I love this store. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The store is well stocked and the tools are good quality. Watch for sales because you can get some great deals.

Don't go in there asking a general question 15 mins after opening. The brunette 50-60ish year old lady working the counter was off the wall randomly disrespectful.

Customer service here....... Is by far, thee best in town! Will not shop anywhere else since my last three visits here. Thanks Napa!!!

After going to o reily’s 3 separate times to try and find a front axle u joint for my truck (with no luck ). I finally went to Napa. The lady working was amazing and grabbed the service manual and looked the part up. I was out of the door in 5 minutes. I will always trust and refer Napa to everyone. Thank y’all!

My main guy there is Clint but everyone there is very helpful and friendly. Hard to find a part store with competent people behind the counter but these guys and girl have some sense. Not the closest parts store to me but after the nonsense I've dealt with at closer stores, yeah I'll make the drive!

This place has the most knowledgeable staff in town. If they don't have something they can often get it the same day. Every experience I've had here has been great.

They charged me a shipping fee for the part I ordered. O'reillys and autozone don't do this. And they're cheaper but I was in a pinch and didn't have a choice.

Had what I needed and parts for trucks I didn't know they carried. People were very kind and helpful. Definitely will be back when in the area.

They have the parts you need up front, my old boss used them with his concrete business down in Savannah tn, I didn’t catch the mans name who just helped me with my AC but he will know when he reads this, Napa is the place to go they don’t mind helping you, they are like the post office, rain, sleet or snow they will deliver your service what ever that maybe my car had a rare low an high side fitting r-12 an they had a conversion that made it like the cars today an he even put the fefrigerant in for me, he used a value remover an adjustable wrench to do the job they were both brand new an I bought those from him an tipped him, saved me at least 100 dollars, shop Napa, thanks Napa of Clarksville.

Had just the right part that was difficult, too say the least, in stock! Very personal & professional... would have liked to get a receipt in my company's name but only ifyou have a NAPA account & they're billing you... hard to believe in this day & age that can't get a receipt with a name on it...hhmmmmm. What's up with that NAPA?

They have items I can't find anywhere else. And the guys at the desk are super knowledgeable about anything I've asked. Feels like a bunch of friends rather than a cold business when I go in there.

Always very helpful. They do need to have more people answering the phone. The person helping me was constantly interrupted answering the phone while two other employees spent their time yacking with each other. They always have what I need or they can get it.

Great service here, went to buy an item that was priced much higher than competition stores, they lowered the price to the same as the competitions. This is not their policy as far as I know.

Called for a Shift Cable for my truck. The guy not only seemed to have an attitude assisting me but couldnt even order the part because it didnt have a number in their system. Smh. Such great help, NOT!

I've been going to Riverside Auto Parts since about 2005. I've never been disappointed. The big box auto parts stores change employees so often and most don't know squat. When I go to NAPA I get great service and have built friendships with the owners and employees Joe Moore, Logan Moore, Clint Johnson, Mike Biggs and John Clevenger, I know when I purchase automotive parts like oil filters, batteries, wiper blades, brakes etc... I'm getting quality parts. I think that NAPA Gold oil filters are the best you can find anywhere. I have referred numerous customers down to Riverside Auto Parts (NAPA) over the years and will continue to do so.
