I went to Bob Bell Ford for recall 25C42. My car is a 2025 Explorer. I talked with Jason Sanchez, the service advisor. He said the recall work takes between 1 and 3 days, but a mail I got from Ford, P.O. Box 1904, Dearborn, Michigan 48121, shows the recall should take about half a day. So Jason said that car rental is covered. But they charged me $20. He is untruthful. When I dropped off my car on February 17th at 9:00 AM. They worked on it until completed at 2:24 PM on the same day. However, they texted me complete my car for pick up at 8:10 AM the next day. Why didn't they text me early, like 3 or 4 PM yesterday? They charged me a car rental $10 per day. I got two days. I do not appreciate that.

I won’t be back. I brought my truck in to have the inoperable console screen looked at, battery changed, and my stiff steering fixed. They changed my battery then told me that my steering wasn’t stiff, and they couldn’t get the screen to work. They also don’t accept any warranty unless it was sold by bob bell. Don’t get your car serviced here. They are not competent.

In January, I brought my vehicle in for servicing-the works with new front wiper blades. The left wiper blade doesn't make full contact with the windshield so there's a smudge on the window when I use it. A week or so after the service, I received a notice that my windshield wiper fluid was low. Thankfully, I wasn't using it much. I checked it tonight and found that they didn't put the cap back on, and I had to replace my wiper fluid. I'm losing confidence in their servicing at this location.

I took my truck in because the AC wasn’t working. The found the leak within 3-5 days then took another week and a half to replace the AC. Another auto shop had already found the leak, and while I understand Ford needs to conduct their own test, the other shop said they would be able to get the AC replaced in one day. The fact that Ford sat on the truck for that long is egregious. They also never gave me any updates along the way. Every time I called, they would just keep telling me that they’re working on it and they’ll call me with an update, but I never did receive any updates and I had to continuously call them. They gave me attitude at the end, sarcastically thanking me for being so patient. Of course I was impatient because I wouldn’t hear from them at all about any updates on the truck. The least you can do for customer service is call every other day or so and let the customer know what’s going on with their vehicle. The only reason I let them work on the truck was because of the warranty. With all of this said, I will never go back to this location and I will never purchase a Ford vehicle because of this ridiculous and terrible experience. Sorry Ford and Bob Bell, you’ve lost a customer. I’ll gladly pay for another, more reliable vehicle that’s NOT a Ford

This location with service writer Stephanie and Tech David will be the only people to touch my Ford going forward. After 3 other dealerships I have found a home. Communication was on point even through delays, I didnt have to call or email once. Couldnt ask for anything more. The issues my tech had were with Ford. Ford delayed my car's repair, not my tech or s.a. so im very satisfied with the repair and care of my vehicle by those 2 individuals. If you have a Ford take it to Glen Burnie (Bob Bell), ask for Stephanie and advise you only want David to touch your vehicle. I'll drive through the tunnel glady for the care I expect for my new vehicle.

The Quick Lane manager was extremely welcoming and professional. Upon learning that I am a United States Marine, he expressed his appreciation for my service, which was both thoughtful and greatly appreciated. Overall great customer service!!!

I scheduled a service appointment about two weeks ago, but the service advisor canceled my appointment because he would not be working. I requested to have my oil change by Quick Lane which was part of the initial service appointment. Upon arriving for my oil change, I explained my situation to the Quick Lane Supervisor( Mr. Bill) and he was able to get all the maintenance issue completed that were canceled by the service advisor. Mr. Bill always ensure the customer receive excellent customer service every time I've visited Quick Lane. I highly recommend Bob Bell Quick Lane for regular oil changes, tire rotation. and any basic service needs.

I’ve had a couple of warranty services performed by Bob Bell Ford and have found the service great. There was one service that was performed in my driveway at my convenience. Another time it was at the dealer and the experience was good. They provided a loaner and communications about the process and progress was good.

Mixed reviews about this location ...I do not recommend their quick lube . Their quick lube is bad. they allow their quick lube guys to get oil everywhere and even when you say hey I don't want your quick lube guys on it, it gets sent to quick lube anyway. Maybe supply gloves ,maybe have lifts that don't require oil covered mechanics to grab the fenders and lift to put on said lift (car is stock ride hight as sold by Ford). I should not have to wipe full hand prints from fender,quarter,hood ,door inner and outer ,steering wheel, center console,shifter . Should not have oil leak from first oil change on a car with under 10k miles. However Stephanie in the service dept is awesome I wish I could score her separate from the rest of the shop,she the only reason this reviews not 1star. Yall need to talk to your quick lube guys they don't care and it shows!

Bob Bell’s management team were very professional, helpful, and pulled the rabbit out of the hat. I was approved for the color, monthly payment, and model I wanted with my trade in and zero down payment. I highly recommend Bob Bell Ford on Ritchie Highway. All of my interactions with the team at Bob Bell Ford over the past 2 years, since buying our new vehicle, have been positive. I can depend on them to make sure my vehicle is in great condition, and as a Mom, that piece of mind is invaluable. The staff is always willing to help and are so friendly. Each time I leave from an appointment, I'm thankful that we went with this dealership for our vehicle purchase and continue to go there for service!

If I could give 6 stars instead of 5, I would. Ford already makes a good product, but where Bob Bell stands out from other dealerships is the service. No pressure from their sales people. Whatever you agreed upon as the price with your sales rep is then what you get when you walk back to the finance department; they don't try to suddenly sneak in extra charges (if you would like to pick some extra features, you can, but they let you choose that and they don't try to sneak it in). This is of significant importance for the average consumer. It was from the mellow, calm, no pressure salesperson experience and upfront pricing that has determined that next time we need another vehicle, we'll be going back to Bob Bell once again.

The 2 Indian twins are the best of the best in the game in the parts department. They’ve gone over and beyond in servicing not only myself but my close friends and family multiple times. They’ve taken keen attention to our names, cars and past issues from months ago. Best guys in the game!!

Extending my thanks to Joe Porter and his team at Bob Bell Ford. I had a completely hassle-free process today when I went in to purchase a pre owned Hyundai Veloster. I'm thrilled with my purchase. From not getting a gazillion phone calls from the dealership to feeling heard and understood every step through the deal, I can say it couldn't have gone any better. Danny and Dave were so helpful to my fiancé and I when buying our new car. They were extremely knowledgeable about the car we were interested in and worked with us to get the best price possible on our new vehicle. Every person we worked with was so kind with us and answered any questions we had, no matter how silly without any judgement. At no point did we feel pressured to add any extras to our car and were able to make informed decisions because of their fantastic explanations of everything! We also went to look at cars earlier in the year and Andrew was a great help then as well, helping us with a test drive and getting this whole process started. Everyone at Bob Bell Ford was so welcoming to my whole family and I would 100% recommend everyone checking them out for their next car purchasing experience!

I scheduled an appointment in advance for a specific recall issued with my car. I brought it the dealer on the scheduled day, left it expecting it to take a day or two as I was informed. Never got a call until Friday and that was after my several messages that I left. were not returned. On Monday I asked for my car back and was told they were about to order the necessary parts (that was after four days of having my car at the dealership). I decided just to take the car back and seek an alternative. BTW, I checked my car online and found that it never left the same parking spot on the dealership lot for the whole time it was there.

Cary always is so helpful and gets me in quickly for appointments. Greg also was amazing reaching out as soon as they had a repair for my bronco sport that had a recall he called me as soon as the part came in to get it fixed! Can’t thank them enough! Especially Cary, he has helped me in some of the most overwhelming situations! :)

Our salesman Jordan was pleasant and not pushy. Presented my offer and we quickly closed the deal. They even told me I qualified for a $2,500 dicount I wasn't counting on! Finance gentlemen presented a couple add-ons I was not interested in and there was no hard sell. Great experience. Will return in the spring for Ranger.

I just purchased a 2026 Ford Explorer from Bob Bell and they were great. The entire team was very helpful and they got me in and out very quickly. My sales rep, Parker, was great. If you are planning to buy a Ford in the Annapolis, Glen Burnie, Pasadena area, I would highly recommend Bob Bell and Parker. He went above and beyond to help make sure everything was perfect. 5 stars!!!

(45 days later, i finally got my truck back.) Wish reviews could be broken down because I like all the service advisors, and managers. When it comes to tech/ mechanics. I have a strong distaste. 5 stars for service advisors, managers, and their staff. 1 star for the ones working on your vehicles. I have been coming here for years now, and have withheld from leaving a review from the many prior issues I ran into due to the tech/ mechanics leaving grease in my truck, but my most recent ordeal pushed me over the edge. I dropped my truck off on Sep 16th with detailed instructions with issues im having with the retractable sun shade about a grinding issue when opening/closing. I received a call Sept 19th that my truck was fixed. Per paperwork, repaired, 5 mile test drive, all good." Picked up my truck that Friday afternoon, and as I pulled out of the parking lot I opened the shade and realized it hasn't been fixed, and tech didn't test anything. This is where things start to piss me off. I come back Monday morning 22nd informad my service advisor and showed him the paperwork and physically went out to look at what had not been done. He was able to quickly get me in the next day (23rd) and was able to pick up a loaner. My issue is with the tech/ mechanics that took forever to start on my vehicle or diagnose the other issue with the SEL/CEL. My truck sat for weeks, and I had to keep calling to see when they're going to start working on it. After getting the new service manager involved was when they kinda started moving on my truck. I watched the location on the app of my Truck sitting for days and days and nothing being done. Even after getting the service manager involved, they still let it sit. Finally after speaking for a second time, things got moving. I finally got my truck back Oct 31. That's 45 days later.

I have the displeasure of being forced to get my repairs here on my work truck. The first time I sent in my vehicle, they sent it back MONTHS later without resolving the primary complaint. When we brought it back to them, they fixed the primary complaint but ignored the other comments about all the sensors randomly reporting failing at once, and infuriatingly even noted this behavior occurring when they were road testing it but wrote it off as "a one time quirk" despite me literally telling them it happens often on the phone and listing it as an issue. When I went to pick my vehicle up they tried to have me sign out a car of a completely different year, make, and model, and gave my vehicle back to me with not one, but THREE low air tires. Incredible

When everything collapsed at once, Bob Bell Ford Glen Burnie took care of me. They did the recall update, got me safe on four good tires, kept me in a rental—and even worked with Ford on goodwill coverage so my bill was taken care of. First, thank you. I felt seen and not alone. Absolutely recommend them to my friends, family colleagues, Stephanie, my service advisor, absolutely rocks, and Bob Bell Ford Glen Burnie. They made me feel like a person again thank you.

Bought a used vehicle (paid in full). It was not what was advertised. Selling a vehicle under false information. Then my check engine light comes on. Service repairs must be done by a bmw specialist. It’s still under warranty, they take my vehicle to a transmission repair company instead. But no one has yet to call me with information regarding my vehicle. Bought the car on the 9th of August, took it back to bob bell for service on Sept 2nd. And it is now Sept 11th and no one has yet to contact me about anything with my car. When I do get the vehicle back it breaks down again! Drivetrain malfunction. Not only that but I could not register the vehicle with DMV. The vehicle still had a lien on it with capital one!! Very poor customer service giving me the run around and inconveniencing me being without my car for so long. I just wanted them to make it right. This vehicle was sold under false pretense. After avoiding my phone calls and voice messsges, I want my money back. I will be consulting the department of consumer affairs & legal advice. When I purchase something I expect it to work- this did not happen here. I will be taking my business elsewhere, where I’m appreciated as a customer and doing what’s right. Finally from August to October I have received my money back from Bob bell ford! Buyer beware this BMW is in much need of repair! It needs to be serviced at a BMW service center not outsourced to a transmission repair shop that’s contracted to do the bare minimum to have the car pass visual inspection. This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. The sales manager Ron was less than cordial and didn’t appear to put the customer first. All he cared about was the money aspect (as we paid in full for the vehicle no financing involved). Terri another employee there was great, she expressed empathy and made me feel that she tried HER best to resolve my concerns. Long story short this vehicle is/ was not cared for properly with maintenance and up keep. Check engine light came on, then the drivetrain malfunctioning. I’ve taken my business to CarMax where I have been provided with excellent customer service, I’ve been provided with a better warranty and a reliable vehicle that I can register with DMV. I will never ever make another purchase for a vehicle with Bob bell anything nor would I recommend this dealership. I suggest whoever is looking to purchase this vehicle to run the other way!! It is not worth the headache & frustration to conduct business this dealership.

I went to Bob Bell Ford the other day to look at their trucks. The first thing that I was very pleased with was the fact that I didn’t get a member of the sales team rushing out to haggle me! I was able to browse through the parking lot without any pressure. When I finally decided what I was interested in I went into the showroom where I was immediately greeted by Jordan. Once I was in the showroom I noticed another truck that caught my eye and my indecisive personality kicked in. Jordan worked with me with a great deal of patience and helped me make my decision! Once the deal was done he took his time helping me set up the display module! He didn’t leave my side until I understood the system! I would like to thank the team at Bob Bell, from Jordan to Kirk Smalls to the finance department! It was the best and easiest experience I’ve had in making the purchase of my new F150! GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

Recently purchased a ford lighting at bob bell in Glen butnie. Jordan was my sales associate. He did an incredible job. He was professional, answered all my questions, it was such a great experience working with him. The sales/finance team was great as well, didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t want. I never look forward to going to a dealership to buy a vehicle, but my experience at bob bell was a 10/10 experience. If you’re in the market for a car I would highly recommend going to bob bell. Ask for Jordan. He will take great care of you.

Todd was phenomenal. We ended up originally shopping here to purchase a new truck for my husband, and we ended up leaving with TWO new vehicles thanks to all of his help! It was a pretty simple process, the staff was very kind and helpful, and they were offering beverages and snacks while we were there. 10/10 service. We have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership, and highly recommend them.

I purchased this vehicle on 30 May, 2024, and the vehicle was picked as I tried to recharge. The mistake I made, trusting this dealership. I did receive an email from the Sales Mgr, which stated the vehicle will be down for several weeks. The issue, why was the allowed to be purchased with issue? Not a good look for a reputable like Bob Bell. After contacting the Jaguar service Advisor, I was told the vehicle may be addressed July 2024 as a best case scenario. The worst case scenario in this case possibly September 2024. This dealership sales manager, and sales person are culpable for every issue associated with my vehicle. The fact they let this car sit for this long a period and not address the obvious issue of ac issues, should be professionally embarrassing. If you choose this place out of brand loyalty, try across town. Update I spoke to the individual responsible for this sale, and requested the contact information for owner. As of today, one week later, absolutely nothing. It appears these foke move at their own pace, and the customer service provided before the sale was of course self serving at best.
