Stopped in to get an offer on my 08 crv. Paul checked the car, took pictures and even used a device to check for body damage that might have been repaired.
We reviewed what he found and told me what a dealer would pay to repair it. I think his price estimates sounded more like retail. I know my mechanic quoted me less for some of them.
He then gave me an offer. I said no. He asked what I wanted. He sent that along with the info on the vehicle to his regional or main office. Someone reviewed it and we sort of met in the middle.
10 minutes later, I had a check. The whole process took about 30 - 45 minutes. It was all based on his pictures. The test drive was brief. He did not leave the parking lot.
I would recommend this if you don't want to deal with listing the car and all the stuff that comes with it.
February 2026- stopped in to sell our 03 Avalon. The historic tags were no good due to a change in state law. This time we dealt with Kyle.
The process was smooth. Kyle gave a price and I asked for more. He made the decision on his own. He didn't have to call anyone. Got the check and we were on our way.

Kyle and his boss really have a good rapport. Kyle specifically spent alot of time on a convertible corvette on a very cold day.
