I unfortunately hit a pothole and damaged my rim, and my dealership quoted me $600 for a completely new rim. I found this place and gave them a call to schedule an appointment, and I’m so glad I did. The entire team showed extremely professional customer service everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They saved me a lot of money, and when I asked if they could put my tags back on my car, they did it with no hesitation. I definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Outstanding customer service and very cost-effective!

Way cheaper than next door’s prices and is very on demand. It’s my fault for being last very second, but they were lenient by being as spontaneous as they can. Got me in, got me out. Showed me their work and reassured me as we go. This review is being left as my car is being worked on.

I was treated like family. I received excellent prices and service. As a transgender woman; I was very happy with how I was respected and treated. People were super nice and friendly made me feel right at home. I called and needed a tire swapped from 1 rim to another and balance, They squeezed me in same day and did not scratch my new rim not one little bit. Not even any nasty grease or anything on the rim. Fantastic service and experience. I’ll definitely be using them for all my rim and tire needs in the future. Thank you all so much.

I took my car there for the following- Sub hookup Amp, remote start and LED bumper lights. CONS Hood cable release was left disconnected causing my hood to pop going down the highway. After paying $75 for another shop to fix the cable release I took my car back because my tracking device was left disconnected causing it to fall behind my brake paddle. I took the car back it was not fixed and the same part fell again. My LED bumper lights were installed last the driver side was done correctly the passenger side started falling out 15 minutes after picking my car up it was blamed on after market parts but the driver side was done correctly. Note : theres only one screw holding the lights on the bumper what could be the issue other then it wasn’t tightened ?

Nice guys. They obviously have the equipment necessary to mount 22" or larger wheels without scratching up the face. But their balancing machine is no Bueno. After having some brand new 22" wheels and tires put on, my truck was vibrating like crazy. For one the air pressure in each tire was different. Seems like such a basic thing. Second, they don't have a Hunter Road Force balancing machine so I had to pay extra to another shop who did, to have them properly Road Force balance which Mercedes sometimes need. They validated that the balance was out of whack and it was a static balance. I will say my Mercedes car they mounted and balanced tires no problem. No vibrations or out of whack balance. But my truck not so good. Maybe it was the tech. The car was done by a Hispanic male and that's when I had no issues (other than not putting a center cap on all the way, luckily I checked before pulling off ). The truck was done by another guy

I walked in on a Saturday too see if they had something on hand for my car bc I had two bad rims and they did they had a few on hand got me in and out with in under 45 mins really happy with the way the car came out... goin back with my 82 chevy for them to get str8....one of the better shops around the area...

Wow!!! I took my Ram to HWP in Glen Burnie to have my rims re-painted, and when I came to pick it up they had a a set of BEAUTIFUL 22s on it with chrome from sea to shining sea. My Wife LOVED them and I was just amazed…I’ve wanted some nice wheels for a long time but did not have the extra money, well Big Mike and his staff worked with us, gave me a killer deal, and now I have 2 sets of tires and wheels, 2 different looks, and could not be happier. My rim got into a fight with a curb, got ding up pretty bad. I made an appointment at Hot Wheels to get it repaired. I dropped it off Tuesday when they opened, got a call the next day and it was already repaired. You couldn’t even tell it was damaged. It blew my mind how good it looked. If you need to get your rims repaired at a great price and great customer service I recommend Hot Wheels.

I have shop with Hot Wheelz Plus on multiple occasions. I've purchased multiple sets of rims and tires and most recently had some LED light work done on my Can-am Spyder. The staff here is very courteous and knowledgeable as well as, always ready to meet the needs of their customers. Which makes their customer service second to none I highly recommend Hot Wheelz Plus!

My husband stopped in and purchased some rims, the turn around time was awesome and we even got such a good price we decided to bring my car in for a new sound system..SO glad we did!! This place is a must go for anything having to do with amplifiers, sub woofers and new speakers. Mike is a very professional guy. Just had an amp and sub installed for under 200$ and it sounds amazing. Thanks Mike! I will definitely be doing my business here when it comes to my car. Excellent service for a great price. I had new custom Marquee rims and after visiting no less than three chain tire stores who were unwilling to guarantee that they wouldn’t scratch those rims; I went to Hot Wheels. They repaired and mounted the tires, checked the balance, spaced them, and have the proper equipment to not leave a scratch when doing a reverse mount. Do not waste your time anywhere else.

Shout out to Mike and Sean 2 True Professionals in their industry! Mike was fantastic to deal with great attitude good knowledge of product for my tires and rims and went out of his way to make things happen very personable man which really helped me in my decision. Sean is the utmost professional and has good taste in Mustangs? also a pleasure to deal with! They made my ride look like a true Hot Wheels literally!

Service was outstanding. The staff was very professional. I got a new alarm system and im very satisfied with the work. They walk you through every aspect of the system and even sent me videos of the install and finished product .The owner and Technician made you feel extremely good about being a customer. Any work I need will be done at Hot wheels and I already shared my good experience with friends and family.

Went in to install 4 new tires on existing rims early morning. The folks were curtious and got me going within couple of hours. I was very dissapointed at first due to having balancing issues and one tire leaking. Had to take the car back twice to rectify the issues. Mike and his associates were kind and helped e out promptly. This was going to be a negative review but they have turned me around with their service and I couldn't be happier.

These guys do AMAZING WORK! I've gotten all my stuff done through them. From Tints on my first car to Tints on my latest. And my favorite thing that I got installed by there was an after market in Dash unit. Found what I was looking for on Amazon - a very high tech one ( I could waste 20 hours and youtube trying to figure it out) but they knocked it out in a few hours. It looks sleek, professional and almost like it came standard with my car. Need a remote starter? They do that too, I got my Viper Remote Starter which I bought from them installed there. Price was good and I love it! They have over the top customer service! Today, 9 months after I got my remote starter installed, it stopped working, I made an appointment took it in and the owner himself took time out of his day to fix it for me. This is the best place all around, look no further if you need ANYTHING done to your car. Thanks guys!

I have several remote start put in my vehicles. Mike works hard to please you the first time. Prices are very fair. The techs go over the remote how it works and other features. I would highly recommended them to all my friends . Frank

Hot Wheels Plus is the absolute best shop around. Last month I purchased a set of 20 inch rims and tires and had them put on on. They are absolutely beautiful and get tons of complements on how great they look. They also painted the brakes on my suv before they put the rims on so everything was nice and fresh. They also gave me the best price. I would recommend this shop to anyone. All of the employees are very knowledgeable and professional. They did my tint as well and it is perfect. I will only be going to this shop for now on. Thank you guys for making my whip look better than I ever thought it could look.

Hot Wheels Plus took care the tint on my car and did an upgrade to and HID set up on my headlights. They did an excellent job. The price was better then any other place i shopped and technicians were professional and cleaned up all the mess that comes with window tinging (something most places wont do). Highly recommended. Go see big Mike he will take good care of your car needs.

***DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE*** I have a '08 Lincoln Navigator that I wanted an aftermarket radio installed on. Should have been simple right? WRONG. My husband spoke with the owner who gave us a "deal" on the product and installation which turned out not to be a deal at. The person in the back that does all of the installations didn't look too credible to me but hey I don't judge a book by its cover. So for this "deal" after I picked up my truck, the radio was mounted crooked and had a half inch gap in it and none of the controls on the steering wheel worked anymore. I cried immediately. When we brought it to their attention, the person that did the installation said he didn't know we wanted all the buttons to work and they charged us almost $200 extra to fix it. But wait that's not all, it gets better. Over the next few months, I noticed the entire front panel was hot to touch, my radio stopped working all together, and it was making a buzzing noise when on. I took it back and they put a $100 amplifier on which did nothing. After that I refused to let them touch my vehicle again. I took it to a different installer that specialized in Ford/Lincolns. When they took everything apart, it was a mess. They used glue, nails, and electrical tape to jimmy rig everything together so it would work temporarily. By doing this they almost blew my amplifier, entire front panel and electrical system. I was so upset, it took us $1700 to install a $600 radio. These people are a scam. They have no electrical experience and outside of changing a tire I would NEVER recommend anyone use their services.
