Called for a service appt. They didn't offer car loaner support, not did they offer shuttle service to work/home after leaving my car to be serviced. That's discrimination against those who have no other way to get car service completed. I was a potential customer and was rejected because of their LACK of customer service.

I want to add to the review I posted this morning. I was able to speak with the manager Ryan and he was more understanding and empathetic towards my situation. He looked it over and wanted check the battery. He found an issue with the battery. Replaced drove to work with no warning lights. We discussed the whole situation and I told him I appreciated him stepping in and looking at the car. We also discussed the service writer attitude and being more empathetic towards customers and place his self in their situation and be a little more understanding. When I pulled up this morning there was no is everything OK the service writer basically said they weren't touching my car and would call the police. Ryan made the situation much better. I did get my refund back. This whole situation could have been better if the service writer was more customer oriented. Thank you Ryan for your help today. It made a difference.

I need to put this out here because I have never had such horrible service. I usually never say I don't recommend using this business but I need to on Bob Bell Hyundai service. My car has had the 3rd engine failure since 2021 and fortunately they have been under warranty. I had the car towed to them on January 6th. Told them this seems like the last issue. Drew the service writer tells me about the diagnostic fee to make sure it is engine failure and if it is they will refund the fee. Drew calls back tells me the cost is 16k. I asked how can it be that expensive since oem shows the engine for maybe $3500. Labor of course. He said try to see if we will work with you on a trade. My son who is a mechanic and called every engine failure before hyundai said call the corporate at in California because there is a warranty on that engine Drew told me 12 monts/12 thousand miles. I call Hyundai and the escalate me up to someone. This lady looks up my record researches asks what my mileage is and finds I have a warranty up to 150k for the engine repair. She tries calling no response from Bob bell calls asks if I can get someone I tell her I have the same issue. She said I have an internal contact system and they must respond. I get a call back good news there us a warranty. Then says might be an issue with the wire harness. Sheila tells me that would be included if the engine failure caused the issue. Pick my car up Friday after they tell me once the manager looks it over it's ready. They bring it out I ask about the refund foe the diagnostic fee and the cashier says she doesn't know I have to talk with the manager and I tell her the notice posted says refund for warranty work. Okay I will call Monday because no one is there Friday until 6. No one explains what was done. Just sign and leave. I get in my car 2 rubber pieces on the floor and big orange light on my car I can't go back in because when I left at 5:55 they looked the door. I leave a message saying I have a light on and I will be back In the morning. I realize I have no lights call my son he tells me that is my swivel headlights drive home in the dark. He comes out lifts the hood finds they didn't reconnect my lights, the wire harness clips are broke,tge hood cable is broke, the fire plugs are laying on tge floor and the AC is not blowing cold air. He goes back with me on Saturday explains what he found wirh his phone flashlight in 15 minutes. The service writer never apologized but tried to tell him they didn't touch the AC my son said you did the short block you had to Evac it. The service writer makes the list I email the pictures Jamie took showing the issues. Emailed the manager who I never heard from. Leave the car I get a call Monday telling me the mechanic said the hood latch part was broke I said he is lying and how is it all tge wire ties are blue and new if I broke it mine would be dirty and not match the blue ones he has tied around everything. They used these to hook the wire harness back because of the broken clips, the clips keep it from rubbing causing wear.i asked to speak to the manager because he said they wouldn't fix it and it's $600. I said your mechanic should be more careful and take pride in his work. Puts me on hold comes back says they will replace it. Also told the tow truck driver took the firewall plugs out I said I was with the tow truck driver and he hooked it and left my driveway never removed a part. Tuesday car is ready go pick it up have Jamie look it over fixed what was wrong sign paperwork drive home. Pick up Jimmy we are going to dinner for our grandsons birthday. Get to the top of the road all my lights flash and tge steering wheel light comes on I lose power steering. Turn around take it home. Leave a message I will be back in the morning. I have no faith in this shop, never received a call or apology from the manager. This tells me he doesn't care and that trickles down to his mechanics and shop staff. And I look at my account I wasn't refunded but charged again. I feel my car is in worst shape then when it was towed in.

I scheduled an appointment back in November/December to have a recall done for my Santa Fe to have the part installed so my car couldn't easily be stolen. The 1st available appointment was in 6 months June 22nd with Bob Bell Hyundai, no other locations had any appointments. The morning of the 22nd I received a call from the service department to reschedule for the next Saturday due to the recent hacking of the system the car dealerships use. I received a 2nd call the Friday before advising me their systems were still down & they rescheduled me for today July 13th. Their communication with me was superb!! Their systems were back up and I arrived at 8:45am for my appointment and 2 of their service guys were there ready to great me. I had a total of 4 recalls to have done. They told me it would be about 2 hours. They showed me to the lobby which was very clean and had a TV to watch, plugs for anything you may need to plug in & offered snacks & water. The restrooms were clean and everyone was friendly. I was surprised when they where done with my car in less than the 2 hours. I have a bad sensor on one of my tires and the service tech told me approximately how much it would cost to fix and I declined. However they did double check to make sure it was definitely a senor and not something wrong with one of my tires as a courtesy. They didn't try to push me to purchase anything, which I truly appreciate. I have used them before for an issue I had that was covered under my warranty and that went smoothly as well. I've been to the Hyundai dealership in Catonsville and they charged me for things covered under the warranty and I'll never go back to that dealership again. I will always go to Bob Bell!! Thanks Bob Bell for your great service & fantastic employees!!!

About a month and half ago, I have service, after work and I discovered a small ripped of tinted windshield. I got it repaired and then I took the bill to Bob Bell to get reimbursed as they suggested. They said that they would send me a check which I never received since. I will not recommend no more service for Bob Bell, I am going elsewhere. Sincerely

I'd really like to thank David Morgan for his outstanding courtesy and service! This is the 3rd (or 4th) car I've purchased from Bob Bell and not only is it my most favorite car so far, this was my easiest car buying experience to date. Can't thank you enough Dave! I needed an accessory removed from my interior and Dave had another salesman remove it for me super fast. Don't remember the young man's name who was able to get my safe out but I will update this review to include him if I find out. I wasn't even his client and he helped me. Thank you, thank you!

My boyfriend was looking for a truck for work. Van Lewis helped him with any and all questions he had about the trucks that were available. He answered every phone call and he even came in on his day off to sell us a beautiful, new F-150. The attention and information that Van gave us was nothing short of professional. Even though the car was for my boyfriend, he still made sure I was included in the process. We loved the experience so much that we will be going back to work with Van when I want to exchange my car. Had to leave had 11:30 appointment for Quick Lane arrived 15 minutes early. Left at 12:20 after I asked how long was going to be and 1 car still in front of me. Wax then told they were short staffed and did not know. Have Bell Care so had to reschedule since I have other appointments and can not get in till yhe end of August!

My husband and I have been leasing cars for several years. A couple of weeks ago, we visited Bob Bell Automotive in Glen Burnie- BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!. From the wait time, test drive, courtesy, leasing options and signing process- EVERYTHING was a SMOOTH, QUICK & EASY PROCESS. I want to specially thank AJ (Arnold James), Kirk & Flor for an AWESOME EXPERIENCE. Got extended warranty on my Escape.also got a warranty for oil changes and if you loose your key for car but canceled it today it cost over 400.dollars. and you only got 2 oil changes a year and it was only good for 2 years. I thought it too expensive.

Automotive service department operates at very high volume but they know what they are doing. It may require some creative scheduling on your part to get a slot depending on the season, and they do charge dealership service prices but THEY WILL address any issue that your vehicle has. Very Satisfied.

Tried to get my 2016 Explorer's hood corrosion repaired under warranty. The service guy told me it was out of warranty, although it has a 5 year rust and corrosion warranty. I didn't take advanced math but I have five fingers and knew I had a year left. Long story short, I had to call Ford Customer Service to school them. I had to go back and they were nice about the mix up. They took pics and submitted my warranty claim to Ford which was approved the next day. I will update once my new hood is installed.

I had a great experience with purchasing my vehicle from Bob Bell Auto! Got a fair price and a quality vehicle. I went to 2 other competitors nearby before purchasing my car here. Eddie's professionalism and excellent customer service set them apart: I felt respected and valued as a customer and that's what won the sale. Even weeks after the sale was made, Eddie went to extra lengths to make sure my questions were answered and that the car I purchased was still up to my expectations. Awesome experience. Must have an appointment for COVID-19. Everyone had on masks, social distancing and cleaning of desk was observed. My sales man was professional, patient, knowledgeable and not pushy...Mr James Franklin. And my finance guy Mr Boone was not pushy either. I got a 2020 Gemstone Red Tuscon (Ultimate). This beauty is fully loaded... 100,000 warranty, 36000 maintenance, 5 yr road side assistance, Bluelink and much much more for a very reasonable price. Making my 2020 look alot better. This vehicle was purchased as business vehicle for my cleaning company. By the way I own a 2011 Hyundai Sonata Limited with 153,000 miles and she is still going strong. All be safe and stay healthy!

I bought a 2017 Prius Prime that had been traded in. After spending a week looking at many dealerships who tried to push me to break the bank, or took hours if discussion just to get a couple hundred off a sky high price I found my Prius at Bob Bell. The price at Bob Bell was after the fees and taxes was still thousands lower than I had been offered for a final price at any other Toyota dealership. I was so relieved and happy at how quick and friendly the process of purchasing the car was and I left with the car the same day! I highly recommend!!

Speaking from my experience My wife & I had a great experience with purchasing our last 2 vehicles. Our salesman Paul Crowe was awesome. Pablo Rodriguez the finance guy was awesome as well. Kirk Smalls ( Sales Manager ) made it feel like we all were family. I’d highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

The people at Bob Bell Nissan are so professional and accommodating the experience is far better than any car buying experience I've had in the past. The used car mgr. Glenn gave me $1200 more for my trade than any other dealer, the new car mgr. Dax beat another dealers price on my Titan by $700 and the general sales mgr. John got me an interest rate 2% less than my credit union. Never have my expectations been exceeded like this in any other buying experience

My wife and I have purchased a few vehicles here in the past as well as used their service department for repairs or recalls before. I have to say that I have never dealt with a more professional group of people. The sales department is informative and accommodating to what your looking for, not what they want to sell you like many dealers are. The service department is professional and courteous as well and even let you communicate directly with the mechanic to understand the issue your having. I highly recommend Bob Bell Automotive!!

Service department really took extra care of my repairs and concerns with my vehicle. Communication could have been a little better, but with the number of vehicles being serviced, I understand that they can't provide constant updates. Maybe implementing a customer-accessible web portal to see technician notes and progress as the vehicles progress through diagnostics and repairs to completion may help in the overall workload and communication bottleneck. Overall, very pleased with the trustworthy service provided at Bob Bell Ford/ Hyundai/ etc.

Nightmarish experience. Took my truck there for a simple tire and wheel replacement. Since then, truck vibrates at 80mph. Have tried unsuccessfully with them to rectify this problem. They wouldn't see me and have recommended I go to another mechanic. They wouldn't honor their work or justify their having received payment. Customer service is typically horrendous. They say their mechanics are in the Baltimore location, so why fix my car at the glen burnie location? Seems they don't have the right tools and the right personnel there. Explains my continued problems. They were happy to take my money and let me go with. Not good!

I bought my Kona on 11/03/18 and added a rain guard. The rain guard was not in stock so I had to come back a week after to pick it up. They said the temperature should be in the 50's to successfully install it. Yesterday was my 4th appointment to have it installed, the person who was to install it was off. I am grateful I am a person who have a lot of patience, I went back to my salesperson Merrick Lee who reached out to the Head of Service and all went well. Although I didn't bought my previous car from Bob Bell, almost all of its maintenance were done here. Thank you Service Department for going above and beyond to finally install my rain guard. Now when it rains, my rain guard is installed outside my windows and not in a box inside my car. Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays to all!

Had an appointment for an oil change and vehicle check over. Viewed television in a new and clean waiting room. Everything was new including the paint on the walls, ceiling tiles, floors, bathrooms, cashier booths, furniture and television. Even the huge window to the work area was clean as were the the rest of the windows in the room. There's plenty of seating. There was coffee and snacks. My vehicle was returned in a reasonable amount of time and clean. Everything was explained to me so I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

I'm sure there are time when people disagree over costs, and this visit took longer then I anticipated, but the staff couldn't be any better. Always pleasant while speaking with me, even though they had issues finding parts to fix my issues, they stayed pleasant during the times when I was frustrated about the amount of time. Overall, my truck was fixed very professionally without other issues. Great staff, very professional

Having an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation it took over two hours. During the process I was told of a tire repair being needed. I didn't want that done there as I have road hazard with the merchant who installed the tires. After paying for the oil service I found my vehicle with a flat as a pancake tire. The same tire I instructed the tech to leave alone, he had pulled the nail. The tech now had to take more time to change the spare tire. The next day the office called to ask how the service went. The lady was told of my experience. She said the service manager would call to followup. That was three days ago. Totally unacceptable...and very dissatisfied.
