It's really sad you go and buy a part for $111 from these people you bring the part back because it was wrong and they don't have no cash to give you they want you to drive to other stores and take it back and gas is $4 a gallon ridiculous I've already been to York road and timonium no cash could take apart back get here no cash can't take the part back then they tell me that they want me to go Hanover Meanwhile it's costing me more money
they never answer the phone in this location and sometimes the people in this location working are rude to customers dont recomend this location to anybody you never able to talk to someone on this store bad customer service i give it a negative cero
Went to simply return a part and was rudely told by Francisco that I had to return it at the store that I got it from which was an hour away. That was very unprofessional and extremely inconvenient.
A big shout out to Dylan who came out and helped look at my mirror and help me with my blown up headlights. Everyone here was super helpful and they have what you need for a super reasonable price.
2 For 2.... had the parts I needed and had what nearby competitors did not. Called ahead to make sure the filter I needed was at the location near me, Glen Burnie. Thanks for the reliable business!
I had given up buying car parts offline. Each and every car dealer, repair shop, and auto parts store that I've considered giving my business just wants to quickly move me out the door for the highest price.
Maybe I'm too young to be taken seriously, but I work hard to afford nice things for my car. My first visit here was my most pleasant auto retail experience to date. An excellent service associate asked me what I'm working on, and proceeded to list parts for my job I hadn't even considered. If not for her, my exhaust job would have required multiple trips to a regular auto parts store.

Poor customer service, worse ignored my request to help me put in an air filter that I had just purchased. I just wanted some help holding my car’s filter box open while I put the filter in. That’s OK. I’ll return to AutoZone, which is more helpful.
