Just got tires put on and they pulled my car in within 10 minutes and everyone was helpful I’m impressed with quick service been to other tire stores and was easily there for 2 hours and they are working in hot conditions good job Gillette team.

best deals and tires around. CRAIG is a legend in the tire game. HE has a protege named dustin wetfoot booze who is very quick and percise. They have best deals in town . they do my 2024 corvette wheels and also my wifes bentley.

I made a mistake and the owner made me pay for it. I bought a tire for my garden tractor from Craftsman directly. And because I bought it myself and didnt let the store buy it and mark it up, they wont install it. Id gladly pay more for the install if money was the problem. Nobody else will do lawn mower tires in Glen Burnie. So I made another purchase of small tire changer. Obviously out of my league I give it a shot and injure myself. I would have gladly gave you more money to install it. I dont understand the point you are trying to prove with not doing the work for money. Now Im hurt. I didnt get to move my mower off my lawn. And now its freezing out.

I haven't gone to the shop itself, but my mother and law and myself were stuck on the side of a busy road trying to change a tire, and a gentleman from this shop saw us and offered to help! He made quick work of it, and was so kind. Didn't get his name, but thank you again, and we will be going to you guys in the future!

10/10 service here. I showed right as they were opening and every employee was ready to help immediately. Was going to buy a whole new tire, but they suggested to repair it and save me money. Anytime I need anything tire wise I definitely will be back!

I've been buying my tires from Gillette since the early 80s and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've brought many friends and family, and now they are regular customers also. Update 12/12/23 Just bought a new set of tires. I am happy as always dealing with Craig Vogel and the crew. I was out in approximately 30 minutes. These guys are the best !

Wonderful customer service!!!! I discovered a screw in my tire yesterday and my husband and I drove to Gillette to see if it would require a repair. They checked my tire, pulled the screw and leak tested it and didn’t charge us anything! We will definitely return when we need tires and/or tire repairs. Thanks again!!!!

This place is the worst, dirtiest, nastiest place to ever get your vehicle serviced. I bought four brand new tires for my vehicle and within 10 months, a belt blew, and a weight fell off. Then exactly one year after the tire warranty expired my right front driver side tire blew out going down route 15 at 60 miles an hour at 7:30 last night. Before I ever went to this place the tires were original on my jeep and I never had one single issue. This just tells you That Gillette sold me the worst tires at the highest price possible.

They are fantastic! Had a screw in a tire that another tire place wouldn’t patch. These guys patched it and saved me from spending $300 more on a new tire. Awesome customer service, and quality work!

Very nice.. awesome customer service. We were on a long trip and had a flat... from the first call to them all the way to paying they were the best. Our tech went above and beyond and went around and checked pressure on our other tires... if you need tires this is the place to go. Thank you guys for getting us back on the road!

Mike was wonderful helping me get new tires for my car considering I don't know anything about them. He told me my back tires were fine so I only need to get new fronts. I'm so happy that he was honest with me and helped me out instead of just trying to get money out of me. I will for sure be coming back and also referring my friends. I just had six motorhome tires replaced at Gillette today. All I can say is how gracious, honest, and down to earth Craig and his team are. I’m very happy that I called— he easily had the best price, and installation was very reasonable. I could not be happier with my experience with these guys. There was no hassle, no holdups, and no delays. I showed up, and they got right to work. I happily recommend anybody give Craig a call- you certainly won’t be disappointed!

Went to this place based on the review and it looked country. I absolutely had a great experience and the people were amazing. They seemed like good old boys, but what other kind of guys do you want?! Went in for a tire patch, they had me patched and replaced the tire within 15 minutes and charged me a whopping 20 bucks! That's amazing and it feels great. While I was waiting, the other people that came in were all from other repair shops in the area!! This is the place that the other mechanics go! I won't be going anywhere else for my tires.
