Just gotta new battery here. The dude i delt with this morning was very helpful and insightful. The battery warehouse in eldersburg got me on a battery a few months ago. Apparently they didnt do there job right either. The guy here was very helpful and understanding. Y'all just earned a lifetime customer. I'd reccomended this place to anybody.
I had a great experience with Michael this week. I needed a specific type of battery for my Subaru Crosstrek Sport with a stop/start engine feature. I was able to buy it from Battery Warehouse for half the cost of the one the dealership quoted me. He was very patient with me in figuring out the correct battery type as I spoke to the dealership service department multiple times over the phone. I also like that there is a warranty on the battery with proof of purchase. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
There’s a rude and ignorant guy with glasses in here who doesn’t have any costumer service skills at all, I don’t even know why I came here because online shopping made everything easier
I had a great experience at Battery Warehouse in Glen Burnie. From the moment I walked in, Michael O’Baker was welcoming, attentive, and eager to help. I needed a battery for a vintage Longines watch, I had no information to show which battery I needed. He took the time to find the correct battery I really appreciated his patience, (something you don’t see to often these days) just genuine customer care. It’s refreshing to find a place that still values great service and stands behind their products. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them to friends and family. Again, thank you Michael for all your help.
Buyers beware. I came here to buy what I thought was the right battery for my alarm system; it was not. When I called and told the store rep who sold me the battery (white male, red hair - I did not get his name) I have the wrong battery and need to bring it back, the store rep was refusing. Then he stated “it sounds like you just want to bring it back”. Excuse me?; I was highly offended. I am a black, intelligent, woman, disabled Army veteran. I don’t know what I was supposed to sound like and told him that is highly offensive and I would not lie. I told him the type of system I have and it was the wrong battery. He was still trying to convince me that I don’t know what I’m talking about and was not about to allow me to return it. When I mentioned the receipt and photos and policy…he interrupted me and said “alright just bring it back” with an attitude. Everyone....fellow veterans, and those who look like me, be careful and look elsewhere before coming here. Read the one star reviews; there is some truth to them. I will NEVER come here again. And yes, I got my money back.
DO NOT COME HERE. All they do is SCAM you. Bought a battery from here the same day it did not work came back immediately they said they would make an exception and exchange it but to buy the warranty. Bought the warranty 8 months later battery is not working again. We go to the store and they said they can’t exchange it, it has to be charged and that we had a 2 year warranty. Go back 5 months later, oh no your warranty expires there’s nothing we can do for you. We tried to exchange before it expired but was told no they won’t exchange it you have 2 years blah blah blah. Now we have to buy a new battery when they could have just exchanged it 5 months ago. Buyer beware they only sell dud batteries make you buy a warranty don’t honor it and make up excuses when you try to exchange it.
I was told my car needed a new battery. I was a little shocked at the price so my brother-in-law suggested Battery Warehouse. I called on a Friday and spoke to a younger sounding man. He gave me a quote for battery and install. I went the next day on Saturday and a very nice older gentleman was working. He told me the exact same pricing. Installation was fast and efficient. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. We knew exactly what we were getting and how much we were spending. I would 100% recommend this Battery Warehouse location.
That thing that makes noise non stop is called a phone, on the other end is a paying customer looking to get prices on batteries….. you should probably answer it ?♂️?….. sams club it is. Thanks for the help in the decision ?
First time stoping by to pick up a few small batteries for our cars key fob and garage door opener. Small place but they had all the batteries we needed and Kenny was very nice and extremely helpful! Will definitely be back and would highly recommend!
Not sure what happened today. But I know when someone thinks I’m a sucker and they’re trying to rip me off. It was painfully obvious that this young man didn’t want to do any work and was going to be compensated for whatever effort he had to make now I’ve been here, three times before the older gentleman is always been kind
And help me satisfactory. This face that I have never seen before not only wanted to overcharge me for batteries, but wanted to overcharge me for installation and wanted to undercut me for returning the battery. The competitor across town and saved 100 bucks. Installed it for free. Will probably not return to this warehouse due to this man’s incompetence.
I called to see if they had a battery for my car, which they did, I asked if they could install it for me, they quoted me $10.00 fee to install, which was fine.
I went and got the battery, which was a good price , and he charged me 20.00 to install my battery. It was a 5 minute job, cars older no fancy hide away , battery right there.
We've always gotten all our batteries replaced here at this location. This is the first time I've felt taken advantage of. I won't visit this location again.
Kenny was awesome. He helped me get in an out in no time. He checked my alternator at no additional charge. Absolutely the best service and $60 cheaper than anywhere else!
The other reviews were right. The people working here are helpful and friendly with fair prices.
Can't ask for more when it comes to car batteries or even remote key batteries.

My car was having trouble starting and I got decided it was time for a new battery. The gentleman working here was very helpful and friendly with getting me the right battery. Unfortunately after I replaced the battery, I continued to have starting and other issues. After a couple of garages looked at my car, the second one determined the battery was weak and they replaced the new one. That one works fine. Since I was out of town when I got the newer battery Battery Warehouse was understanding and gave me a full refund. I would not dismiss the quality of the batteries here because of one failure and would return for the good service next time I need a battery.
I've been there several times. Every time I go the gentleman working is always friendly and helpful. The prices beat Amazon. The battery for my home alarm was only 20.00, including tax. Amazon wanted 24.99 plus tax. I will continue to go there for my batteries.
Kenny is the best!!!!...This was my first time to this store and he walked me through the proper way to charge my battery ...explain refund policy if i ran into problems...i truly felt valued...Thank you... Covid 19 precautions were in place...i will be back
No mask on during a pandemic. Was quoted a price over the phone and had price raised by $5 when purchased.
I shouldn’t have to debate saving $50 or dealing with someone who can’t handle wearing a mask.

The gentleman working helped me get the right battery for my new motorcycle and made it so easy and he is very conversational. Amazing over all first time coming in.
Friendly quick service. The customer before was just as pleased if not moreso. He said that both products he bought were hard to find online. He drove from Baltimore and was very happy as was i with the prices! Why havent i visited this olace before. I hate shopping for batteries. The last one i bought for my watch at a jewelry center was a bad battery. I will be visiting thhis place for all my battery needs!

I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of batteries from them for my pressure washing business. Friday afternoon I purchased almost $500 in new batteries. Monday morning I attempt to install a new battery in my 2013 van but the van lugs did not fit because they are too short to seat. I thought no big deal, I'll just return it and get a battery from Walmart. However they charge a 15% restocking fee. I can understand if there was a mistake on my part but their battery didn't fit my van. Not sure how that's my fault. I asked the clerk if a fee is worth my business and he said 'its policy sorry'
Store is supposed to be open Fridays from 9 or 10 until 8 or 9pm. I got there at 10 am Friday and there was a sign on the door " WILL BE BACK AT 11:30". THAT'S NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.
