drive over and exchange. Nope not with Omaine the manager at this location he needed to waste another 30minutes to an hour checking the battery the other store just sold and said was bad before he would "even entertain our desire to exchange". Absolutely the worst service ever. We decided to return battery to other location and stop using O Reilly go with Auto Zone at least they don't have you drive around town wasting time!!

I can't praise the staff here at O'Reilly's enough. There customer service is so good even though I have moved 15 minutes further away and there are several other auto parts stores close I still travel across town to this store. The staff are friendly and aways go the extra mile. Great place to shop for auto parts and supplies.

Very clean store & pretty good pricing. Didn't have the best customer experience when shopping for new battery. It was explained we can test your old battery in the car, but it won't be 100% accurate; or we can bring it in to test the battery, but it could take 1.5 - 2 hours. Why do you have a test that's not accurate? It put the onus on me, the now confused customer to choose. Once I choose the most accurate test, I was told once someone is freed up from the back we can begin. Mind you I was the only customer in the store & later saw at least 6 employees. This took about 5-10 minutes. I basically had to threaten to have someone jump me & go to another store to get someone "free". That person was helpful once they figured sorted out who was available.
