Overall, this was a pretty poor experience. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was genuinely kind and helpful, but it didn’t seem like he was actually on-site, which led to a lot of confusion.
I scheduled my appointment on Saturday and was told I’d receive a confirmation call, but never did. I ended up calling Monday morning to confirm the time myself. When I arrived, the staff at the shop seemed surprised to see me. The main person I spoke with was immediately rude, insisting I had the wrong part or was using the wrong terminology (I wasn’t) and questioning whether I even had a proper diagnosis (I did).
I understand that delays happen, but it took an hour and a half after my 3:00 PM arrival for my car to even be brought into the garage. I was eventually told the repair would take longer than expected and was given a 7–8 PM completion window, so I left.
Around 7:45 PM, after receiving no updates, I called again and spoke with the same helpful (but apparently off-site) employee, who said he’d have someone from the shop call me. After waiting another 20 minutes with no response, I had a friend drive me back only to find that my car had already been finished with no notification.
The lack of communication and the way I was treated in person really overshadowed the actual repair. I appreciate the work getting done, but the overall experience was frustrating and unprofessional.
I highly recommend this shop! They are honest, professional, and very reliable. They’ve worked on both my personal cars and the vehicles for my business, and every time the service has been excellent. It’s hard to find mechanics you can truly trust, but this team always takes good care of my cars and does great work. I’m very grateful to have a mechanic shop like this.
