I had the pleasure of working with Aiden while I was looking for a newer used car. I told Aiden I was interested in a 2022 Tiguan that I saw on their site. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had and shared many details I did not know. I think it also helps that he is knowledgeable about cars in general. He did not pressure me into anything and it was easy negotiating a price. The best part was when I picked up the car, he had already taken the time to set up the dash for me as to how he thought I would like it and it was spot on. He spent a lot of time with me reviewing how to use all the different features and setting up the Apple CarPlay. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable in the car and well informed. If you are looking for a great car, Scott’s Volkswagen is where to go; if you are looking for an awesome salesperson, Aiden is the one!

I wanted to say I would definitely recommend this place the manager and Emile and the finance manager where awesome and went above and beyond to help me get out of my old car and into a new one. They where very helpful and respectful also when I had to bring my kid and every one was very friendly to her and even the finance manager gave her paper and markers to color on. I can't even begin to express our gratitude to Eddie in the Collision Center for the exceptional service we received. Eddie was incredible! We live out of state and our daughter needed to have some major repairs after an accident. We are so thankful we found this dealership! Eddie's professionalism is top notch. But even more than that, he communicated every step of the way with such kindness and care. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Fantastic service! I absolutely love my new car and this dealership! After a truly awful experience at another dealership, walking into Scott Volkswagen felt like a breath of fresh air. Here, the team is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely puts your best interests first. In an industry often filled with sleazy deals and questionable practices, it's refreshing to find honest, trustworthy people who truly care. Our salesman, Aiden, helped us secure an incredible deal on a pre-owned 2024 VW Taos that's essentially brand new. It's a stunning SUV, and we got it at a fantastic price with an excellent warranty included. The entire process was remarkably fast and stress-free. We test-drove several SUVs, received thorough explanations of each model's features and benefits, and a few days later, we bought a Taos. Aiden handled most of the buying process for us over text and the phone so by the time we arrived after work to finalize the purchase, the finance process was quick and seamless. Sarkis, the finance manager, went above and beyond to secure the best possible rate, and their efficient payment system makes paying off the loan straightforward and painless. From start to finish, the whole experience from decision to driving home took just a few days. Aiden's communication was outstanding: he stayed in touch with us and our insurance company, kept us updated every step of the way, and responded promptly to any questions. His focus on getting us into the car as quickly as possible made all the difference. This positive experience has turned me into a huge Volkswagen fan, and I can't recommend Scott Volkswagen highly enough. 11/10!

I brought my Volkswagen Tiguan in for service after a check engine light illuminated related to a catalytic converter fault. I was informed that because the vehicle is out of warranty, no loaner vehicle would be provided and I would need to rent a car at my own expense ($60–$90 per day). After diagnosis, I was told the vehicle requires a new catalytic converter and a replacement engine due to excessive oil consumption for $11,000. This is especially concerning because this same dealership replaced the engine and turbo approximately 60,000 miles ago for the identical issue of excessive oil consumption. This would now constitute a second engine failure for the same documented defect. At the time of drop-off and throughout the diagnostic period, the vehicle drove normally with no drivability issues aside from the CEL. When picking up the vehicle, a service advisor specifically asked whether the car had been “bucking.” I stated that it had not. Immediately after leaving the dealership, the vehicle developed severe drivability issues including bucking, EPC light activation, a flashing CEL, inability to exceed approximately 40 mph, and misfires on two cylinders. The vehicle was rendered unsafe to drive. Upon contacting the dealership, I was told this was caused by the catalytic converter. The vehicle did not exhibit these symptoms prior to diagnosis, raising serious concerns about either the accuracy of the initial assessment or events occurring while the vehicle was in the dealership’s possession. I have only owned and serviced multiple Volkswagen vehicles over the years, but this experience—combined with repeated major engine failures and lack of accountability—has permanently eroded my confidence in both this dealership and the brand. I strongly caution prospective customers to proceed carefully.

Came back to Scott VW because of such a bad experience at Mastria VW in Raynham even though the commute is much longer. We were not disappointed! Sam the service advisor is fantastic. Scott VW went above and beyond to make sure our car was repaired correctly and to a high standard. Scott VW will be our go to service center for both of our VWs.

I enjoy all of my service visits to Scott. The service managers are all great and personable. The shuttle service is really nice. My vehicle continues to work well and any concerns I have are always fully addressed.

Top notch hospitality and service (far, far above what I have experienced over 10 years with 2 cars at the dealer for my wife’s “elite” Swedish mark). I almost hope for more problems with my problem-free VW so I could spend more time at Scott. The service desk (Michael Ball!), the workshop (oops, trying to think of his name!), sales (Dennis Holley!) all consistently do a superb job, and have done so for me for years.

Very pleased with the service that was performed on our 2013 Jetta. We have utilized Scott's Service Department for this vehicle two times and we appreciate the quality of the work , and the thorough inspection of any potential issues. Staff is very friendly and accommodating in the service Department.

I had a service appointment for my car on Monday and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Jon kept me informed of my car status and fully explained the process with my car. There were some error messages that needed to checked out, and I also had the exterior coating put on my car. When I picked up my car it was as if it was brand new. They had gone through the car and detailed it and the exterior looked great! I was running a little behind due to traffic on the bridge and called ahead and Jon was very understanding. I would highly recommend Scott VW for their sales team and for their service team!

Just wanna say that I noticed an issue with my Volkswagen atlas called Scott Volkswagen on a Thursday or Friday. Explain the problem that I noticed and they brought me in the following Monday without question. I’ve never really experienced that kind of customer service , normally it’s a month to two months out before You can get in kudos to you, Sam and thanks

Kind and trustworthy service department. Prices for labor do tend to be on the higher side, but they are peace of mind repairs/maintenance items. If the quote is steep, they help you prioritize which items are really necessary without making you feel forced to perform them... unless critical for safety of course. I like that I haven't been approached by a floor salesperson making an uncomfortable spiel trying to get me to trade in my existing car and buy a new one while I wait... which had happened before at other dealerships. Especially given that my car is inching towards 200k mi.

I like taking my car to Scott Volkswagen because they are always super friendly and services are always on point. I’m not there all day when I need to get service done and they always keep me informed about my vehicle. They don’t make things up to try to get me to spend more money so I enjoy their business integrity and it means a lot being new to the area.

Great experience buying our new car. No pressure, good price and efficient service. Registry and insurance details were all handled by the sales staff. Drove home in the new car in less than 3 hours.

I heard from another service center that Scott VW is the ONLY VW dealership to have work on my car in New England. They are terrific and I have to say I have had two great appointments in the service center. The first one they didn't even charge me for as they took a look at a potential issue and gave me advice. They are thorough and take good care of my car and treat me well. I speak with one person when I enter and that person is my contact throughout the entire service issue. The waiting area is clean and the employees are thoughtful of their customers as they wait. There is even a shuttle to nearby areas. I am definitely taking the advice of the other service center (which I have thanked) and allowing Scott VW to be the only VW center that works on my car.

Atlas 2019 - Edited in response to VW’s response $1800.00 to replace a radiator ( never been in accident BTW ) claimed part about $600 , labor $179 /hour and it supposedly took them 6 hours to replace a radiator lol . Only to be told it’s really the water pump and would cost me an additional $900.00 totaling almost $3000.00. -let me state that I refused the bribe of $100 deduction off my bill to remove my review. Because this is not about money , This is about exposing “ what I in my “opinion “believe is dishonest business for the sake of commission “ I must also address the claim of front-end damage you state caused a crack in the radiator and water pump issues , I have posted a picture of the front of my car , (no damage .) The only mark on my car is a scrape on the front side from scraping against my garage wall some years ago—a scrape that, in no way, could have led to a cracked radiator or a leaking water pump. despite the claim that the car was visibly leaking coolant, I never observed any such leakage—neither on my driveway nor in my garage. I am posting a picture from a recent diagnostic from a reputable mechanic the date is there & no issues were found but you found all those problems coming to $3 000.00.You continue to mention the whole engine overheating but we all know that Volkswagen has sensors that stop the engine before it starts over heating. After I picked the car up it was leaking black fluid all over my driveway and making a loud sound which was not there before taking it to VW. I will have to take it to another mechanic tomorrow , NOT Volkswagen. I agree that it is my fault for being gullible & agreeing to pay without doing any research on cost of parts and amount of time it takes to replace a radiator or if my radiator was even the problem. But the review is not to ask for my money back but to warn other women like me to do their research before and not after.

Have been going here for the last couple years, I’ve dealt with all their representatives and each person is very professional, clear, honest and friendly. I recently visited Scott Volkswagen for a handbrake warning light issue. The technician inspected the car for about 20-25 minutes and informed me that the left rear caliper was seized, quoting around $680 for the repair. Since I couldn’t proceed with the repair right away, they gave me the bill and said I could pay later. However, I was charged a $179 diagnostic fee, which they said covers the check and diagnosis only — the repair cost would be separate (500$) if I came back later. Considering their posted labor rate is $179 per hour, the flat fee felt quite high for a short inspection. Overall, the diagnostic charge seemed excessive for the time spent.

Dear Scott Volks Team, On October 9, I had an appointment at Scott Volks, 777 Taunton Avenue, East Providence, RI 02914. I paid $120.06 for parts and $181.00 for labor, for a total of $301.06. The service performed was the installation and purchase of a hood latch set. However, I believe both charges are excessive. I personally removed the plastic cover and the damaged latch myself, leaving everything ready for the new part to be installed and the cover reattached. For this reason, I am requesting a review and price adjustment, as the total cost does not seem reasonable for the work performed. Attached are the two invoices for your review. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

This is a 2024 purchase with a little history. In 2007 I purchased a GTI from Scott VW and it was as simple as a few emails back & forth even with a trade, a credit application online and a few days later I arrived on a rainy evening and was out in no time with my GTI. Fast forward to 2024 after looking at several VW dealers in MA, I ended up reaching out to Scott VW again. They had the best honest offers around. After one inquiry, trade valuation, and credit application online and one phone call with Emile Fafard we set a day for me to come in. I arrived on a rainy morning & everything was just as promised, price of the new VW, my trade offer and the interest rate. Was in and out in no time at all with my new VW TAOS. Enjoyed viewing the several vintage VW's they have in the showroom along with new models. Emile was fantastic to work with, just as was Scott in finance. FIVE STARS! We have a 1972 VW Beetle Convertible that needs some LOVE & restoration work and will be inquiring!

Good spot to get your car done. They have a tiny lounge with different types of coffee, decaf, teas and mochas and TV and nice chairs while you wait. Most of our work was covered by warranty which was nice. My (agent or coordinator?) was super nice and helpful. Knew right away or Looked up things for me that I had questions about. I forgot his name but he had a cast.
