Super easy to deal with. They got me in next day for an install and knocked it out in one hour. Couple of chairs inside to wait, or a bunch of nearby stores to kill time. Will be back for any 4x4 purchase or install needs.

DO NOT GO TO EXTREME 4 WHEEL PARTS in Glen Burnie, at any cost!! This is not about workmanship, or pricing, or the staff, but about ethical business practices. I have a 2015 JKU that has been worked on at that location and the (now closed) Towson location multiple times and never had any issues. I recently needed my drive shaft replaced, got new step rails, and needed new rear brakes. I have a 4WP credit card I use only there and for larger repair bills. Never had any issues until today. I walked in to pick up my vehicle and was told that I owed $2700 for the parts and labor. I found that odd because I had paid for the majority of the work in full on 10/22 when I ordered the parts, $2200 for drive shaft and step rails the brakes were found to be shot later. Apparently their account with Synchrony bank was compromised and was closed, after which a refund was processed on my account without my knowledge or consent. During this, I was also informed that I could not use that form of payment to complete the transaction, even though my account information has no record of ANY refund being processed. The manager, Tyler, was understandably frustrated for me and called the owner several times. The owner simply stated that without payment, they would not release my vehicle and proceeded to try and have them get me to use Affirm or another one of their financing tools. If I had been communicated with during this process, I would have figured out another way to make this work. Luckily, I had another card I could use and paid for the work. However, there are Synchrony bank signs all over their store stating they accept it. That is completely unacceptable that I have an account, specifically for 4Wheel Parts, that I was unable to use due to causes outside of my control. There was ZERO communication of that to me, plus the fact that a refund was processed without my knowledge or consent. I will never use them again for anything, and I urge anyone who needs work done to find another shop that at least will have the common decency to communicate with someone when there is an issue of that magnitude.

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a reliable shop to handle a lift and other upgrades for my 2000 Jeep Cherokee XJ project. I decided to have a 3.5-inch lift installed at this shop, expecting quality work and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Without my consent or even notifying me, they installed wheel spacers to make a steering component clear. I only discovered this later during a vehicle inspection — something that should have been disclosed upfront. Afterward, I brought the Jeep back due to a clunking sound and other drivetrain noises. I was told the rear differential was bad and that it needed to be rebuilt. I trusted their diagnosis and paid to have both the front and rear differentials rebuilt and regeared, based on their assurance that this would resolve the issue. When I picked up the Jeep, the exact same noise was still present. Since then, I’ve been brushed off and made to feel like my concerns aren’t worth their time. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of honesty, accountability, and professionalism. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I feel completely taken advantage of and regret ever bringing my vehicle here.

They will charge you an arm and a leg for badly installed modifications and equipment. I waS told they have great techs but in reality they're leave your vehicle with more problems and possibly damage other parts of your vehicle

I ordered speakers for my jeep. I just wanted relplaced speakers. The salesperson told me what I needed and ordered them. They came in and wasn’t replaced speakers they were upgrade speakers. I didn’t want to to go thru all the trouble of cutting the sound bar. I tried to return them to which they said I had to pay shipping and 10 percent restocking fee. We talked to the owner and explained that’s not what we ordered. He didn’t care and was very rude. Please beware of this business. Cost me 48.55 for something I didn’t order.

Had Steel Bumpers installed for my 17 Silverado -Nice people to work with, good pricing, didn’t take to long for an appointment, great final product - Will return for more mods when the budget allows -10/10 recommendation

for the rest of my life i will ONLY bring my truck to Extreme 4 Wheel Parts If you want an honest review of this establishment you should probably read this… BY FAR the BEST truck shop in the DMV area i had just bought not only my first diesel but my first ever truck and moment i pulled into my driveway after arriving home from picking it up i did the first driveway walk around you do after just bringing home a new toy and that’s when i saw its first issue… not even 8 hours into ownership lol I noticed my front driver side coilover was leaking some type of residue so I look up truck shops near me and Extreme 4 Wheel Parts seemed to be the most reputable, so I called them up and they picked up promptly and i was aided to by the very kind Mrs. Aubrey. I explained to her what was going on and that i wanted to get my front driver side coilover checked out and she said we can definitely do that for you aswell as take a look at the whole truck in its entirety and let you know if there’s anything else that needs attending to. I said perfect, made the appointment and was there practically next day. When i arrived at Extreme 4 Wheel Parts that’s when EVERYTHING CHANGED… this crew not only resolved ALL of my issues but they as well took the time out of their day, not only the front desk staff Mr. Brian answering all my numerous amounts of questions upon arrival at the shop but as well the wizard of a shop tech Mr.Tyler to come out and point, show and teach me what exactly it is that was going on and how exactly each new part will resolve each issue. This is something most shops or any establishment will not do for you. Others may tell you and point for you on a piece of paper what the course of action is to repair your vehicle but most if not any will come outside and give you the specifics. The moment Mr.Tyler took time to come out into the hot sun and illustrate to me exactly where each and every dollar of expenditure will be going to was the moment i knew I’d never take my truck anywhere else. Now to the actual bill of repairs and the day the truck had to actually go into the shop and get all the new goodies put on… Contrary to the other reviews on this page regarding the prices I am proud to disprove each and every one of them. The cost for each and every part i was billed for was honest, fair and reasonable and the labor… the labor… i had to ask them to check and make sure they put the right number there because for the amount of work i was getting done and the hours it would take to fulfill everything to optimal completion… the labor fee was a number I was grateful for to say the least, fair and sensible number and throughout the whole process Mrs. Aubrey was very swift and responsive in getting back to me all the typical truck parts such as all the new front end components my truck needed were ordered and arrived at the shop literally next day which is insanely fast but it took some time for my coilovers to arrive because they had to be custom made to accommodate the height BUT… each and every second of each and every day was worth the wait, because an absolute god of a master mechanic Mr. Mike not only installed all the new front end component parts on the truck, assembled the new Kings coilovers, put in the new steering stabilizer but as well did an alignment all in one singular day… I’ll put it this way… roads that I would use to avoid because of how bumpy they’d feel in the truck now I drive through with confidence like I’m driving a 12” lifted Rolls Royce The utter candor, honesty, attention to detail and compassion they exert to not only their customers but to their craft within automotives is why i will never take my truck anywhere else from hence forth

Longest wait ever....... bought a new tire that cost almost twice as much as any where else. Tire rotation, balance, and alignment was first one there and I kid you not 5 hrs later after being told not long now multiple times. The cost for all of this well let's just say probably would have been better off getting a new vehicle...just saying.

I was skeptical from some of the negative reviews, but I didn’t experience anything bad or misleading. Brian sat there for a good hour maybe longer trying to put together what I was asking and this is the ending result. I forgot the mechanics name sorry dude but you’ll know who are, thank you for all the help as well.

One of the best teams of guys that I’ve met in a long time. I just want to say thank you to Mike and thank you to Tyler because you guys definitely made me spend more money than I wanted to spend ha ha but the job was done perfectly and you guys were more than flexible with me. I had already done some research on builds to make my Maverick a bit more off-road capable and the team was very easy to work with. Sent them a parts list, they called the next day with a quote. Once the parts arrived I was in within a few days and the work only took half a day. Very pleased with the result.

Very knowledgeable staff, got my truck lifted and my wheels put on here... They did a great job and I love my truck... The results were better than expected and was cheaper than expected too.

These guys did an excellent job installing parts on my vehicle. Cody, was very helpful and fun to talk to about truck stuff. I was able to return my truck to them (free of charge) for an alignment adjustment after my steering wheel was a tad off center. They fixed it in no time and I was on my way. They got a return customer out of me.

Flipped a 4 in drop to a 4 in lift. Looks great in my biased opinion. Reasonably priced. Ensure you have everything you need and will find what you want. Quick work. Complimentary post work inspection. Can't endorse this place enough. Special Thanks to John and Cody.

I ordered Fox Shocks from Cody and got them in two days .Installed them found one had wrong grommet I then contacted 4wheel parts and talk to John I told him the problem and that I needed a new shock by Thursday because I am going away .this was Monday today is Tuesday and I just left 4wheel parts John got my shock in one day ? awsome ? job i appreciate it

I very much enjoyed my experiences here! Ive gotten a decent amount of work done on my Tacoma here. Cody helped me this last time i came in. Hes super knowledgeable and friendly. Id highly recommended coming here. Whatever you purchase from them they can install! Cant wait to come back to do more mods on the taco!

I purchased a set of N-Fab running boards, (N-Fab Roan), for my 2022 RAM 1500 and had 4WP, in Glen Burnie Md, do the install. The price was fair and the service was exceptional. I will never let them touch my Jeep again. Went in to get some front end suspension work done and ended up with broken front diff seals. I had to resort to a bad review before anyone would even call me back about it. After finally speaking to someone I took it back to get the seals replaced, and it's still leaking. And on top of that on my drive home I got a major leak from my cooling system. I can't say for sure that they were the cause, but it's just too much of a coincidence for me to feel comfortable dealing with them ever again. I was hopeful that I had found a home for all of my upgrades, but I guess the search continues.

Got new wheels and tires. Mechanics were great. The service in ordering parts and letting me know when my items arrived were lacking.

Happy to have this so close to home! Had Bilsteins installed on my Rubicon to replace the stock shocks. Called Friday, parts in stock; work completed Saturday. Discount on shocks helped pay for the install. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and jeep rides so much better! They 'line mark' all bolts so you will know if they loosen. Good practice.
