The website says it closes at 3:00 I get there at 12:15 and their sign says they close at 12:00 so the load of stuff in the back of my truck I have to take out and take down another day what a hassle

Went to glen burnie location and told I need a car by MD state law requirement to sell my scrap copper that is not true all I need is ID and I had ID but still was turned away
THIS PLACE IS RACIST! I WENT TODAY FOR SERVICE AND WALKED IN THE WRONG DOOR AND A OLDER CAUCASIAN WOMAN YELLED AT ME AND MY CHILD! SAYING OUT! OUT !WITH a nasty look on her face. I kindly apologized and said the doors wasn’t labeled and I didn’t know where the entrance was. This place is terrible. Very nasty people. The receptionist is this lady and I believe it was because I was a black woman. I never been yelled out at an establishment before.
Went there yesterday with 30 buckets of copper and plumbing miscellaneous, after 1 hrs 10 minutes,he only have 7 buckets done, he goes to everything in there pcs by pcs,stop everything and went to best way recycling,we where out of there in 15 minutes and got more money, I will never go back to Maryland recycling !!!!
I recommend you use WPN and Curtis Bay. If you're not trying to get ripped off. Prices are way lower than the national average. Try curtis bay and you'll see the Difference.

Place I always take my scrap ,copper, aluminum and today took brass had thousand pounds plus 15 pounds in brass got 32.68. I'm not complaining because it was given to me and I gave that money to my 3 kids they made My kids happy for sure plus the guy at the weight platform makes my kids day gave them Tonka trucks, they are good cool people
Friendly and easy. My first time bringing stuff to them because I’m moving. Getting rid of old appliances, aluminum, and any metal. Rented a truck to do it but it paid for itself in the 200 lbs of aluminum I had to recycle.
Prices were way lower than market value. Employees did not know cast aluminium from clean aluminium. Do not got there got to benson ave in Baltimore if you want a good price.
Ron and Donna were great to deal with! They were able to get my company a container earlier than requested and picked up next day. Their drop off fee is also cheaper than I have seen around the area so that was awesome! So glad that process was so easy and will definitely use this company again!
