Excellent customer service here! All staff was available, highly informative and patient. Not just with my but with other customers. Yes, it was slow, but that was an unavoidable staffing issue which they clearly and repeatedly and patiently communicated. Well done there. Repairs were addressed and explained fully. I have more vehicle issues in future and will absolutely be coming back here!

Byan was fantastic! I didn't have an appointment, but I was desperate to get my old low-beam bulb replaced (and replace the other old not-yet-dead low-beam bulb while I was at it). I walked in and within a few minutes he was already working on it. It was tricky (stuck), but he figured it out and within a few minutes he was finished. He was very professional and friendly. I have nothing but great things to say about this Firestone location...we've brought our vehicles here before and we always get excellent service. Thank you so much!

I've been to s few Firestone shops but each had some type of problem for me and my mom but this was our first time at this shop and it was the best experience we've had. They all were so nice and helpful and most of all so patient with us, we came from fort meade and we was running a little late but they were so nice to wait for us since we're further away. This shop snd the people here make it my reason to come far for their business, great job guys.

Valiso* and team were exceptional. They were able to get me in and out within an hour, even given the pending storm. This is my neighborhood Firestone, and I’m always impressed with their level of service.

Mr. Charles personality really sets the tone for my overall experience. Every time I walk in, I’m hesitant to hear what’s going on with my vehicle but, Mr. Charles eases my worries every single time! He’s overly patient and caring. I’ve visit this store at least once a month for work to be done on my vehicle. I’ve had engine issues, needing a new gas pedal, new tires, oil chances, new windshield wipers, filters needed to be replaced and so much more. The list really can go on and on. AND BY NO MEANS IS THIS A LACK ON THE STORE END!!! It just seems like now the vehicle is paid off, one issue after another arises on its own. Mr. Charles ensures every time to check the entire vehicle and services issues as they arise. Sometimes I have to wait due to funds and other times, he can handle the car concerns immediately. If I can’t handle the issue right and there, Mr. Charles will make a way. He has worked around my work schedule, doctors appointments and even my college school schedule. If I need to leave the car and come back, I know and trust my vehicle is in great hands! Mr. Charles explains matters beyond thoroughly. He has a great staff of workers as well. I really couldn’t ask for a better store. I know he’s tired of seeing my face and my car but I wouldn’t dare have anyone else work on my vehicle. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING MR. CHARLES !!!

I came today to bring my company car and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome! The team provided excellent customer service- listening to my needs and letting me know exactly how it would be fixed. One customer was telling me how he's been coming to this same shop for years; which tells you all you need to know. My car was serviced quickly and efficiently. I will return again. I tell you this Glenn Burnie FireStone has the nicest most knowledgeable people. I just talked to Charles F and I’ll tell you that guy is so knowledgeable and he knows how to run things four of us walked in at the same time and bam Bam Bam. He took care of us and some of the people that was waiting. Took care of them too he operates so smoothly they fixed my truck runs great now. More people need to be like Charles F thank you FireStone for hiring such nice people.

Amazing experience. Their team are very friendly and helpful. Their actions really show that they care about their customers by either calling to confirm changes for repairs, physically showing me the work they have done, or even recommending a different place to fix my car prior to the appointment. I honestly felt they went above and beyond what was asked of them.

Mr. Charles took the time to explain what parts were needed and why. He also explained the process of easy drop-off the night before. All services were completed in a timely manner. There was very good responsiveness with giving updates. The Glen Burnie location that is open daily is VERY convenient. I would recommend my family and friends to this location.

This was the best experience I had in a long time. I’m the type that shops around before I chose who to do business with. I stopped at four tire dealerships Costco, Goodyear, AAA Service Center and Toyota being that I have a Rav 4. I choose this Firestone because of the first impression from Charles Freemen he was professional went over options took his time explaining what was best for my vehicle and why. I’m over 55 yrs old and often my age group gets taken advantage of. Here I felt valued heard and safe. Thank you Charles!!! Not to mention the service Manager Keith McCray came in and check to see if I was waiting long and was I satisfied with the wait time. Excellent service and sometimes that all we want right!!!!

Keith and his crew at the Glen Burnie location are the best. Keith took the time to help me diagnose the issues with my car and offered options to fix them. I just had the BEST experience at this FireStone! My window button broke and I couldn’t get the window up on my Jeep Cherokee. It’s 42 degrees and I live over an hour away. After the Jeep Dealership said they couldn’t help me, I stopped by here to see if they could help me since they have a repair shop. Charles and Keith were so kind, figured out the issue right away, and got my window up for me. They wouldn’t even accept any type of payment. Just a high five and a Google review was enough for them. I will be coming back here in the near future to visit my family and I need new tires. Instead of going to Costco which was my plan, I WILL BE getting my new tires from this FireStone!! Thank you guys!! It’s nice to know there are people like you in this world.

Great customer service, Keith Mccray, walked me through the tire replacement process. Asnwered all my questions, and helped the process go smoothly. I've been to other tire repair shops, none get you in and out as fast as this location. Highly recommend, I'm coming back for a oil change.

As a new driver when my car started making noise i didn’t know what it was. i stopped into the location and was greeted by Mr Keith, he was great and explained that they could do a diagnostic and see what the problem was, after about 15 minutes he came out told me in a way i could understand what was wrong and the fee to repair it. i was a little nervous but he also told me about their credit card, after applying and getting approved, he and the staff took great care of me. i will definitely be back soon for my next oil change.

I came in to have my tires checked and was greeted immediately by Mr. Keith as soon as I walked through the door. After explaining the issue with my tire pressure, I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to be seen since I didn’t have an appointment. Mr. Keith reassured me that they would take care of my car, and they did exactly that. My tire was fixed promptly, and the entire experience was pleasant and professional. These guys fixed my car FAST, after a different shop (rhymes with cowvoline) broke my wheel during a tire rotation. I like how firestone will show you your vehicle when it’s being worked on. Just makes me feel better about the whole thing, cause I know nothing about cars. I didn’t catch the name of the man at the counter, but he was very nice and spent a lot of time talking with me about my vehicle. I felt like they went out of their way to fix everything quickly, and it honestly saved my weekend.

I visited a very professional and welcoming establishment today. I was warmly greeted by the store manager, Charles, who was both personable and professional. My service technician, Keith, was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable, answering all my questions with ease. His team provided excellent support, and later I worked with Keith, the service manager, who handled my requests efficiently, even when I added extra tasks. The facility is clean and well-maintained. While visiting Maryland recently, I had an unexpected tire emergency after hitting debris on the highway. I was stressed and on a tight schedule, needing to drive to SC the very next day. When I arrived at your location the following morning-on a donut tire and full of worry-Chris at the front desk immediately put me at ease. Chris took the time to explain my options clearly, walking me through pricing, tire types, and what the service would involve. His calm, confident approach made a tough morning much easier. Just two hours later, I received a call that my Jeep was ready to go, fully repaired and safe for the long drive home. Recent Exceptional Service: Over the past month, I returned to the Glen Burnie store for two service appointments. These visits involved major repairs and addressed a complicated series of past events concerning my vehicle. During both visits, I received exceptional support from the team members, specifically Charles Freeman, Store Manager; Keith Mccray, Service Manager; and Chris, one of the repair technicians. The professionalism and dedication demonstrated by Charles, Keith, and Chris set a new standard for service excellence. Their expertise was evident throughout the process, and they worked diligently to ensure I received the best possible deal. These experiences were the most positive and memorable of my 15 years doing business with Firestone. I am truly appreciative of their hard work and commitment to customer satisfaction.

My visit was fast and the staff was great. The service manager Keith was friendly, honest, and efficient (they were very busy but you didn't feel the impact because of this guy). I was also very happy with their value tire as it costs less than the one I got from another place and the visual quality difference is easy to see.

I’ve came here twice the last few weeks. Let’s say unfortunately in travel with my family we were almost in an accident in the middle of the mountains. Why? My tire was left with one bolt. I had to pay a lot of money to get it replaced. Got back in town today to basically be told that I never paid for balancing and they never removed the tires. And basically because I have 2025 tires which were done three months prior to them touching my car apparently it’s someone else’s fault. Told the area manager was going to reach out and haven’t did so. So not only am I out of money still no tire or rim and at fault how I’m being treated. I will now be reaching back out to my attorney. I tried to handle this in person but apparently not good enough.
