I called and spoke to an obnoxious woman that did nothing but
say "I don't know". When I gave her the part number of their battery as a reference to what I needed she loudly says "I need more information than that". That is last time I will ever consider an Interstate Battery.
No hassle, no hustle - This is a place you can trust to give you good service, without trying to upsell you things you don't need. They also made it really easy to get a new battery at a great price without delay and were super flexible about exchanging the old one. They honored the warranty, even though I was just a smidge past the 24 months. They really have fantastic customer service! A special thank you to Jason for his help. Highly recommend these guys!

I went in with the intention of buying a battery. The gentleman at the door was kind enough to test my battery. He could have sold me a new battery but told me to clean the corrosion on the posts while telling me the bay life was fine. I’ll be back and also telling everyone to get their batteries here. Thank you!
I wanted to take a minute and recognize the customer service that the Glen Burnie Interstate Batteries offers. I had an issue with a very specific type of battery. They worked within their powers to get the concern resolved. The solution took a few weeks but they worked with me and got the job done. I will continue to buy my batteries from Optima/Interstate, directly, from now on.
Great customer service. Positive, welcoming, and efficient. I have waited longer at fast food establishments to receive product. I returned a battery that did not fully charge, after 5 months of use. I drove off with a new battery in less than 10 minutes. Jason was engaging an expedient. My exchange was absent of negativity. It was a fully human interaction with eye contact and conversation. Grateful to share my positive experience.
I called on the phone to check on a price for a battery and I lady that answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. Great service from the young man at the counter as well. I will definately go back to buy more batteries from this location and the prices didn't break the back ether!!!!!!

From the first call, and me arriving there, they were all nice and honest. Paul not only answered my questions, he took time to explain his answers to me. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends.
Stopped by there to see about replacing a golf cart battery that I had purchased up in Pennsylvania back in October. They were extremely nice and quite funny. The exchange was as advertised. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I will be back when I need a new set for the golf cart
5 year performance warranty is really only a 2 year warranty. After that it is prorated, so 25% off your next purchase. If you want a good battery, look elsewhere.
Came in with a warranty claim for my previous battery, I was taken care of by the staff and left there with a brand new battery. Great people to deal with.
All good things never are cheap I was provided great service and given options.. Even though they do not install I had to be to work, one of the guys off the clock replaced my battery and sent me on my way so I'm a satisfied customer and would recommend their service
Personalized service. I will NEVER shop Costco again. The attitude of the "supervisor" (name redacted) was arrogant, condescending, and entirely unhelpful. This store was congenial and checked the battery which Costco doesn't. Helped me lift it into the car. Appreciated the attitude vs Costco.
Do not buy an Interstate battery in the Baltimore/Annapolis area. If you do, and you end up needing warranty support, you will have to deal with these guys. They will do everything in their power not to honor their warranty. Based on other reviews, I am clearly not the only person having problems with this company and I am not sure why Interstate corporate does not address the clear problem. Also, even though their website says they are open on Saturday, they are not. Unfortunately I had to drive 25 miles to find this out. Trust me, just buy something else and don't risk having to deal with these people.
