Went in for a new battery and install two days ago. They had a VERY young looking female change the battery. I’m not blaming her but she was having a really hard time getting one of the rusted bolts out and it went on and on for minutes when I was in a rush but that’s not my complaint… she finally put the battery in and didn’t secure it again with the same bolt. I pointed it out and she said not to worry, that it was secure and not going to affect the battery and it wouldn’t move. Well, here I sit now waiting for a tow truck, 3rd time in 2 weeks due to the battery. I don’t know if they sold me a defective battery or if this very young person was wrong about the battery not needing to be SECURED like I pointed out it was supposed to be but I’m very, very disappointed and upset. This was supposed to SOLVE my issues with my car that has cost me 3 roadside calls now in a couple weeks. I hope you make this right! Oh, and they didn’t have any other battery in stock except one that lasts only a year. But being I needed one asap and the fact that the didn’t tell me on the phone that tha was all they had (I would have went somewhere else for a longer lasting battery!) this is NOT good customer service! This is a disaster! Stay away from

1246 n. Main st Providence ri. Store has a young kid that is very rude extremely disrespectful, and tries to tell the customer that what they are looking for is wrong and to purchase what he says the customer needs. If anyone needs to get parts go to armistice Blvd auto zone they will talk to you and treat you with respect.
I went in for new windshield wipers for my car today and Katherine Vargas gave me a 5 star service. She helped find the right wipers for my car and also put them on for me. Thank you Katherine!
Came in to buy some replacement headlight bulbs and the manager went above and beyond. He even looked at what might be causing the problem might have been. Too bad the headlight that he'd recommend I'd get was the wrong shape.
Gilberto and the whole team were super helpful and walked me through getting our car's ac back in track for the summer weather. Will be back as soon as our car needs it.

The customer service at this auto zone location was incredible. The employees at this store offer outstanding customer satisfaction. I came in looking for a part and they quickly worked with me to find it. In addition, the store was well organized and clean, which is a good way to get a loyal customer to come back. I recommend shopping at this location.
