Incredible the waiting time I was on a call, which I had to hang up so as not to wait any longer, I had to go somewhere else.

Les was incredibly kind, knowledgeable & helpful. The epitome of excellent customer service. He made sure our new battery was the correct one for our car and even installed it for us out in the cold. Won’t hesitate to go back for anything car related we need in the future.

Every time I come into this specific location, I find that the workers are too busy chatting rather than helping customers who are actively waiting at the counter for assistance.

Most recently, I waited at the counter for service while two employees were chatting. During this time, another customer in the back of the store was called to the front and served before I was. Clearly, this gentleman was not in line yet.

It felt like he was serviced before I was because he was Spanish, and I am not.

My business is now solely with AutoZone.

They might blow my car up, but at least they'll help me fix it.

I like to go there,nice staff and they always help me.

Went to buy parts, didn't have them in stocks. Told me they'd be in next morning. Went next day in afternoon and they didn't have them. They'll be in tomorrow they said. Went next day and nothing, so went the third time and still not in. They blamed the situation on new drivers. Asked for a refund and will never shop there again.

Very quick .they talk a lot to each other till u at the counter but ok so far

I bought an alternator from this place, then a battery and from there costs me 1,000 to get my vehicle fixed because the alternator was defective th car broke down have to pay for a tow truck to the nearest mechanic they spend a month trying different things ontill the mechanic saw the new alternator I told him where I bought it from hi told me that must of the parts from there are defective I went just to get a card not n

Honest to God I do not know how this place have 5 start because the people that work there are crazy they do not want to work and make parts more hard to find esta gente no quiere trabajar so si viene Para Aqui te lo digo desde ahora vas ha Pender todo tu dia

I came in to this store to get 20 new lug nuts because the store in Cranston didn't have enough in stock and the ones on my current car were ruined. The rep in Cranston said they had over 100 in stock.

When I asked for 20 lug nuts, the rep here said they had it. I paid for them, but once I got to the tire shop, the box contained 4 lug nuts that were different sizes. The rep didn't properly check to give me 20 of the same lug nuts.

It definitely made the day a bit more frustrating. I went to O'reilly's instead to get them and it went smoothly.

I went to return the other 20 on another day and at least that went smoothly.

A great, hidden-away auto parts store. I ordered replacement wipers the evening before, and promptly received a notification just after 7AM that it was ready for pickup. Quick and easy to get to, they found my order and I was on my way. Not as large as other Advance stores I've been to, but definitely had what you need.

The Manger Sean is great !.
If you need information about your repair or your vehicle in general he's the man to see .
Extremely knowledgeable and very good at his job .his head is like a computer .

One of the associates was helpful, the others were not so much. Gave me some advice but couldn't help me. Didn't have the part I needed but recommended another store

Same experience as others. Placed an online order and the store just doesn’t have anything apparently. Employees were rude as well. I drove 45 min to pick it up. Awful awful experience

I ordered pick up online 2, going on 3 days ago for something that was in stock and said ready in 30 min but I still haven't gotten it yet. I called and they said they haven't gotten one in yet for me. I really need the part too because I don't have a car to drive to make money. So annoying and then today the 3rd day they just hang up on me.

Clean place good prices and the workers are very helpful full as well will be back there again for my car parts

The worst store, i order parts online at 8:30am in the morning, and they werent ready when i picked it at 2:30pm,, it was suppose to be ready in 30 minutes, so for 4 and a half hours the parts were on the shelf. also bad service, they gave me a problem even cause i wasnt the buyer, but my name was on the order to pick up.. pure laziness.

The only auto parts store I go to. Great rewards always getting coupons for buying online. Competitive prices and helpful staff

Placed a online order went into the store and picked up my order . Staff was very helpful even tho they were very busy .

Called ahead to one location in providence to ask about a hose and they told me they had it. I went to the store and turns out they didn't have it at all. I asked the man nicely to call other locations to find it for me and he told me he would AFTER he helped the 6 customers in line behind me. I walked out and called another Advance Auto and they assured me it was in stock, I showed up the manager had my part waiting for me. Will only be going to this one Advanced Auto from now on, and if that single location doesn't have the parts I need, auto zone it is!

The people there are great they come out put the code reader on my car to see what was wrong with it very friendly workers I recommend them highly

They're usually helpful . The store is a bit unorganized .. took me 10 minutes to find brake fluid . With that being said they always treat my dad great and always give him his veterans discount and more !

Called ahead to make sure that they had a part that the website says they have.. Counter guy says that they have it, so I drive the 20 miles there only to have them not only say they don't have any but they never got a phone call about the part so I hit redial on my cell and sure enough it was the same store that I called. Very unprofessional

Went for a part after another store called he said he had it in his hand. I get there and he told me we dont have it... i asked him why i was told he had it in his hand his response was we are to busy and i never checked!

Tried to get headlights. Store couldn't match online pricing for advance or competitors. All the employee could do was laugh at that fact... I got the bulbs at another auto store down the road and they matched advance online price (without waiting to place the order online and let the store process the electronic submission)

Staff is very unknowledgeable.

I normally go to AutoZone, but I needed a specific transmission fluid that only advanced auto carried. They get 2 stars for carrying the product I needed, but that's where the positive feedback ends. Not only did they refuse to recycle the used transmission fluid and motor oil, but they also had "no idea" where I could go to get the trans fluid recycled. I'm new to the state and I expect an auto parts store to be able to answer questions like that, especially when they have an entire aisle devoted to oils and fluids. I later called AutoZone to ask the same question, and the response I got was "no problem, bring it in".

A Criminal organization. I purchased 2 front brake calipers for my 97 jeep wrangler. I was charged $25.99 per caliper, Plus a $30.00 core charge per calper. So that $51.98 for 2 calipers and $60.00 core charge. Total of $111.98 before taxes. Add in R.I 7% tax of $7.84 for a grand total of $119.82 Two days later I turn in the cores and the cashier hands me $60.00. I tell him he needs to refund the taxes paid on the $60 dollars. He says that it is Advance Auto Parts Policy to NOT, I repeat, NOT to refund the tax portion of the refund. WHAT, are you serious!!!!!!!!! So after a good 15 minute s debating that the action is criminal, I leave without my tax expense being refunded. Going to contact attorneys for a potential class action law suit. Its no wonder why there stocks are valued at $140.00 plus a share. Imagine the amount of profit generated by this practice with over 5000 stores. That's a lot of Victims
