I don't have any experience with other staff members of the company, but I would definitely recommend Rubson as one of the best. He came by for service call and got stuck in the snow due the road been blocked for another car so he ended up helping that car and some good neighbors also help him to get back in the road. Great guy.
Day after a record-breaking blizzard, Vally Street Towing came out for a service call! Rubson is the best! Vehicles in front of him on our street got stuck, which forced him to stop and back up — that’s how he ended up getting dug in.
He didn’t cause the problem. The cars ahead of him were already stuck and blocked the road. After that, he helped free all the other vehicles first, and then we all worked together to get his truck out!
Some stupid neighbor called Vally complaining that Rubson was making a mess and started the problem — not true at all.
Rhode Island could use more people like Rubson and the entire team at Vally Auto Service and Towing!!

I have known Vally over 21 years and he has never told me anything different about what was actually wrong with my car and I have recommended him to all my friends and family and now he fixes all their vehicles he is one honest car repair man and his staff is magnificent.
I called Mini roadside assistance and they dispatched Vally Towing. They were super fast to arrive and got my car to the service center safely. I’m so thankful for them and their professionalism. They helped me on a bad day and were genuinely kind.

Idk if they are truly trustworthy or not brought my car for a transfer case replacement $1300 dollar job car comes back with a squeak it didnt have before and i my drive control feature isnt working anymore before the repair it was working. Definitely get a second opinion before bringing here also poor communication .... Update: Mechanic resolved issue with great customer service
I drive a car carrier and these guys came out got me off the road and brought me to my destination quick and no damage. I was fully loaded at that cars and my equipment was damaged free. Very professional will recommend best experience I have dealt with. Hands down. I am very satisfied with their services.

I am still waiting to hear back from them about my vehicle. For whatever reason they are unable to get the right part or they can't service my vehicle.

Me and my sister have been taking out cars here for almost 10 years. Val is the most honest, strait up, no nickel and dime, no nonsense mechanic I've ever laid eyes on. The place is always packed with cars and he's always busy for good reason. Another great thing is he will do everything in his power to fulfill his quoted price. One time he quoted me a part and something happened where he wasn't able to get the used part he quoted and ordered a new one and are the cost and still charged me the quote. Idk they're legit what more can I say
