In the market for a new full set of tires I began calling several local company’s in my area to see where I could find the best deal on the tires that I wanted to buy (Cooper Endeavor). The NTB off of Ritchie hwy was the last of multiple different company’s that I called. They should have been the first. From the moment I got on the call the man I spoke to, named Carlos, was beyond professional and helpful. Not only that but he had a sense of joy and enthusiasm in his voice that actually made me want to do business with him. He found the tires I wanted aswell as another great option that they had (Good year eagle sport) and explained the difference between the two. Both of which he could have for me to get installed the next day. The offer I got from NTB and Carlos as a first time customer with them was far better than the other 9 businesses I had spoken to so we set the time for the next day and made the appointment. This professionalism from Carlos and NTB was even more so displayed when I came in for the appointment and met Marcus. He handles the exchange of my car. Marcus told me the work that would be done and when I could expect to pick up my vehicle. He too had a very friendly and welcoming presence to himself that amplified his knowledge and confidence in the satisfactory work he and his crew would soon do. All in all this was a great experience for a need that is more often then not a very frustrating/time consuming ordeal. I will be back to this NTB whenever I need tires and have already recommended them to a few of my friends who are in the market for some theirselves.

I had a great experience! I bought my tires online and scheduled same day install. I got there on-time. They told me it'd be about 2 hours. I went to lunch and came back in about an hour. They were finishing up. 1.5 hours time and I was out the door. I had originally ordered from BJs and it was $400 cheaper. (I was called the next day saying the weren't in stock when it said on the site they were, and then 20 mins later I got another call saying I need to get a refund that they couldn't order the tires I wanted) This was the only issue I had with this install. (the price) But you get what you pay for.

These guys are the absolute best! They were fast, professional, and something lacking in most service oriented places today, friendly and reassuring. I got a flat had my car towed here and despite arriving late in the day and missing my tire lock, they got me back on the road in record time. The staff here cares and it shows. Highly recommend if you need new tires you won't be disappointed.

The Car Christmas from my Nightmares left me needing four new tires the day after Christmas. NTB Glen Burnie were my angels this year. Mr Tre was knowledgeable and made sure that I was kept informed of what was going on with my vehicle. I'm very satisfied, and my husband will be looking to get tires for all of his vintage vehicles at this location.

TERRIBLE attitudes, they are extremely rude every single time. Cracked my boyfriends hub cap and though they did go to Subaru and get a new one, it is still something that should NOT happen. Lost our valve stem caps and when we went to go get them back they said they don't have them. Time slots open and then they argue with you and tell you that they cannot accommodate to the appointment that you RESERVE. SO BEYOND DONE with this place and their unprofessional operations

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation, Marcus greeted me with wonderful customer service quoted me at a great price, highly recommend if you need some work done with great service, will be back when I need more work done thank you!!

My A/c went out on what had to be the hottest day of the summer I stopped by NTB hoping that someone would be able to fix my situation and it was a success, Tony did a great job fixing my A/c and had excellent customer service. Highly recommend getting work done here & I will be back!

Firestone auto car got my vehicle done on a Saturday afternoon and called me ASAP on Sunday had it ready Monday morning to ensure I was getting to work and on the road!!!! Excellent and honest pricing and communication!!! If you would like your car repairs done please don't hesitate to utilize their services!!!! Hands down 100%!!!!

Dre took great care of my car during an oil change and went above and beyond with the service. Not only was the work done quickly and professionally, but he also took the time to explain important info about my car that I didn’t even know I needed. I really appreciated how thorough and knowledgeable he was. I’ll definitely be coming back to him for future maintenance. Highly recommend!

Marcus and his team were fantastic. Stopped in to get quoted for new tires and brakes. The price was very reasonable and was able to get the tires installed same day. They even checked the brakes and found they are still good. Customer service was so great I also went ahead and had an oil change as well. I would definitely recommend NTB. I will definitely be coming back here for services.

No tech at that shop has any clue how to do an alignment. You should never need to make adjustments through the steering wheel. No one was taught properly, that is the management’s fault.

Stopped in for a quick brake light change at the last min to go finish business at MVA and they help me out in less then 20 min tops. Long time business customer although at another location happy to know that I can get the same service in short time at other locations like this one

They saved me today. Friendly and fast service. Ther is nothing I wouldn't trust them to do on my vehicles! If you take your car anywhere else in the Glenburnie area you are making a mistake. Don't be dumb. If you get lucky Marcus will be at the front desk. He's got you!

Pleasantly surprised by this shop, got me in and out of there in about 35 min for a valve stem replacement and leak check. Skipped all the BS and didn't try to squeeze more money out of me, actually found a cheaper solution to my problem than what I originally requested. Walked out of there spending $45 when I expected to spend $200+ Amazing customer service as well, treated my car like it was their own.

I really appreciate the team at NTB for being honest and transparent about my car issues. I brought my vehicle in after having brake work done elsewhere, and they took the time to inspect everything carefully and explain what was going on. They discovered that two screws from the previous installation were missing, which made the brakes unsafe, and they walked me through exactly what needed to be fixed. I’m very grateful for their professionalism, honesty, and willingness to make sure I was driving safely. Highly recommend this location for their integrity and thorough work!

I had trouble with my tire and marcus got right on top of it asap! no delays no hassle they took care of me and got me out the way in less than 15 minutes flat! Great customer service and car service. I would highly recommend this shop any day if youre having car issues

I stopped by NTB on Ritchie Highway as a walk-in and Marcus and his crew were great! They were very professional, got me in and out fast, and even did a full alignment check. Prices were super reasonable, and the service was top-notch. Definitely recommend this location. Definitely they really take care of you!

Yesterday I went to NTB to have my low beam lights replaced. The writer picked up the lights from AutoZone prior to having the car serviced. The correct lights were verified for the vehicle I have. The car was pulled in for service about waiting for over an hour. (No appointment) The assistant manager, Marcus stated the technician Ray stated what was purchased was the wrong bulb. The writer was in disbelief because the correct bulb was in their possession and verified few times. Again I went on Google to do a search based on the car and the correct bulb was a Sylvania H11 which the writer has. Marcus hands me the bulb which stated H9 this is what we need because the H11 does not fit. The writer asked the assistant manager if he could double check what the technician said and stated, "No, I trust my technician and what he says is correct." The writer then said, people can make a mistake you are just verifying what is obvious right in front of you. The writer left NTB and went back to AutoZone again to see if they had H9 because this is what the technician said he needed. The personal at the auto store stated what I brought previously should work for my car 2017 Ford Escape SE. (H11) The writer decided to go to Firestone to fix my low beam lights because NTB was incompetent and couldn't be trusted to fix any repair job. The salesman at Firestone stated he would order the parts because they don't accept outside parts from the customer. The writer asked if the H11 was correct and the sales person stated yes this is what he will be ordering. After the car was pulled in and assessed the sales person brought me into the bay area and the technician explained my problem. Both low beam lights were pulled from the vehicle with the lights attached and fused to their connectors. The technician stated new connectors would be needed which they were not able to find replacements. The technician stated he will need to replace my high beam light bulb because it's missing. The writer then informed both the sales person and technician from Firestone the writer went to NTB initially to have the low beam lights fixed. The NTB technician told his manager the writer needed to get the right bulb. The technician removed the high beam instead of the low beam light. The high beam light was inside the car. There was no need to buy another light due to the fact it was removed incorrectly by the technician at NTB. I had wasted so much time with trying to get my low beam lights fixed and then got the run around from NTB. If the manager would have just checked out what his technician did all of this running around unnecessarily could have been avoided and would have known his technician handed the him the wrong bulb. I will never ever go back NTB for anything. Fixing a light bulb should be a simple fix especially how to identify low and high beam bulbs. The writer returned back to NTB after leaving Firestone to inform the manager Marcus, his technician Ray made the mistake taking out the wrong bulb (high beam) hence the reason for the said connectors not to work. If Marcus, the assistant manager could have just double checked what his technician had done he would have figured out the mistake. The assistant manager states, " I don't know how to fix everything on a car." The writer stated you should know how to identify a bulb which a fundamental task. I find the assistant manager Marcus and technician Ray incompetent based on their level of experience and poor customer service skills. There are no checks and balances at this location at 7539 Ritchie Highway, Glen Burnie, MD.

I needed 4 tires ASAP & I reached out to 3 different businesses & everyone was either the next day or a few days out. NTB on Ritchie Hwy Glen Burnie Md had an opening @ 9am so I came in & the young man Tre at the desk got me in with a small wait time, no problem. Also there tires were more affordable than the others I priced even Sam's Club for my 2007 Avalon. He was very professional & informed me of my front brakes being low & battery issue. The technicians were courteous & moved at a good speed, I am very pleased with my purchase & service. I am definitely coming back in the future for my tire needs. It's very hard to find great service these days & I greatly appreciate doing business with NTB & this crew. I would give them 7 stars if I could. Thank you.

On Sunday morning, this is the best service l have ever received. Marcus is a professional and know what he is doing when it comes to tire repairs and advice or your car. He did well for me and advice me well because l have been having issues with my tires and he got it resolved for me this morning and l told him how was the best. He worked with me professionally and got my tire done. Thank you

I took my vehicle here for a patch, but unfortunately due to size of nail and location was advised that patching would not be safe. So i bought a new tire for a fair price and was in and out within an hour (i dropped it off and came and picked it up). Tre was very friendly, helpful, and the job fast and convenient.

My tire was not taking in air at all. So I called around the Baltimore area to get it fix. Everyone said they were either full or I could drop it off and they would get to it when they had time. So I decided to go outside the city limits to Glen Burnie National Tire and Battery. They were a little busy but got me in less than a hour. They repaired the tire and it only cost 30 bucks. I highly recommend you come here. They were super professional and knowledgeable. If I could give it a higher score I would. Marcus and we great along with the other staff.

so far I have had two experiences with NTB in Glen Burnie. The first was the repair of a valve stem, and the second was a full alignment of the car. Both times I was impressed with how fast they got the job done, and their professionalism. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and the work was done at a good price. I recommend this place.

Dc was amazing, got me in last minute, related to me on my project and made sure I was taken care of in a timely matter last minute. I just wanted to make sure they get the recognition they deserve! Btw I also want to mention, half the price of just tires, they wanted to charge me $60 a tire for mount and balance even suppling my own wheels and tires, NTB was $34 a tire and treated me amazingly. A+++
