I’ve had four cars in my lifetime and I have been in an accident one or two times but every time I go to Providence auto body I feel comfortable that I can rely on them to get the job done appropriately and they go beyond expectations.The staff there are great along with Nick the service manager. I highly suggest providence auto body for a quick rental process to having the cars fixed. The work is amazing. The prices are good and they work with you. I am going there for my mother‘s car now and have been met with beyond expectations I have been going there since I was 16 and I’m 42 now I highly suggest and trust Providence or auto body with any of your needs. Why trust other auto bodies that don’t work with you when you can go to Providence auto-body and have a good experience

Worst customers service by Nicholas. He was very disrespectful to me as a first time client. I'm guessing I can no longer asked questions and voice my opinions anymore. That was very embarrassing of him and don't know how to talk to people. Negative -0 for me.

I was referred to Providence Auto Body after my parked car was totaled by another driver. Dealing with two unhelpful insurance companies left me completely overwhelmed, especially since I wasn’t at fault. Thankfully, Providence Auto Body stepped in. They guided me through the entire process, advocated on my behalf, and helped navigate a truly stressful situation. Their team was responsive, supportive, and even arranged a rental car for me. They absolutely lived up to their reputation. I can't recommend them enough, especially Nikki, who took the lead on my case and made a difficult experience so much more manageable. Truly outstanding service!

This is the best body shop in all of Rhode Island. If you want your car repaired correctly this is the place to go and your car will even be cleaner than when you brought it in. Don’t even bother going anywhere else. Thanks providence auto body!

England. All I did was pull up get one of the guys to come out I believe was dave. And explain to me the process I signed some paperwork the next day they had me come and pick up a brand new Rent-A-Car. This was all definitely beyond my expectations thanks to Nikki Ortega. Who is definitely an angel sent from heaven. She made this process for me so outstanding and easy. And with everything that I was going through she made it perfect for me thank you so much. Everybody in the office is also outstanding. The guys that do all the work and the body shop also excellent excellent I can't go any further. I write a lot of reviews but this one definitely has me forclempt...I know that God always puts the right people in my life when I need it the most. I'm so pleased with this business. Very professional, kind and detail oriented. They dealt with the insurance to insure the damage was fixed properly. I got the car back looking better than before the accident. They even cleaned the interior!

This was honestly best experience I ever had at an auto body there customer service is top notch and they do incredible work as well, will def be going back. Nikki was also so helpful and stayed in communication while my jeep was being repaired.

Good people ! I just had a side mirror knocked off my daughters first car (Hyundai Sonata)on the day after it was purchased (Tuesday 9/24/24) I brought it to them that day because of the good service i previously received and was told (by Kevin ) that they would order it that day ,paint it when it arrived, and install it without charging labor ! I was blown away !! What other businesses in 2024 treat customers this good ? I will always be a loyal customer and recommend them as long as they are in business!

The level of professionalism at Providence Auto Body has me beyond impressed. I work in luxury retail and after sales service for one of the most demanding brands in the world--I'm the greatest critic of high-end experience-- and I have to say that I was shocked at the level of care this shop takes. They set a new standard. After an auto accident, I reached out to have my Subaru repaired and Providence Auto Body made the process seamless. They asked me what time worked best for me and accommodated to make it easy for me to drop my car off. They had me in a rental and on my way no more than 10 minutes of arriving there. Providence Auto Body handled everything with my insurance, and called sooner than expected to tell me my car was ready. Incredibly, during my few weeks with the rental car, I had the Earth's largest stone hit the windshield and crack it. I let Providence Auto Body know, fully prepared to file the paperwork and pay up front, and they told me to hold off on making an insurance claim-- upon arrival they looked it over and told me they'd take care of it, no worries or charge to me. That won me over as a customer for life! The wonderful people at Providence Auto Body transferred the items in the rental car to my repaired car before I even walked back to the parking lot, and let me know if I had any issues to call them right away. The car was beautifully repaired and they even touched up some dings and scratches that had nothing to do with the accident, but because they have pride in their work. I am so truly grateful and impressed-- the detail work inside the car is flawless-- not a streak on the glass, not a spec of dust. The car smells fresh and clean, even nicer than the day I bought it. I will refer everyone here and I can see why Providence Auto Body has held a successful business all these years! Well done and thank you again!

I recently picked up my car from Providence Auto body and was in literal awe of what an amazing job they did. My Jetta looked better than it did the day I picked up from the dealership. Everyone in the office was absolutely amazing to deal with during the process. They were kind and patient. If I ever have another incident I will definitely go back to Providence Auto Body and will 100% refer them to others. Thank you everyone there

I hit a deer coming home from work, I called Providence Auto Body from a friend's recommendation, the owner called back immediately, took my Toyota Tacoma in the next day. This was my first new car in a long time... I have kids needing rides, he easily set me up with a rental. The day before I was to pick up my truck a significant storm happened specifically in Northern R.I, again on the way from work a tree fell right in front of me I attempted to turn- AGAIN, on the same road... I damaged the rental from Providence Auto Body. It was again late at night, they immediately responded, the owner called me early the next morning, he calmed my now situation, later that day I picked up my truck it was as if no damage happened! The owners even came out to ask me how I liked the repair. I 100% trust and recommend them to anyone needing auto body work.

For years, my whole family and I have been bringing our damaged cars to Providence Auto body. We can not trust any other shops "we have tried". Peace of mind the whole process and rest assure that they will bring our cars back to what they used to look like brand new. Always great experience from the day we call until we get the cars back. I heard a lot of good things about them and they took good care of my truck as well as a superb repair job. They detailed it and gave it back to me with a full tank. The rental i drove had an issue on the last day, but they were swift to respond to it.

Providence Auto Body always treats you good. Great work and fights insurance company to make sure you get what you really need. They even gave me a car to use and was able to cover my deductible. I highly recommend them to anyone no matter the situation. It's like I have a brand new car again.

These guys go above and beyond. A deer had ran into the side of my car. Not only did they give me a loaner car to use, free of charge but they applied their discounts to my deductible and most importantly, my car looks like it just left the showroom ! GO TO PROVIDENCE AUTO BODY AND NOWHERE ELSE ! I highly recommend them. I've had two cars repaired by them and both came out awesome. They may take a little longer to get the work done but they take care of their customers and the work will be done right !

My wife was just in an accident in Providence and I was over an hour away. When she called me my 1st thought was to call John and his family over at Providence Auto Body because I was worried and wanted someone who was close to her to take care of her. They got a tow truck out there right away. When we both arrived at the body shop to talk with them, they were all concerned about how she was doing. The place fell more like we were checking in to a resort than just checking on our car. His family of employees made us feel like a part of their family right away. John himself came out and assured me that they were going to take care of my vehicle and I heard that from 2 other people within the first 5 minutes. I appreciate them being there when I needed them. Trusted and recommended. I have heard that on the commercials about this place but know I understand how much that means. Thank you to everyone there.

Providence Auto Body is top notch! I picked up my car today after several weeks of repair and I experienced the ‘WOW Factor’! My suv is back to pristine condition, and….. they detailed my car, and filled my gas tank! Hands down, they gave me the best experience out of a stressful time for me! Nikki arranged their own rental for me and did not charge for the 30 day overage than what my insurance covered. I had a comparable rental vs getting a lime green Kia Soul through insurance. And…… they have Tootsie Rolls in the waiting area! A win-win in every corner with my experience! Don’t go anywhere else!!

After being rear ended back in August of 2022, we went to Providence Auto Body since it was down the road from the accident itself. They worked swiftly (especially considering the ongoing supply chain issues) and my car was spotless (Toyota Camry LE). Even the interior! They were very knowledgable and kind, even though I was a bit of a mess from the accident and they were VERY busy. I'm a good 45 minute drive away, but if I ever needed another repair, especially as extensive as the accident, the drive is worth it. They let me keep the little bottle of touch up paint as well. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough about how impressed I am with their work. Brought my BMW X5 in for damage to the front bumper and it came back looking better than ever. They even took the time to fix some minor chips and scratches and completely detailing my car. Thank you for the great service from the office staff to the technicians.

My car was hit last week, and normally this would be a bit stressful. Before I left the scene, I knew I could rest assured, everything would be fine. I remembered my last accident a few years back...I went to Providence Auto Body! It was such an easy, efficient, 5 star service. Before I even called my insurance company this time, I called them to see if they would be able to take my car in. Hearing the same familiar voices when I called in, I knew I would be in good hands! They are AMAZING to work with, and they take care of the entire process so you don't have to find time to deal with insurance company calls, adjusters, or car rental companies. The quality of both service and repair will exceed your expectations! It is not a quick-turn service, the quality of work is worth the wait!

Five star service from a five star auto body shop. Our minivan was badly damaged from a deer collision. PAB took care of the entire process including appraisal, insurance, and a rental and returned a pristine vehicle to us only a few short weeks later! We could barely recognize our car when we got it back. The entire car was cleaned inside and out. They even detailed the interior of our family minivan! Well done Providence Auto Body! You've definitely lived up to your outstanding reputation.

Smashed my 2019 mustang pretty good , I called them I let them do their thing and I was completely surprised at the quality of work. I honestly was worried if they could fix it and maintain its factory look and driveability. They did a phenomenal job over there . Amazing thanks guys .

Brought my car to them as heard that they are the best ones in the area. Truly they are! My car is fixed now and looks almost better than before :) People are nice and friendly. Yes it take a quite bit time for them to do the job (took them about a month to get my card done) but won`t you want it to be fixed right?? Overall I am very happy that I brought my car to Providence Auto Body. Recommend it!
