I simply cannot recommend this shop more! Every time I’ve had an issue with my BMW 330e, they’ve been able to diagnose the root cause of the problem quickly and give me the least expensive and least invasive procedure to fix the problem. They frequently provide better quotes than other shops and never try to force unnecessary repairs on me like other shops.

Top notch work at very affordable prices !! I had numerous work done to two of my cars and they were very friendly and honest. They are my go to guys now.

Awesome service!!! The crew at Riley’s are absolutely awesome. My shift cable went out on Friday and by Tuesday my car was ready to be picked up! Left the car overnight when it went out and called first thing Saturday, the assured me it was perfectly okay where I left the car and got working on it first thing Monday morning! I will gladly use this shop again!

I had to have some work done on my air condition for my toyota rav 4 my first quote was $1500 but as they worked on it one part only had to be cleaned out so it didn’t have to be replaced so they were very honest with me and that speaks volumes for their business so I only had to pay $672 thanks Riley’s auto repair a customer for life . I have had several different repairs done with Riley's. I've always been treated kindly and given full explanations on what they need to do. They have always been patient and answering any questions that I may have. I feel like the prices are extremely fair. I would highly recommend anybody who needs repair to use Riley's.

My son’s jeeps gear linkage broke. Had it towed there. They diagnosed it and said it was a bad transmission. I knew this wasn’t the issue and had it towed to another shop that fixed the linkage for $200. They wanted $2600 after I told them what was wrong with it. STAY Far away from these crooks.

Terrible place I don’t recommend took my care to get a lining & when I picked it up a rim was missing. Mind you, when I dropped it off all 4 rims were on. My father called & went in person lied to his face & said the car came like that. Secondly, I went back a month ago to get an oil change, magically my car comes back with a dent on the passenger door. I don’t even think they’re certified mechanics.

My AC went out on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and I needed a place that wasn't going to charge me an arm and a leg. I'm so blessed to have found this place. My vehicle was finished in less than a day and the customer service was impressive. It also helps that I saved a lot of money ?. If I have any repair needs in the future, this is the place I'll go to.

Riley, Sherri, and the Team are the best. I’ve sent multiple cars to them and I can trust them to do good work with my vehicles. Labor rate is fair, parts aren’t taxed up like most shops, never a long wait, and they communicate with you through the whole process. If you’re in the Area you have to check’em out!

I’ve Been Going To Riley’s Auto For About A Year Now. Honestly The Best Work and Best Prices I’ve Ever Had, Very Precise and knowledgeable about Almost Any Problem dealing in Automotive!! I brought in my 2006 Jeep Commander that was deemed undriveable from Multiple Sources, but Then I took it To Riley, he diagnosed it, gave me a price and he had it back to me in a week! Customer Service is top tier! Sherri Goes above and beyond to make sure that you’re comfortable leaving the shop and that all of your needs are met. Even when things get testy through the day she handles it like a true Champ. It’s so much I could say about this shop, but in a nutshell I wish I had more than 5 stars because they deserve it ! lol

Riley's is AWESOME! I was in town visiting friends when my battery died; completely died. Not being from the Baltimore area, I had no idea who I could count on. Reviews led me to Riley's and I'm beyond grateful they did. I called and they said they could get it taken care of same day. I was warmly greeted by Jose and the prices were nominal; especially when you consider the great service you get. FAST too! I went to lunch after dropping it off and it was ready not even ten minutes after I sat down. I'm so thankful for Riley's. I wish they were in Cleveland so I could always count on them.

Very friendly and helpful. Assisted with an almost accurate quote which rivals other auto shops for pricing, they assisted with an issue with an oil leak and got it done fairly quickly (been a few weeks and no issues from the fix or leaks have came up). Will definitely come back again if I have any issues!

I brought my car to Riley's after learning they excepted my warranty company. After the attention and service they provided me I am a lifetime customer now. The owner and his wife are absolutely amazing and they had my car back up and running super fast. Great shop to go to highly recommended! Jose is a really great person along with his staff. Always takes the time to thoroughly check out vehicle for any issues and tells you what's wrong and what needs to be taken care of. Prices are really great and he does not try to make up anything or overcharge you and always works with you. Definitely a great entrusted shop and owner to go to and anytime have any questions can always ask Jose. Update: I still go to Riley's Auto and Jose is definitely the man!

This is a great shop in my opinion. It’s hard to find a good mechanic that you can trust to do good work. Dropped my truck off Saturday kind of last minute. I knew what was wrong but didn’t know how bad. They put my truck on the lift and showed me what needed to be done. Monday morning they ordered the parts and fixed it quickly and for a very reasonable price. They have my business for life and I will surely send them customers when I can.

Excellent and affordable prices. I had my engine and transmission replaced on my 2004 pathfinder. Since then that ha my primary auto repair. The mechanics are friendly and won’t repair your car until they talk to you and give different affordable options.

As a woman, I am usually a little skeptical of some mechanics. However, with Jose and crew I feel at ease. I know that I can trust him. He explains to me the issue and is, in my opinion, fair when it comes to informing me of the price and the time it takes to complete the job. I appreciate the quality of the work that they ALL do. The entire crew is friendly, professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about cars period. I recommend them to my friends especially women who are looking for a GREAT crew of mechanics that you can trust. I feel good knowing that I'm in good hands with Jose, Jorge and the rest of the crew.

One of the best mechanics around!! Family owned business, great prices, and some of the best work around. I have only come to Riley's for all of my vehicle repairs over the last year and have not been disappointed once. The efficiency of the work is incredible and I believe Jose does it better than anyone. Everything from breaks to tune-ups to transmissions, nobody does better work at a better price.
