Came in for a battery change, bought my battery, they said they didn’t know how to change it and I’d have to wait 30min, I did and they said the one person who could do it still won’t be here for another 20min. I said I’d wait and they looked at me like I was a huge inconvenience. At this point I don’t think anyone is coming and I had to call my partner because my car is dead and I literally can’t leave.

Went in yesterday to process a return, they told me they couldn't help me because thier website wasn't loading from my email. I left went down the street to Johnston AutoZone on Hartford Ave and they looked up my order number and processed my return. Mad annoying.

Placed an order online and they magically do not have it in stock. It was one remaining left and I come to pick up my order and no longer there. They need to do better with online orders now I’m waiting for someone to contact me in regards on my order. The employee almost gave me the wrong can that doesn’t go with my vehicle. Didn’t care to look before I told him that’s not the one for my car.

Every time I come here some how someway they always don’t know what certain item I need when I ask for it, instead they proceed to ask the customer how to spell it or to look it up on the computer for them, they’re obviously not getting trained and don’t know jack shi about Cars. I walked in today for a filament bulb for my tail lights and they still asked me to look it up on the computer, I walked out.

Autozone staff here is poorly trained. Had a car battery that needed recycling. Was told I had to return tomorrow because the girl didn't know how to do it. I went across the street to OReilleys and the girl there was able to handle recycling the battery with no effort.

The only person that knew what they were found there was the 23 year worker. SHE knew where my battery was. The male looked for About 10 minutes AFTER I WAITED FOR 30, JUST TO GET HELP!!! I'M NEVER GOING TO AUTO ZONE AGAIN!!- FEDERATED PARTS IS THE BEST!!! CHEAPER AND FASTER!!! BETTER PARTS TOO

Autozone is constantly sending their customers over to OREILLY AUTO for check engine, light bulbs and wiper installation after the fact they sold it to the customer. Pure laziness bad customer service. This is a everyday problem here in PROVIDENCE we send the customers back to return their product to purchase the correct one and installed all in one transaction.

This person the assistant manager was drunk aggressive the hole time I was here his breath smell like buzz from a mile away, this is the kind of service you guys provide I’m amaze how you guys can have this kind of people in the store.

I went there to pick up a window motor it was supposed to be in stock in cranston ri it wasnt in stock so they then send me to Manton ave he said they have 2 in stock so I went there and they look it up oh yeah we have it so an associate goes to look for it 10 minutes later see her hiding in the back so the other associate says are you being helped . I said whoa how about me ? So she grabs a ladder and climbs up to an empty box and shows me .only problem is the empty box she showed me was too small for a window motor to fit in .I went home and ordered it from Amazon I will not deal with auto zone ever again .nice job .have you noticed O'REILLY is going up everywhere ...never again

Autozone really needs a self check out. This 1990s way of 2 people handling all the transactions is not working anymore. Work on getting people who are trying to grab and go out the door. Those who need parts and service give them all the time needed but I'm just trying to buy motor oil, it shouldn't take me 15min in a line of 3 people to get out the door

AutoZone had the part I needed to complete my brake job at an excellent price. They allowed me to compare the size of the OEM slider pin to the replacement one I needed, and I walked out the door a happy do-it-yourselfer!

I went into the store on Manton Ave with an unusual problem - there was a rat stuck in the bottom of my car. Pedro went out of his way, definitely out of his normal responsibilities, was INCREDIBLY kind, came into the parking lot and literally pulled the rat out of the carrier and put it into a bag and disposed of it. He was incredibly helpful, gave me tips on how to keep them out of my engine, and all around was incredibly professional and honestly the reason I will tell everyone to visit this Autozone instead of others or other retailers, and he is the reason I will be back. Honestly, at the end of the day, you can tell who really cares about people and Pedro is one of those people. He really didn’t have to go out of his way the way he did, and just could not have been kinder. I just can’t say enough how thankful I am for Pedro’s help and in him going above and beyond in such a kind way, especially on such a hot day.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. I had this “business” order my part because they said they would be able to get it next day, here I am three days later still calling to see we’re my part is and now they are saying they I’ll have it two days from now.

It’s okay, I went there for a spray can and a guy told me it will take 30 minutes to be ready, so I waited in my car cuz I live in Providence and I didn’t want to go back home and then back here again, came inside the store after the 30 minutes and the guy told me (with a bad attitude) that they needed more time and I should just go and they will called me when it’s ready. Never received a call from them, just a bad service.

Rob always has the answer. New vehicle so things I am unsure about he has informed me on. Great service. Quick shipping, typically a day. I would recommend you going. Especially if your a Veteran. They treat me well.

My paet was suppose to be in yesterday still isn't in yet. The youngs women that were working were very lazy, dragging their feet and very rude. I was speaking on the phone she decided to respond to my conversation on the phone. Was not polite at all and very rude.

I went to Auto Zone on Manton ave in Providence this past Sunday. Not my first time at this store and they have always been helpful, that's why I go there This time I needed a head light and had already once been stopped by police f yoor this, well Jose the clerk on duty was the best !! He took his time to help me and actually put the head light on for me!!!!this was such a relief. He was confident polite and because of him restoring my faith in customer service I give him 200% I would highly recommend this store. Thanks Jose!

I bought a stabilizer link last year in 2018 with a limited lifetime warranty. It broke so I went here to exchange it. I have the receipt that clearly says it's under warranty, they took a quick look at the receipt and said they couldn't do it. Why have warranties if you cant use them? I'm switching to Oreillys.

I walked in, sort of knowing what I needed but knew I would need some help. I walked in and looked around quickly and asked the first guy I saw who walked past me towards the counter, realizing he was helping someone else I said "I need some help, and where the fuses?" He told me and never came to help, noone did. I must have been looking at all the different kinds for 10 minutes....I just left, annoyed.

Very lazy Manager, for months they all say the machine that checks the codes on your car or truck so you can purchase those items for repair or it's something for a mechanic to do. You go in and be prepared to be told it's broken, doesn't work, try back again for months I've been trying to no avail same thing happens not working not sure when it will be, don't come in call first. Well O'Reilly gets my business now. There great.

Bad bad service and rude employees, needed a CeL read, waited in line for about 20min, (only 2 ppl working a full store) only to be told " yeah sure, I'll get right to it as soon as I finish with the rest of these ppl, go hang out over there and I'll let you know when I can do it" there were 8ppl behind me and every time one left seemed like 2 came in, so after 25min of dirty looks, I decided to find an advanced auto, where they promptly read my code and gave me a print out of suggested fixes, for free....
