Left a 1 because there is no option for a 0. By far the worst most unprofessional and unintelligent auto repair business I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. After multiple weeks of misdiagnosed problems, and multiple price increases, I was told my vehicle with 80k miles needed a new motor and that was my only option if I wanted to continue using the vehicle. Well here we are months later, after another mechanic easily fixed the exteremly minor issues and I now have 120k miles on the same motor which they claimed was no longer usable. Also the attitude of the owner especially after being completely wrong in every aspect, was completely unprofessional and further showed me why I would never return or recommend this place to anyone.

This repair, after getting to my home I checked my old records. And noticed that when I was still having it checked at somewhere else around say 8 months back, they wanted to "fix" this problem that caused this repair to be needed as one of many "recommended repairs" The cost was about 500 dollars MORE and was as yet NOTHING going wrong at all - and when inspected by Corey and Chris they confirmed only a few very minor things : fluid flushes - things I had not done in 10 years or more... otherwise should been done. So beside showing they can trouble shoot an issue and NOT try to BS to spend money when I don't have to time and time again, then flat-out costing less I don't see how they haven't been anything other then my best shop.
Chris has treated my mom and I like family since she met us. I moved to Baltimore 6 months ago not knowing anyone and she has been looking out for me the entire time. She has been so generous in helping me out. I got in a car crash and she took care of everything for me, even helping me with the insurance process. I HIGHLY recommend!!!
Absolutely terrible. Do not bring your car here under any circumstances. Unprofessional mechanic who refused to work on my car when I asked why he was charging so much for a battery cleaning. Then led me on to believe that he would work on the car once I got him to calm down and explain to me why he was charging so much. Waited two days because they told me it would take that long for parts to come in and then when I called him back to check on the car he said oh I told you I wasn't working on the car. When I asked why, he said I just don't want to I have higher paying jobs to work on. Mind you, my car would not start and I had already paid to have it towed there.
I use my car daily, like many, and need a reliable mechanic that I can trust. And these people are honest, hard working people. I am so glad a friend told me about this auto repair shop because I've had awful experiences with dealerships or other auto repair companies in the past, where you can tell they legitimately don't care about you or your vehicle, just making money. But that's not Graham's.
I intend to be a repeat customer with Graham's Auto Service because they treat me well, take care of me and my car, and seem like genuinely kind human beings.

Gram's Auto claimed to have repaired this customer's cylinder head where the valve cover bolts down. They did not repair the stripped out holes. They charge the customer anyway. Oil was leaking out of the engine everywhere. They told the customer that it was total engine failure. Car is running correctly. Now the real problem has been fixed. Stripped out bolts have been repaired and they refused to refund that customers money after not actually doing what they said they did
I was throughly impressed with Chris and the fact that she took the time to connect with me and my frustration with my car. She know her business and she will not BS you. Corey was awesome as well. Great knowledge and experience and was able to diagnose my problem in 30 minutes as opposed to the 1 month on two separate occasions that it took Tate Dodge Service to not do a damn thing to solve the issue. Do yourself a favor and come see them. You will not be disappointed.
Their customer service is absolutely EXCELLENT the owner Chris is wonderful. She explain why was done in a way that you can truly understand. They price for the work is more than fair. Can't want to revisit.

Chris and Corey are absolutely amazing! They we're able to diagnose a silly electrical issue that the dealer couldn't figue out over three months! I've been bringing all my vehicles to them for several years now. Chris works with you in every way and Corey has an exceptional way to explain what you need and why. They treat me like family and I love them. They never steered me wrong!
Christine and Corey treat me like family. The do great work at very reasonable prices. I brought them a 76 corvette that needed a lot of work and the job they did was amazing. I can't say enough good things about this business.
Graham's Auto has done above exceptional work on my vehicle each and every time service was required. If it was going to take more than one day I was informed before the repair was started. If I needed transportation home there was hesitation.

My car started "jumping" so I took it into Aamco because they do diagnostics for free. I was told that the Radiator fan had stopped working and that there were several misfires. They were going to charge me $200 for further diagnostic testing and that they hoped it wasn't my engine. Luckily (I say luckily now because of what happened), I had had an accident in March in which the body shop replaced the AC Condensor and after telling them that they recommended I take it there first to see if it was something they had done. To make a long story short, it was taken there and determined it wasn't them. They said it was the spark plugs and a coil. I called around just asking about those things to be replaced. When I called Graham's, I was explaining to the lady that answered the phone what happened and was immediately put on speaker and was talking to Chris, the owner. She immediately put me at ease because she sounded so knowledgeable about what she was hearing. Her thought was that that didn't even sound right. She told me what they would diagnose it and keep me posted along the way. And, she did. Turns out that it WAS the spark plugs and ALL of the coils were bad. Needless to say, Chris got my car straight for a reasonable price and I'm going back for my oil change that Jiffy Lube apparently didn't do but charged me for it, and my tire rotation. Chris... YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. I would highly recommend Graham's Auto. And, talk about friendly. I didn't feel pressured at all. My EOS is my baby and I don't trust her to just anyone.
I have been dealing with Chris Graham for many years, she has ALWAYS given me good service at a Reasonable Cost.
This last time, I had an Injector Wire Gnawed on by some Critter (Rat I believe) and she repaired it using the same Connector and some spare wire she had on hand (new connector was not available but I sense bought a spare online) and she only charged me 1/2 Hour labor. "I" will continue to use her service!
The expensive repairs that were done didn't solve the problem we took the veichle in for. Had to diagnose elsewhere and correct repair was 60% less. Appreciate the hard work she did otherwise.
This is a great place. Knowledgeable and priced fairly. Family run business at its best. No reason to go anywhere else. Grahams will always have my business!
