The kind of pricing to expect from this location. Price gouging disguised as reuse.

No fitting rooms and no refunds, only store credit. For all the free donations they get and all the money they have coming in because of it this is egregiously exploitative and counter to the generous spirit they exist and thrive off of. The staff were too flippant to care.

Best Savers I've ever been to. Clean, organized, and ALWAYS some great finds!

Overpriced and inconsistent pricing. Many broken items on the shelves. Be sure to check your items thoroughly before purchasing as there are no returns, except on clothing. Very mysterious how Savers used to have a lot of different categories of items that no longer seem to hit the shelves. Maybe somebody in the back room can explain this. The people that work out front work very hard and I hope they receive a generous share of the CEOs $5 million + that he makes every year in this FOR PROFIT industry.

Clean, organized, and lots to choose from. Not to mention great prices!

Love it here, usually have great luck but the pricing has been getting out of control, and charging more than it was originally sold for is a slap in the face imo. I even stopped donating my stuff here because of it.

They seems to have lots of useful items. Has free parking but was busy around Saturday 330pm. First visit.

They have a lot of stuff but this is easily the worst selection from all the other Savers and big thrifts stores in the area. A lot of broken inventory on the floor. Very dirty clothes and store.

I thought it was a great place to donate things until I brought a piece of furniture or a sofa and they didn't want to take it and I brought it with a very negative attitude.

I always seem to find something when I go treasure hunting here. The store is pretty well organized. I've been lucky enough to find a pair of shoes the last two times that I have gone to look around.

It is so dissapointing to still see microaggresions casually in the year of 2025. When me and a friend went the cashier kept approaching us as if she was insisting that we were attempting to steal the merchandise and kept watching over us while being lenient and friendly with the white shoppers. Very dissatified with this exoerience and will not be shopping at this Savers again. Hire better staff.

I love it here! It is random, obviously because it’s donations based but it’s a great store. Occasionally things will be priced poorly (ex: Forever 21 or Shein items for almost 10x the price they were brand new - their tank tops were $1.90 new and they were priced here at $12… for a cheaply made tank top) but occasionally things will be priced reasonably and the people who work here are willing to hear you out about bad pricing (I bought a dress with a stain and a rip in it because it was the perfect color BUT I know how to sew so it was discounted for me) but I think they should just lower the cost on most simple items. Huge parking lot and restrooms but no changing spaces. You just have to come in clothes that are easy to try stuff on over.

Absolutely ridiculous pricing for media. DVDs are $5-$7 and blu rays are $7-$10!! Literally more expensive than just getting them on ebay or at a video store, whoever is pricing them is completely delusional!

These trash that was going to dumpster ,have prices as new,can you imagine t shirt for 9$ ,and dollars stores items, cups, spoons, forks ,it s like you are buying new, incredible prices, they get everything Free, and charging people with maximum profit,I rather give it away online,or dump in dumpster,I will never donate it to savers, they are making millions $$$$$$$ years, this is a pure profit organization

If I could describe this thrift store in one word, it would be “OUTRAGEOUS!” The prices for these used items, borders on insanity! They have small knickknacks being sold for $4-5.99. DOLLAR TREE items that are being sold for 5x the price they would normally cost at Dollar Tree! If you are coming here to find a t shirt for under $5, good luck! The minimum for shirts now seems to be $6. Some shirts going into the $14.99 range! Idk who is pricing these items but it’s way beyond what a thrift store should be pricing! DO NOT come here! Proverbial moths will fly out of your wallet after you spend money here! Go elsewhere for thrifted items. It also gets crowded here on weekends. Customers will not get out of your way! This place is whack!

I shop here regularly to update my sons' wardrobes. The staff is always helpful and friendly and the store is always clean and organized. But more importantly, I was shopping there earlier this week and did not realize that I left my wallet behind. When I called the store 3 days later they had the wallet safe in the lost and found with all the cash and cards present. Once the associate who assisted me, Berto, confirmed my name and the description of the wallet, he allowed my husband to pick it up for me, as long as he brought his ID. Five stars!

Prices have gone way up for used for donated used clothes and other items. Almost as high as retail for brand new in other stores. Savers only donates a very small percentage to charity. Savers needs to review their high prices or they will loose customers.

Very disappointed. I purchased an electronics item, an Instant Pot, that I tested by plugging it into a store outlet at the Attleboro Savers location. However, I was still hesitant about purchasing this used item as electronics can have other problems beyond turning on and off. I made sure to ask at the register if I could return the item for a refund as I know that other items like clothing can only be exchanged. I was told that as long as I brought it back by closing on the next business day, with the receipt and tag still on, I could get a refund and the associate also told me that I could bring it to any Savers. I made sure to give the Instant Pot a test run when I got home. Sure enough it gave off a chemical smell that would not go away. I went back to Savers in Providence as it was more convenient, and the manager told me that it is not their policy to refund, and that the Attleboro store may have made an exception. I explained to him at least twice that the Attleboro associate said this applied to any savers as far as electronics items for next day refunds. At this point, the Providence manager said I was giving him an attitude. Funny thing is, I thought the same of him. He reluctantly gave me a refund, but not without making me feel bad. Mind you I was returning something that did not work and was DONATED to savers. I thought all the savers stores were part of one company. The manager was unreasonably and unnecessarily rude. I brought the item back within 24 hours after all, not a week later. I would not recommend this location for any kind of thrifting.

Just a few days ago I posted a less than favorable review of the Savers in E. Providence, decided to return a item, to Branch Ave instead (no fitting rooms situation is a royal pain in the a$$), and my experience was so good, I felt it important to give great customer servixe acknowledgment too ?. Just as with E.P, I had selected an item with retail tag price that was less than Savers. I decided to ask nicely why that was, and without hesitation, the young lady retickied it to less than half the price, she was also genuinely friendly and we had a pleasant exchange (not sterile and perfunctory). Would I have written positive review if they didn't mark it down, absolutely! Because this was one of several good experiences at this Savers over last couple of years.

I just watched this employee wheel out the new shoe rack and grab 2 pairs of Jordan sneakers and wander to the front of the store and put right into a customers cart who was waiting by the cds. Aren’t there rules against this?

I hadn't been here in a while, but the sales were just as good as a few years ago. Most thrift stores are raising prices to an unfair amount. Savers seems to be keeping things affordable. There's a really large selection as well when it comes to sizing and style. I was able to find big and tall shorts for only $10 a piece, and all my items were around $5 or $6 a piece. They had tank tops and t shirts for under $5, too. I also got 3 stainless steel name brand pans/pots for around $6 to $8 each that I fixed up like new. It's important to mention that they no longer have fitting rooms.

When you consider that they've replaced many of the cashiers with self checkout machines, and they are clearly not hiring/training enough staff in back to properly tag the clothing items they put out (or they simply don't care about quality control), the prices are absolutely inexcusable. Pretty much all of their inventory is donated, so what you have here is a publicly traded billion dollar corporation raising prices just because they can. Other local stores with better customer service (and fitting rooms) deserve your business more than Savers does.

Large re-sale store set up like other Savers I've been in. Tons of good used clothing (sometimes new). You can always find something. Cds, books, dvds, housewares, jewelry, shoes, and more. Toy section is huge, but a disaster...stuff mixed up, and everywhere, including the floor. Someone needs to spend some time here and organize it all.

What happened to this place with the prices? I have taken many single moms and elderly individuals to shop for themselves and their family members for many years. The prices allowed them to purchase a variety of much needed items. Now the prices are outrageous! A sports bra for a teenage $15? That’s higher than the department store. You can get coupons for Macys and end up paying less for new items. This place provided things to lower income families for many years at affordable prices. Who do you have pricing these items. I saw dollar tree items for $4.00!!! Unbelievable! Savers needs to reassess what their mission is which was to get donations and sell them for a reasonable price. Not ok!

Surprised that the dressing rooms are gone and all cashiers replaced with self service registers. This store is quite picked through. Only 5 pairs of jeans in my waist size. Very helpful staff, though. It's a nice resource for those who rely on it.

ITheir prices have more than doubled , even before covid. look at these pictures from yesterday of ripped and broken items that are priced for $16. I don’t care if there’s a sale day that would make them half price it is completely ridiculous and insulting to low income communities. This Company runs entirely on 100% donated items. Now they’re going to permanently close fitting rooms To add self check out stations. This will eliminate even more staff Yet cause more exchanges. They’re betting you won’t bother and just keep it. The exchange only policy (for certain items only ) means your $10 for that used underwear won’t ever leave the company. They screw you on sales and coupons and loyalty points. And the bathroom looks like a dungeon from hell.
