This is the most unprofessional NAPA auto parts I’ve ever been to, I can’t stand coming to the store. Unfortunately I have to. I will drive out of my way to avoid this location. The gentleman that sits in the front very rude lazy unprofessional doesn’t want to help anyone. That lady next to him does nothing but eat and has an attitude. They’re both very rude, disgusting and unprofessional.

Heather and crew took care of us even though they were closing on New Year's Day and they were fast, efficient, and thorough getting us the right car battery. We were in and out in 10 minutes! Thank you!!

Never, ever shopping here for parts. Walk in and you have an old guy and some young woman who doesn't acknowledge that you exist. Both appear that they don't like being at work and feel inconvenienced whenever a customer walks in the door. I'd get better customer service from a suit of armor at Medieval Times.

Rude employees everytime, dont acknowledge you when you walk in and say hello, lacking customer skills overall. Have attempted to return parts and the old man wants to fight about having to do it, cant explain pricing break down on return since freight charge involved also. Drive to any other Napa.

Can't never get through for a phone. Drove 15 mins, and was still waiting on the phone. Got their and of course they didn't have what I needed.

Really bad customer service. Wish I could rate it at 0 starts. The guy behind the counter rolled his eyes at me when I ask if they had a part in stock. He keep mumbling and we had to ask him to repeat his reply. He was really rude and made us fell unwelcome. I will just order online. Or at another place.

99% of the time they have the part you are looking and if they don't have it in their store they can get from one of the other local NAPA parts stores or you can go pick it up yourself. The price are in line with other auto parts places

Took a while to get my part ordered and person kept forgetting to call me. Man was frustrated when phone rang when I was there.

Best auto parts store in the area. Best prices, convenient location, and a knowledgeable, helpful staff. If they don't have what you need, they can get it.

Called looking for a part for my car. I wasn't home because I went to a mechanic shop,he told me what part to get. Somebody told me that they had the part and that it was $66. When I got there it was almost double $133.00.!!??

Order on the phone waiting on the counter and in stock Advance had to wait 3 days also a little cheaper

Outstanding customer service and support. Large parts selection in stock. Chris and Shannon were both extremely pleasant and helpful. Shannon was able to look up and find my part which their store had in stock!!! Tried 6 other local auto parts stores and everyone else had to order them. I highly recommend NAPA on Penrod Court in Glen Burnie if you are looking for competent parts specialists and in stock auto parts. Best auto parts experience in a long time!

I work for a local shop and we call there everyday. Always put directly on hold never asked or a word spoken just click on hold. Always a bad attiude by Chuck seems like he hates his job. We use fisher as much as possible those guys know customer service.

This is a official NAPA auto parts store, this location doesn't have any windows if you are trying to find it from the street. There is a very noticeable sign over the door. If your in need of quality auto parts and accessories this is the perfect place to check.

It's a small sales area, but the people have always tasted me right. They've got a Big warehouse of parts.

A little hard to find even with GPS. The door is like the back door of a strip mall sort of. No windows or anything, but there is a sign above the place. Once inside, tho, it's a store. Had the part I wanted, and was nice on the phone, unlike the jerk at the Annapolis location who was pretty rude. Must've been having a bad day. Part worked great, and was reasonable price. :)

the employees never have any idea of what parts you are asking them for. It would be nice to go in once and have somebody that understands the basics of automobile service and parts.
